noise complaint
i have rang the beaudesert store on numerous occasions and spoke to a man named tom who said he would take care of it but it is still happening every day just about, the problem is i have the motel right next door with people trying to sleep at 10pm and 6am, i have train drivers on shift work, there is one employee who insists on parking near the fence and starting his car and reveing it at these times, his car is very loud, now after all my communications with the store and asking nicely if he could park a bit away from the fence he still insists doing it, i dont know where to turn to, there is a massive car park with no houses on the other side where he could park but no he wont do that to keep the peace, do i have to ring the council and put in a noise complaint or do hungry jacks need to upgrade the fence to sound proof it a bit more, i dont know iam just sick of asking nicely to fix the problem and getting sick of being woken up at around 10pm with a fright, its that loud. anyway i hope you can help me as i dont want any hassles as i hate complaining, its just getting past a joke, and lots of my guests go to your store so lets see if we can sort this out please. wendy mckenna. beaudesert central motel. When to Hungry Jacks in warrigal Moorabbin today got a chicken roll which was luke warm ask for a microwave of it a woman with name tag Steff refused to do so a got a refund----- and went to Mcdonalds . Also no table service at all from this woman she must be sacked. There was a Man serving in the morning there no problems with him maybe this woman was a one off but if I see her again no food there for me for me .
liar senior floor manager and staff dismissing active listening request for ignorance

Tonight at 23.35 pm 24.7.18 approximately both junior and senior staff alleged reason for not serving myself was due to being rude bad language. I requested two items one thick shake strawberry and one sundae same flavor. The junior rep fluffed around between with my order forcing me to reclarify repeat it x3 forcing myself to quote "you need to open your ears" the junior customer rep then refused service stating your being rude go somewhere else now!. When prompted can I speak to the manager she liar to me "I am the manager now drive thru" I did not believe a hungry Jack rep would ever treat a customer with such disdain as heard her the changing the context of my conversation to suit her new judgement narration ie "RUDE" customer cop out, aggressive, angry! As I approached the service lane the actual manager (female)was ready and waiting to reinforce her junior' reps rhetoric I wanted her details on paper she refused. I would say you listen to the recording proof is in the pudding that people need to be proactive listeners I respect its a high pressure environment at times I am in social services but hey two items can't get that right? cmon hungry jacks minchinbury your better then that just don't liar to people in the future and we will try to respect you even more...after this episode of obviously changing the context to suit their narration I am not sure

