Just needed to express my concern about the Hungary Jacks facility at the OTR at Aldinga, South Australia.
I attend this store on a regular basis - there also seems to be an issue, coffee machine not working, no milk and the whole drive through closed.
This seems to occur on a regular basis - whats going on!
This is an ongoing issue so I have no particular dates.

Tonight whilst ordering my food at the ellenbrook store (order number 722) when I wad using the eftpos machine it was filthy I didn't even want to touch it, there were flies in the store and my thongs were sticking to the floor that were unclean. Upon getting home to eat there was no toy in the kids meal for my son, my nuggets were cold. I was extremely unsatisfied. I was concerned with the standard of the food cooked in a dirty store.
cheesy bacon loaded chips
On monday 15/7/19 at approximately 9:00pm I drove through drive-in at Noarlunga ordering cheesy bacon covered chips (overloaded) and a frozen mango drink. I paid for and collected my order and left.
A short distance away I sampled the food, to my dismay the fries were barely warm and there was nothing to eat them with! A messy barely warm meal was a big disappointment.
The drink was fine.
avocado breakfast wrap
I have tried a few avocado breakfast wraps a few times now at each location and i have to say that i was appalled at the quality. I have now opened several wraps from each location just to see how much avocado is used to compare it to the image shown on the display board in store. One location in Richmond (Marion Road) went to the trouble of trying to paint something green on the inside of the wrap. I didn't say anything to the people at the counter because I noticed that there is no communication now other than a docket system that tells the kitchen staff that they have to make something according to spec and not according to the image shown. What a disgrace for a company that is hell bent on money and nothing else. To pay $6.90 for a wrap with lots of lettuce two slices of tomato and a slice of (I'm not sure what it is but it is not bacon) and an over microwaved egg is an absolute joke. As you may notice I did not add avocado to the list because avocados are $1, 000 each and can not be used in the wrap. I am prepared to buy 5 avocados at $3.99 each (cos they are quite large) to service all the Hungry Jacks stores in South Australia, because only then, will all stores be able to give each wrap a slight smear of avocado but it will still fall way short of what the in store image shows. Not happy at ALL.

The bacon burger was not hot enough, ectualy nearly cold and the bacon was only just warmed up plus the Belgium choc cake was cold and no cream or ice cream whatever suppose to be on it but we got charged the full amount, when we asked what it was we were told "that is your choc lava cake" in a rude manner, I don't think we be going back ther sorry, thanks Gerry

Are you guys normal? As the only place that sells onion rings anywhere in australia that was actually good you go and do the stupidest thing and change a customer favorite? Use your brains and for the love of god bring back the original, proper and delicious onion rings that people actually like.
I had 2 onion rings if the new studd and threw the rest out. It was utterly atrocious.

Even though the onion rings are expensive for what they are I always got some. I thought they were a very clever money spinner for HJs. The new ones are garbage and I will never buy them. manager refusing to take coupons
On saturday went to hungry jacks with my family for lunch at granville (woodville rd) hungry jacks. I had a coupon from hungry jacks ..the expiry date was 19/08/2019. As the manager Mr Jamil came i showed him the coupon and asked for flame grill whoper. But the veggie one. Which on the coupon says $8.45 . But Mr jamil refused to take the coupon saying they dnt take this rubbish. Threw the coupon in the bin. We only sell full price meal. I said to Mr jamil that i will call the head office n let them know wat u just did. Mr jamil said to me tell that [censored] to call me direct. I will [censored] thier [censored]. He said again to me that it seems i was desperate to eat burger. Mr jamil said that he can give me burger if i pay $10.95 per burger. If nt go somewhere else. Dnt waste my time. There were 5 more people who had coupons n they went to Mc donalds. If ur stores dnt take those coupons why u people print n distribute to public? Why u put online?its just to make public fool .wat a looser company hungry jacks is. No respect from staff.n management.

