I am complaining about food and service
I am karan. 10 june 2019. Time 4:21 am. Location craigieburn hungry jack. The customer service is really [censored]. The lady working there see me as drunk. But I was coming from work and always do my dinner in hungry jack. Like I am there daily customers. That lady I saw first time there. But she deal very bad. She never offer a deal and make every burgers separated. But I told her we take as meal. We also told her put tomato and onions but as you see in pictures nothing is there. So pls take some action regarding that lady because she is running hungry jack customer service.

Hi, I just visit hungry jacks and I m a menu log driver and I pick the order and I had shake and win drink. I ask them can I have they said no we can't give anything to menulog guy. I was thursty and if u have shake and win than I have right to ask them what I want and they can't ignore me or say no to me. I m so disappointed for this service. Horrible food long wait and then had to return the food for a refund and the lady rumiged through the eaten food to check if was all there then tried charging me for the coffee because I poured it out to put the cup in the bag too, it was a sausage and egg muffin meal, the lady was really rude to me and I will never go back to hungry jacks again in my life, it was the Maidstone store out the front of highpoint shopping centre

I was asking did he hear my kids right as they order the same thing kids 10 & 7 I wanted money back and I didn't like his attitude or behaviour he said which one is it I said both and I never called him any names or I never swore at him maybe hungry jacks should train there staff to at least swear about the customer after they have gone properly and door shut properly I'm to upset to go back and get my money as the pay tag didn't work as of yet to be refunded and I couldn't stay as I was getting upset tired had a big day just wanted to get kids some dinner. I will not be going back to that store ever if he is still there maccas will be getting a new customer I'd rather pay them then be served by someone like that.

All I can say I won't be using HJs ever again maccas can have my $ and most time hungry Jacks isn't up to scratch there food but my kids like the drumstick ice cream in the stunner meal as a treat . I have it recorded how I spoke except for the swearing as I was leaving and I can pull a bank statement up showing just last yr lol how many times I've buy HJs obviously they're big so they don't need loyal customers they should teach the workers that they reflect on the business at the end of the day on how their service is delivered and calling people names is a no no.

Our Burger was not able to be consumed took one bite and opened to notice the whole patty was burnt. Very black as seen in photos. We had to wait for our meal and now are not able to eat our dinner, because of how burnt our meal was. We don't have take away a lot but expect that when paid money time and care be put into our meal. Our meal will be great for our dog! Thanks

me and mother went through the drive through at West court and she ordered;
2 big brekky wrap meals,
2 small cokes and
3 more hash browns
when we got to the second window they told us to go and wait at the waiting bay,
when we got out meals we didn't look in the bag cause we were late for work when me and my mother got to work to open the bag and saw that our extra 3 hash browns were not in the bag, we dont usually have a problem with the west court center. our order number was 29 and the possible receipt number is 160021

Hi, the bacon delux is by far my favorite burger,
and top 3 of my favorite foods next to spaghetti and pizza,
So when I tell you hungry jacks in Elizabeth's bacon delux's are disgusting I mean it,
I just gave mine to the dog,
For 3 years now they stopped cooking then completely,
The bacon is almost raw, and the patty's are uncooked,
wet and soggy and tastes like fat,, they rush it and you can tell
Id like to have a nice old flame griled bacon delux please,

At approx 3.30pm today I purchased 2 Hash Brown burgers for my Grandson who is in my care as he was "starving" after school. He said they were "cold" but I didn't pay much attention. The only other thing he consumed afterwards was water. Four hours later just before the evening meal he developed a headache and began projectile vomitting. The only solid stuff in the vomit was undigested burger meat. He had not eaten or drunk anything further to consuming the burgers and drinking some water. After vomitting he recovered. Your staff at the outlet need training in the safe handling of food. It is obvious that the burgers were off and caused the vomitting!

I bought 18 pieces of nuggets, only 3 were normal, others were rotten, super dry texture and tasted sour. It is also very hard...It is very obvious from the picture, the colour of the nuggets are extremely brown compared to the normal ones. It seems like it has been kept for a few days and was refry for many times. This isn't the first time I experienced this, please do something about the new Elizabeth st store and compensate

Hi my name is Kelly, I went to the Thomastown hungry jacks late last night through the drive through with my husband and daughter and we ordered the bacon deluxe family dinner box $24.95.
When we arrived home which is only a 5 minute drive we got the meals out of the bags, and the nuggets weren't even cooked properly the bacon was like rubber off a tyer the buns on the cheese burgers were hard in parts and the drinks well they weren't sprite it was like soda water. I rang the store and spoke to a man and it was like he hung up on me so I tried calling back and no one answered, I've tried calling tonight after I finished work and the person on the phone was so so Rude to me and just put the phone down didn't hang it up so I could hear them talking about it. NOT HAPPY AT ALL

grilled chicken avocado wrap
Thursday last week I went to local hungry jacks drive through @ 12.15pm on my lunch break, I ordered a grilled chicken avocado wrap.
I went back to work continued to work and eat my wrap, I looked down after 3-4 bites to find it completely raw.
This is disgusting. I have sent numerous emails with no reply.
A few hours after eating what I had, I became very queezy and threw up!
Even 3 days later I still was feeling really yuck!
I work in the medical field and I know what eating raw chicken can do!
Someone better contact me before I take this further!