On July the 19th at around 9.30 I drove into Hungry Jacks Armidale 2350 NSW there was no one waiting but a car had gone through to the window to pick up his order.
I waited at the window for around 2 min and still no one took my order as I come to Hungry Jacks a lot because I work with children I knew that this was not right and thought that the speaker might have been out so I drove around to the window and the young lady said to me don't drive around until you have placed your order I explained that I had been there waiting for at least 2 min she said I don't care you need to wait at least 5 minutes and place your order before coming around, her whole attitude was pathetic towards me I had asked her how long she had been working here and she replied at least a year and a half but that dosn't change you need to waid 5 min before coming around, she said this to me about 5 times, I could see the other young man behind the counter was looking at us and continued to let her talk to me like [censored] I looked at her name tag briefly and it read Breanna I know it started with a B and about 6 or 7 letters in her name Very skinny girl around 17 -18years old, I go to hungry Jacks a lot and know a lot of staff there but I don't remember her at all I have a very close family friend that works there but I don't want to involve any of them. I am a respectable member of the public I 100% believe you should be nice to all customers there was no reason to be rude to me other than she was in a bad mood. I told her she needs to go home and have a sleep and come back with a better attitude towards customers.
I could see her through the glass window with mouth movement mimicking me she turned and I gave me the two drinks I ordered and said "take your drinks" the normal thing is you take the money first I had the $2 coin in my hand to pass to her she pushed the drinks to me 2 drinks, not in a cup holder I nearly spilt it trying to give her the money and take the drinks.
I had a sick 8-month-old baby in my car who ended up in hospital, I never put any problems onto her I was not rude to her, all I wanted was a drink and all I got was crap service, I hope this will be dealt with properly and she is spoken to and taught not to talk to customers the way she did.
the staff, manager and my order
I had just picked up my mum and daughters who flew back from NZ and were hungry so we stopped in at hungry jacks as it was the only place open and was pretty late. I ordered x2 stunner meals, a jr whopper meal and a X-tra long chicken cheese with bacon meal with extra mayo (which was mine).
After receiving my meal i noticed it was just a normal chicken sub meal with extra mayo. I took it back up and said i ordered the xtra long chicken cheese with bacon, the girls reply "ahhh yeah?"
I then continued "i ordered an xtra long chicken cheese with bacon meal, this has no bacon or cheese"
Her reply "did you want to add a bacon?" (This was the same girl who actually took my order)
Me "im not adding a bacon, i ordered the xtra long chicken cheese with bacon meal, exactly how it is advertised"
Her reply "oh sorry ill get someone to make the right one" ...20mins passes by (by this time my mother and daughters have finished their meal)
I go back up and ask whats happening with my burger. She then says "sorry we're out of long buns, would you like it on a normal round bun?" To which i reply "yes please i don't mind im just hungry" ...10mins passes by.
I go back and ask where is mt burger. She then says "sorry my boss won't allow us to out it on a normal round bun as thats not professional." Her boss then comes over and says "sorry i won't allow them to make it on a normal bun but here, you can have this one" and passes me a tendercrisp burger. I open it to ask "can i please get bacon and cheese on it please?" He says "sure thing, ill get them to make a fresh one a deliver it personally" so i go sit back down...ANOTHER 20mins passes by.
I go up to ask where is my burger. At this point everyone is ignoring me, no one wants to make eye contact! I start trying to get someones attention as they're vlearly walking behind the counter totally ignoring me. I then ask for a refund as i have waited nearly an HOUR to get a goh damn simple burger! He then gives me $5.00 refund and says thats the cost of the burger, is he serious?! Clearly he was! He refused to give me a full refund as the chips were COLD! I didn't even EAT THEM because i wanted to eat the with my burger! As he was giving me my $5.00 refund i asked whereni could make a complaint. He just replied "don't worry about it I'll do an instore one" i then repeated myself and asked where i can make a complaint to which he then turned his back on me and walked away! How absolutely rude and disgusted i was at the most vile customer service i have ever recieved in any fastfood restaurant in my 32 years! The staff were rude, the restaurant was a mess (i actually had to clear our own table away and wipe it down) and the manager was despicable! I definitely won't be recommending that hungry jacks to anyone!
large cappuccino and large chips
I'm getting very tired of only getting three quarters of a cup of cuppacino when l ask for large size...l've had this happen 5 times now at the Longwarry outbound Hungry Jacks ...even the chips hv been downsized...l ask for large size and when l get home open the bag and find its only half size...if l wanted small l would have asked for it ! I still end up paying the full price but not getting the goods ...lm not happy at all can you please fix this !
missing burgers, food cold
Went to Hungry Jacks Little River Melbourne bound on Friday 13 th July at around 7.30 pm we placed an order for $78 . We had 4 chicken Royale stunners meals, cheese burger stunner meal bacon deluxe hunger tamer meal. Medium whopper with cheese meal, whopper junior with cheese and a medium chicken peri peri meal . We were handed drinks and ice creams, we had to ask for a missing drink and ice cream. We were then asked to do a lap of the drive thru because it was a big order and several cars were behind us. We got back to the window quickly looked in bags and headed home. Well we were missing the chicken peri peri burger the whopper junior burger and a chicken Royale . Everything else was cold so no one enjoyed their meal . I rang the stre 3 times to tell them but no one answered.
super stunner ham and cheese toast meal
Well ordered 5 super stunner meals toasted Ham and cheese which should have been bacon and egg and u received 5 squashed cheese and no cheese toast and was cold. I am regularly at this store and find it is normally the best customer service. Since canning ton closed the staff have transfered to thornlie til canning ton opened and now has. But the staff except regulars from thornlie are rude and orders are messed up and constantly having to park in waiting bay for 10+ mins. I rang and spoke to Dorothy she said her name was which I know dot moved to warnbro so she might have given false name. Today's Manger she said and hung up. She was arguementive and didn't have any customer service skills just aggression. The staff that are regularly at thornlie are very quick and prompt and also have great customer service skills.
kids value meal
Went into Hungry Jacks @ ingle farm, South Australia to buy a kids meal for the Grandkids for the toy advertised as well as a snack for myself. When we got the kids meal it was with a coloring pack and not the nerf toy advertised, went up and question this was then told we had run out and thats to replace it, and i should have put a notice up that we had run out of the toys. I feel when i order i should have been made aware of this before paying for it, so i could have made the decision myself. This let the company down.
service and cleanliness of hungry jacks byford wa
Every time we go into Hungry Jacks in Byford it is a disgrace the tables are covered in wrappers or when they are removed have not been wiped down they still have sauce and food particles on them.
The store has only been open for less than 3 yrs and yet its icecream and drink machines are constantly broken or out of service which only proves the lack of cleaning in the store and its equipment .
They constantly get orders wrong even though I make them read back my orders and when you do get them they seem to be slapped together with an overdose of ketchup and or mayo so that when you bite into it all you get is a mess of sauce and the burgers are cold.
I have never been so disappointed in the lack of pride and service and cleanliness that this store constantly provides . and don't get me started on the attitude and customer service provided by some of the staff, with the occasional "WHAT" do you want? not "HOW" can I help you.
I am tired of trying to make a complaint in store as I feel I am wasting my time as they don't even seem to care and just say sorry we are busy at the moment and then walk away.
I feel your store Manager and some staff need to do a revised course on Customer Service and most importantly how to keep a store clean...
Next time if there is one I will just call the Department of Health.

