a wrong whopper jnr
I ordered 2 whopper jnr and a few other things and those 2 whopper jnr only came with buns a patty and mayo no onions no pickles no tomato no cheese no sauce apart from mayo no lettuce how is that a whopper jnr I brought this through drive through on Father's Day around 3:15pm at Coburg hungry jacks could I please get a refund or return this is not acceptable
rude customer service and wrong order
I went to the hungry jacks in Campbelfield on Hume Highway in Melbourne. The girl that was on drive through was very rude. She was young and looked like she was Lebonese and muslim. Kept cutting me off saying is that all when i hadnt even finished my order. She got my order wrong i ordered two double whoopers with cheese. I only got one double whooper and a normal whooper with cheese. In one of my burgers i ordered no onion no pickle and no tomato in the other burger i ordered no tomato and no pickle when i asked her about it she said "yeah yeah i got it down" also when I got up to the window I saw customers go inside another girl attended to them and then that same muslim girl pushed her out of the way saying you cant come here you have to go through drive through. I couldnt hear what the other customers were saying but she came back to the window mouthing"[censored]" not knowing I can read lips. Then she also said why do they want my name for in a nasty tone. Overall the service was bad, I got the wrong order and I got charged for something I ordered but didnt get. Not happy at all.Definately not going there again. She didnt give my receipt as well so could go back and get my correct order

I bloody stated to the [censored]ing staff tht I dnt mind waiting but I want ma food [censored]ing fresh they took 5 to -0 min which I dnt mind but when I got home n me n ma wife were about to start cheeseburgers when ma wife took forst bite I got told tht her cheeseburger's petty was [censored]ing hard as [censored]ing rock for the [censored]ing information my wofe is pregnant I will visit tomorrow to the store n talk to these [censored]ing scumbags who cant even one single [censored]ing thing properly n one thing I want to tell you I will [censored] you guys up if something happen to my wife's health or to my baby I will not hesitate to take these [censored]ing [censored] to court I don't give a [censored] but I need reply about this as soon as [censored]ing possible

I paid for 2 whopper tamer boxes as well as 2 other large meals in which I had specific instructions due to the fact my siblings have fussy appetites. I advised her of the extra things I bought in which she complained grab the extra sauces that I bought and threw them in the bag. I have got to say she was the rudest manager I have ever come across. Her words she mumbled under her breathe weren't nice either and I would not recommend her to supervise the younger youth working at hungry jacks. Tonight is the last night I go to hungry jacks because if the disrespectful attitude shown towards me and my YOUNGER siblings.
general service, staff doing nothing, standing around
On saturday, 1st Sept, 18, my wife & I visited the Coopers Plains Store (Qld) only to find that the girl on service was wearing a flower in her cap (1) attitude did not want to help in my assistance, her attitude was 'what do you want" (2) lack a daisy attitude couldn't care less, (3) The store was untidy (4), Papers on the floor and tables uncleared (5), outside there were litter everywhere, (6) whilst they enjoyed them selves talking and joking about everything except serving the customers. question the person in charge (Her) didn't seem to observe what their staff was doing, or didn't care, What has happened to customer service?, don't the staff care any more,? I am discussed in the staff and management of the Coopers Plains store (Qld), I am sorry that I didn't keep my sales docket so that I can nail the time and the persons who served me. Your comments will assist me to understand why these issues are abundant.

grilled chicken burger

I went to your Parafield store today and we ordered two burger meals, for my husband and son which they said was great. My chicken burger was terrible. it dry and rubbery and seemed old. Very disgruntled, I decided to ask for my money back. I showed the girl on the counter and she went and got the manager. He asked if I wanted another burger, which I declined he then really banged the screen again and again, then walked off leaving myself and the worker unsure of what was happening.
The manager returned put some money in my hand and walked off. My husband then went into aske for his name and to tell him he shouldn't be rude to customers.
I have 17 staff and I hope they never treat my customers in this manner . The managers name was Andrew and the store was Parafield. I think Andrew would benefit some intense customer training and learn some manners.