Hi, we visited your Hungary jacks drive thru off of the pt road express way on our way to a function tonight at approx 7:30. Firstly we waited for well over 15 minutes for our meal to be delivered which only when I walked inside to see what was happening. there was no one in the restaurant at the time and no one in the drive thru so being busy was not an excuse. There were 2 people at the counter and only one preparing the food. They did nothing to help with the food prep but stood and stared at the screen which displayed the orders. The dining room was filthy (the subway next door was spotless), and when we finally did get our food it was cold and we couldn't eat it. The new bacon burger that everyone has been raving about had 1 rasher of bacon, two beef patties, cheese and little else. We also had two whopper juniors with cheese minus the beef which had a slice of cheese, lettuce, mayo and that was all. The other cheese burger we ordered was ok other than being cold. They gave us fries (despite us not ordering them) which I think was meant to be a good Will gesture but they were cold and stale. We generally will stop off and grab something at various hungry jacks locations on a sat night and normally the food is ok but this was by far the worst meal I have ever had. Service and food was appalling and the overall cleanliness of the restaurant was a health hazard. You could maybe forgive some of these things if they were busy but they were not.

Sunday evening 30th June around 6pm order number 188. Payment $24.40
There was quite a lot of customers in store so it was a busy night which I understand.
My order was 1x Grill master Angus cheese & bacon, 1x hash brown, 1x large chips, quarter deluxe & small chips off shake & win.
There was 2 bags, one of which contained Grill Master & large chips, the other bag 2 x small chips, 1 x egg burger, 1 x hash brown burger.
Unfortunately I did not check my order in store till I got home.
I did not call or go back too the store again to get my order or due to how busy it was and I was home.
Plus on top of that the order was cold and not enjoyable.
It was disappointing as Casula store is normally pretty good.

The incident regarding irresponsible behaviour of the manager. Being disrespectful and long wait. Telling a wrong price during ordering and trying to charge more when order is to be taken. Incident happened on sunday 30th of june 2019. Around 1.30. At hungry jack Morrow street Taringa. I wished to order four whopper junior and small fries. For $5.95. Using the meal deal voucher. I wanted to have two vouchers which means four burgers because we have two kids and two adults. And we wish to have chicken patty on the burgers instead of bacon, pork or veg patty. The girl on the drive thru said ok, for the chicken burgers but did not inform about, any additionasl charges. And she refused that sorry I cannot give you two meal vouchers on one car? Which is very unfortunate. as I believe meal deal vouchers are for motivating people to have more burgurs, and have more sales from Hungry Jacks, on less cost to make customers happy, but with the refusal from this drive thru girl (The voice resembles the voice of elly the manager who was being informed when I went to pickup the order) As the boy who was giving the order was asking me to pay $15.95, when I asked the boy he said you have to pay extra for the chicken, but I said to him that I was not informed when I was ordering. He said no you have to pay additional. Then i asked him can I talk to the manager as I was feeling very dissapointed .for not getting two meal deal coupons in one go as we are four two kids and two adults, and then also with the neglience for not informing me the right priceing and then when I talked to the manager she was rude not accepting the mistake of the, boy or girl who took the order in the drive thru and saying if you want it then take it or leave it. With this sort of response I felt very bad and asked her politely that are you motivating me to go to macdonalds as you are not cooprerating with me. But instead of being polite or humble and saying sorry she said said she has thousands of orders and she is not free. Then I said to her that it's okay and can you please tell me the name of the girl that took my order, but she refused as she said I don't know, but I identifyed her voice and believed that she was the girl who took my order in the drive thru bay, and even I waited ten to fifteen minutes sitting in my car in the drive thru area. As the car ahed of me was still waiting for it's order and nobody bothered about to ask the customers to move their cars into the waiting bay parking. For the drive thru customers as the whole staff was totally mismanaged, and disrespectful and secondly the whole staff seemed new. Who are not bothered about the customers as two weeks back I ordered the same meal with four burgurs using the meal deal vouchers and I recieved two veg burgurs with changed pattys and two chicken burgurs also with changed pattys. i just paid additional during that time for adding peri peri sauce for 30 c on each burger. and I was informed abou the pricing when I was ordering. As I am a regular customer who eats evey week once or twice from Hungry Jacks and the earlier staff was very nice and respectfull, in dealing and dropping of the order to the waiting bay. so please i wish to have the meals deal coupons with at least two meal deal coupon.and have the right people emplyed at store who wish to work for hungry jacks instead of spoiling the reputation of hj and breaking the customers to move to the other providers . so pls inform the staff abt being good .and manager needed to be polite and humble .as this is the only hj near my home . as i live in indoooroopilly..please deal with this compaint . and ask the staff to be good tho customers. my details are DR Nidhi Sharma ph no [protected] and my email address is [protected]@gmail.com.