I brought an oreo storm with extra oreos and caramel sauce, and as I got to the bottom and pulled my spoon up, I found a hair stuck in my caramel sauce!
Personally I think all staff with hair past the middle of their necks, should have too wear a hair net!

Went through the drive thru with a list as we had a large family order, the guy read it back to me, it was correct. Got home which is three suburbs away to find the order was all wrong and a hair in the frozen mango. This happened on 12/05/19 approx. 5pm. Mothers day dinner my son was paying for.
The hair in the drink should of been enough to have ALL the order replaced but the manager insisted on pulling all the items out of 5 bags and going through the orders against the receipt and my list to see what was missing / wrong. I should not of had to sit there and do that.
Hair in the drink is enough to know you replace the whole order not just the drink.
Triple meat and cheese x 2, one burger had 2 meet that is it, no cheese nothing.
Asked for two large chips with one of the triple meals that was missing.
Asked for whopper with cheese value meal with extra patty, no cheese at all and burger slapped together like a brick layer made it.

The manager - female no smile, no politeness, thru all in the bin in front of us said nothing as to what she was going to do about it, made it all again. Called it out again one by one, went home and YEP large chips missing.
This is not the first time at this store we have had to go back. This was an$75 odd dollar order. Christmas we came down and spent #$180 on food for relies that come down from up north that was craving it and it was totally messed up to the point two people split their meals with others just to feed them.
The point being I should not of hand to stand there for 30 mins pulling the order out one by one explaining it. Hair in drink is no brainer replace whole order in good faith. Still not happy and would like a replacement voucher for the same amount back.

I ordered a skim latte and upon drinking realised I didn't get what I ordered.
There is no milk in my coffee at all. And hardly any coffee. The taste is of dirty water.
Whilst I appreciate that stores are busy, simply looking into the cup it is obvious that something went wrong with the coffee machine when pouring. Someone had to put the lid on the cup. A glance into what was being served would have prevented this happening.

I was eating a chicken burger until I realised there was mould on the bottom of it. I felt so sick when I realised and I demand a compensation for it! Extremely poor of them to have that in the kitchen honestly hope I don't fall ill! I will be extremely mad if I don't get my money back for this because it is so unfair if I got served and my money taken for mouldy food that's really poor. The least that can happen is I get my money back thank you.

Hi, my husband and I were really disappointed tonight when we received our Smokey BBQ Angus burger meals. I had one a week earlier at Perth airport that was really good; but these ones, bought from the Beldon store in Joondalup, Perth WA was very dry, especially the buns didn't taste fresh at all. I purchased a grilled chicken with no ranch sauce and recieved it with a lashing of ranch sauce and chicken was pink inside so i rang the Wodonga store to complain was not offered a reffund but a replacement meal. I went in to store the following night and asked for a refund and was told i could only have a replacement meal as it was the next day and they couldnot do a refund now NOT GOOD ENOUGH

Being a vegetarian I was so excited the first time I went to hj's as there wasnt one in my home town when I was growing up... Being able to order a burger without having to make changes was fantastic... The vegie burger was perfect... Especially with angry onions on it...
Until now... I went last night to get a vegie burger which has been changed to a massive vegan burger... 1 patty is already bigger than I can eat... I wasnt informed that there is no longer a vegie burger so I was shocked when I got home to find that not only had I payed extra to have real mayo and cheese on it but the angry onions which I payed extra for wasnt there also...
So I waste more money going back to get what I had payed for originaly... As you cant even ring the store as no phone numbers are supplied...
There is at least 18 meat burgers but I cant even get more than 1 vegetarian burger that tastes acceptable...
There is too many better options available now at other places that you have lost me as a customer...

On Saturday 27th April (today) I purchased a cheesy cheeseburger without pickles when it arrived it had pickles on it, I also ordered aChicken Royale burger, it is advertised as being flame grilled, I would expect to see grill marks but there were none also as you will see by the attached photographs the lettuce was wilted, lackluster and brown tinges on the efges, I was expecting fresh and there was a distinct lack of mayonnaise. As I have always enjoyed Hungry Jacks and up until today never received a disappointing meal I am greatly dissatisfied and disappointed.

So Very disappointed with youu HUNGRY JACKS that you have changed your recipe for onion rings. the substitute version that you have imposed on your customers is inadequate, tastes horrible and ruins the experience. very unhappy with this backward bad change. the Original crisp tasty breadcrumbed version were much better.