Visited Hungry Jacks in Fawkner last nite around 7pm, minimal customers 2 sit down tables in use. The male urninal was full of paper and foil and area looked like it had not been cleaned for a few days. In the seating area there were 6 empty tables with rubbish on them that needed cleaning and a wipe down and rubbish on the floor. The amounts of chatters from the kitchen was the dominate sound in the eating area and a lot of horse play was going on. It seems that staff have one job and that does not include keeping the venue clean. There was a lack of what seems like responsible supervision of this shift, someone needs to be in charge if there is they are doing a poor job.
drive thru
Just letting you know tonight I went through the Hungry Jack's drive thru at Karingal. It was approx 8.25pm & I waited & waited for over 12 minutes in the drive through for a jnr whopper & a small chips. This is not acceptable. You can check the cctv my rego is 1cm2rz a white holden captiva.
Over the past month the drive thru wait is getting longer & longer. It is faster to park & go into the store?
The staff tonight didnt even appologise for the wait.
Why do staff not just move a car into a waiting bay instead of holding everyone else up? Once you are in the drive thru there is no way to get out so you have no choice but to sit in your car. This needs to be addressed as drive thru should be a faster service.
Im not one to usually complain as i support young people working but tonight was not on.

The survey is a lie and a complete marketing gimmick. Hungry Jacks receipts asks customers to fill out a survey and states it can receive free cheeseburgers. It is a lie. Do not even bother filling it out because they don't give it to you; claiming such a promotion has ‘expired'. Moreover the staff members particularly at their Southern Cross branches are rude and always look like they cannot be bothered to service you.
With such utterly dismal service, I do not see myself spending with them again. I much rather head to McDonalds where I actually feel like I am paying for the service or food I receive.
my burger being made disgusting, and tasting foul
At 19:14pm on the 28/08/2018 i attended the darwin city hungry jacks on smith street. I orderd a whopper with cheese minus pickle and a medium fries.
I got back to my apartment on woods street to find my burger all over the place and cold.
When i went to take a bite it tasted like it had been sitting there for a while.
I worked at hungry jacks a long time ago and im pretty sure you dont just slap a burger together amd have it sit there for a while. I tried to ring the store and to my surprise there was no answer. I have the receipt, i would like my money back and your staff evaluated on their skills. I am unable to return to the store as i was on my dinner break for work.
food poisoning
My father and mother visited Hungry Jacks in Labrador Queensland to have breakfast with friends. It has always been my father's favourite meeting place. My father is 90 years old and mother is 89 years old.
In the 9th July on eating pancakes for breakfast in your Labrador QLD franchise, my father began to eat a pancake which he instantly told his friends didn't taste right.
On returning home he did not feel well. He has been sick ever since.
Firstly, he was very ill for days, possibly 5 days. He was ill, dizzy etc. all the symptoms of food poisoning. Following that he was weak and could not eat food. No other symptoms.
After 5 weeks of going to the doctors to try to find out why he was so ill and why he could not eat food, he was hospitalised.
After a series of tests, it has been discovered that he has duodenum ulcers. The statistics show that 75% of people who contract duodenum ulcers have no symptoms. This condition is caused by a bacteria named H. pylori bacteria (Helicobacter pylori). This bacteria can be caused from unclean food. We believe that the pancake was the cause of his ulcers.
My father kept a record of how his illness commenced on the day of eating some of the pancake from your franchise in Labrador.
The illness was discovered last Friday the 24th August. The treatment has been an antibiotic to kill the bacteria but now, because of the length of time that my father has not been able to eat and his age, his body seems to be unable to recover.
My father could die. This all started the day he visited your Labrador franchise and ate a pancake which evidently harboured the H.Pylori bacteria.

As a mother of a child that has work for your company for nearly 4 years I find it appalling the way the managers at Grafton hungry Jacks deals with their staff as my daughter was admitted to hospital I rang hungry Jacks Grafton to speak to the manager to make sure that they could get someone early enough to cover her shift in regards of the situation the manger said to me in abrupt manner I haven't got time for this get me a medical certificate and then he hung up not only my daughter covers everyone else's Schiff's when people don't turn up she always comes in on the spare of the moment when They need someone to fill shifts in I feel that my daughter does not get enough ignore ledge meant for loyalty to your company hungry Jacks and should have a higher position by now she is a dedicated worker and always turns up to her Schiff's as a mother and a loyal customer I feel that someone needs to look further into Grafton hungry Jacks the way they're managing it is appalling The way these children are spoken to is disgraceful and their wages I find that could be improved I'm sorry that I've had to make a complaint but I hope someone will take this seriously and make this a better situation your kind regards Alysha sheen