I ordered 2 whopper junior with 2 small chips, no ketchup in both burgers + heavy peri sauce for both burgers at Roxburgh Park hungry Jack's at 1:25am on 29/06/2019 from drive thru.
Order did not appear on screen. At counter window, I was asked to pay $6.55. I enquired; did you put heavy peri sauce or peri peri sauce because there is a price difference of 30 cents and I want heavy peri on my burgers. Staff confirmed it is heavy peri sauce. I paid thru pay pass and asked for invoice. Invoice showed peri peri sauce. On further inquiry, your staff member checked by putting a dummy sale to confirm price and said: so do you want your money back. I said: yes I need my money back please. She called the manager. Manager asked me the problem and said: without peri sauce I cannot add heavy peri sauce in your burgers. I told him you're wrong, I am a regular customer and always order similar burgers with heavy peri sauce.
Both staff members simply avoided me by closing the window. Prepared my order and handed over. I left the window by telling them you haven't tried to rectify your mistake. There was still a blank look given back. I even found very less peri sauce in burgers and cold chips.
Even the invoice was not full as shown in picture.

This is just an enquiry with regards to an impulsive pricing structure, being a regular customer to Hungry Jacks i was surprised to see the pricing upgrade, Believing that you would want to make ground on your competitor i was suprised that you would change menu prices i.e stunner meal to recieve a replacement on the menu lets say remove mini drumstick to a small sundae added cost of $1.00 then probably the strangest one a surcharge of .50 after 8pm (just strange) having spoke to your staff people would sooner leave than be gouged for the price change, you deal with the elderly who are set in their ways, i myself was prepared to pay the extra as i was already their but as it was my choice to eat there it is also a choice to want to go back, time will tell, i don't expect this email to make a difference, but i will takethe time to let you know the general feeling of a customer, thak you for taking time to read this email yours Wayne Kitchun

My husbands burger had a pice of plastic in it - he took a bite of his bacon delux and he then pulled this pice of plastic out of his mouth.
It looks like a corner off a plastic packet of some sort.

I'm sorry to advise a poor dining experience at HJ Bull Creek on Tuesday evening (5.47pm)' I ordered 2 whoppers cut in half with heavy pickle, one had no pickle in it, and both were luke warm in fact were, cold when I got home. The large chips were really a small chips and not filled up in paper cup..The small coke was nearly flat.
I'd like you to replace the order next week.

6/19/2019- Approximately two hours ago several whoppers were purchased from your Ballarat, Victoria outlet. As I am not a fan of tomato I remove it from the burgers myself, upon opening the first burger I found that a large bite shape was missing from the pattie and had evidently been removed after cooking as the exposed flesh was still pink, however the melted cheese running over it confirms that it was definitely taken after cooking and before assembly of the burger. The next burger opened was the same story. I live in Beaufort in Victoria and getting take away from Ballarat is a rare occurrence as it is a 45 minute drive away, so I obviously cannot return them. I am absolutely disgusted, and to be honest mortified, that you allow this sort of practice to take place within your business and am sure that if you are able to determine who was making the burgers in your Ballarat outlet at approximately 12:30 on the 19/6/2019, you will have found the responsible culprit. I am also disappointed to learn that the food and catering quality and cleanliness standards are not enforced in your stores. Absolutely disgusted.