I asked the lady if they have kids meals with toys, she replied yes. I then asked to purchase two kids meals with toys and there was no mention of there being no toys available. So I received my meals and drove off to find out there were no toys. I went back to ask where they were and the lady said we don't have any left. I am very annoyed as the only reason I purchased those meals was to get the kids a toy each. If she had of mentioned this at the start I would have not bought those meals. I thought it was poor service. If anything it was very sneaky how I was given the meals with no mention.
I am complaining about a chicken burger
went to hungry jacks taree yesterday got a burger and it tasted a bit weird but i still ate it didn't wanna waste my money but later on that day i felt sick didn't think anything of it but i got home lastnight and i was vomiting non stop because the chicken on the burger wasn't cooked. i'm really devastated because i actually enjoy hungry jacks. this is not the first time this has happened to me from there.
kids cheeseburger happy meal
Went through Bendigo central drive-thru and ordered for myself a whopper meal minus tomatoes and a cheeseburger happy meal minus the cheese. Get to service window and am handed a bag. After inspection of contents, (contained correct whopper meal order but received a cheeseburger happy meal minus buns instead of cheese and no toy) I explained to the lady at window that this is not what I ordered and where was the happy meal Toy that should accompany the happy meal. She insisted I had the right thing and they ran out of toys so you need to move on. Being a busy Saturday night I was not going to sit at the window and argue and the line was atleast 7 cars long so wasn't going back through to wait another 10 minutes and had a sleeping baby in the car so wasn't going into the store that's why I opted for drive-thru...very dissatisfied with the service and attitude i recieved tonight

I was at Cairns Domestic Airport Hungry Jacks a few days ago. When i got to the front of the line after 10 minutes of lining up, I was told there was no beef burgers available and I could only purchase chicken products. I then asked why there was no sign stating this. A manager who overheard my questions butted in, stating: "if you weren't' talking [censored] in line you might have seen the sign" while pointing to a small board with tiny writing, so small I couldn't even read form where I was. She was so rude I ended up leaving without buying anything. I've never been spoken to so rudely in my life and felt degraded so much at a Hungry jacks store. Think i'll be eating elsewhere from now on.

disrespectful to family environment
Today around 5.30 pm at Campbellfield hungry jacks. We went there as a family for having dinner. We were waiting at the table and tv was on and channel name was MAX 46. it was a disaster that what they put it on for watching. it was literally porno music clip. There were more than 6 families with their young children including us with 5 and 9 years old children. One of the gentlemen who have 3 young girls walked to the desk to complain to change the channel which wasn't appropriate for families. Staff members looked and laughed at each other rather than showing respect for customers request and the channel hasn't been changed after that warning. it was a disaster and no respect to families and children from HUNGRY JACKS AND THEIR REPRESENT STAFF MEMBERS. I will pass this to my community members not to go to that place and I will take it to the head office of HUNGRY JACKS in Melbourne.
wrong burger
I went through drive thru Bendigo hungry Jack's around 6 40pm on the 4th of August and I ordered a veggie whopper cheese minus tomato I wanted it on a brochie bun, I got home and I didn't get my veggie whopper cheese on a brochie bun.
I was hungry so I had a bite and there was pineapple in the burger!
I didn't no veggie whopper cheese had pineapple on it last time I got one it deffenitly did not have pineapple.

The burgers taste disgusting and and the customer service from the manager was disgusting and poorly and so rude. They need to start putting customer's firsts and not there phone's or [censored]ing about there life. Very very disappointed,
Burgers weren't put togethers properly, it just looked like they chucked it on the bun.

I am so mad I just came and ordered what was ment to be my childrens treat night dinner to be waiting 20mins then to be told there was no Angus patties ready and will be another 20mins so instead they replaced it with whopper pattie. Get home to find my order was incompleted both my 3pk nugget meal and my extra 6pk nugget meal and icecream where not in the bag and as I left fustrated it wasnt until I got home I also realised all my drinks and fries where all small yet I was charged and paid for medium combos. This was purchased at Mount Annan. Also I go to eat my X-Tra Long chicken to find just a chicken pattie in a bun there was no mayo or lettuce. I live 25mins away and with 3 kids it was inconnvient to go back tonight! So dissapointed a family treat night ruiened when the kids have to share burgers as the ones who where ment to have nuggets didnt recieve their order or their ice cream 😠😡