Approximately at a 11:37pm 17th of June 2018 Drive through at the last Window the service window gentlem was rude and managed to spill the small drink of Coke on my Vehicle I said to him you spilt Coke on my Vehicle he said I'll give you Napkins and did not apologise having said Coke damages and stains the paint. refused full time employment because of old stretcher holes in earlobes.
I would like someone to call me from Hungry Jacks head office. your number or email is so hard to find. About a relative that's been working here for over 5 years, is loyal, and prepared to do any or more shifts given to him. its been said that he can't get a higher position, or full time because of his older stretcher holes in his ears. Can this be the right decision? I think not.
serving me reheated day old foods reheated twice
Hi. I went to Hungry Jacks Gladstone QLD around 7.30am Saturday 9th June 2018, i ordered nuggets & fries with a Freeze coke. We were told to wait in car park while fresh nuggets were being made ready, when we drove off and opened the meal, the fries were dark brown rock hard and just disgusting to look at, I went back to the store and presented the fries to the manager who said sorry, she will fix it with a fresh batch. Trusting her I collected my new fries and left. I arrived home and on opening the new fries, there was a few new fries mixed with the old ones i complained about. I have them here beside me, I have taken photos, i will post them on social media to tell others what Hungry Jacks in Gladstone QLD do to their customers and to the public image of Hungry Jacks. I am led to believe because they did this to me twice within an hr, then there must be other customers with the same and similar complaints about the staff of this store. The toilets and store in general need an overhaul, attitude sucks and is right there in the toilet as well

Today I went to hungry jacks with my friends and some of us decided to use the Hungry Jacks Shake And Win app. It was all fine until a female manager regected a free large coke I had won and given to my friend to redeem. As my friend had already gotten something from the app and was getting something else but from MY phone, she might have thought she had screen recorded it. We quickly showed her it wasn't fake but she kept refusing service. My friend and I felt very disrespected.
Please make sure you get the right person as all other staff seem very nice especially the other male manager.
poor management

My daughter work at this store. She has rung all day from 1000 with no answer on phone. She is trying to ring to say she is unable to make her shift as I (her mother) have jist had cardiac surgery and am unable to drive. This is disgustingly poor management. The manager on is Grace. I have rung previously and spoken to a Brad to inform him of medical issues and My daughter unable to make her friday shift and following monday shift. He was rude and refused to accept my ringing on her behalf for the monday, telling me that she needs to ring on the day.
She tells some me the managers spend all day on their phones, yet cannot be bothered answering store phone. She has rung over 20 times today, still with no answer and when she doesnt turn up she will be sworn at.. yes the F word has been used at her previously. This is very poor management practices. What sort of store is being rung here. It needs a complete overhaul and I should not have to be doing this straight after heart surgery.
under staffed
Upon visiting Hungry Jacks Glendenning, Saturday, 2nd June 2018, at 6:02pm, i arrived to find the cue backed up to the door, and ONLY 4 crew members working. The drive thru was also completely full which is why we decided to go into the restaurant. I proceeded to wait 15minutes BEFORE even being served, and watched the poor hardworking cashier "Cameran" run from refilling drinks back to the cashier whilst one of the few members that were working stood there yawning. After finally placing placing my order, i had to push through the crowd to the right of the cashier as there was also a line forming there for people who had things wrong with their orders.. After waiting another disgraceful 23minutes we finally had our food and were ready to leave. I checked my order at the register which appeared to be all in check. We then left.. only to find that our burgers were cold! After waiting that long surely youd expect to have your food atleast warm! How disgusted i was with my experience at Hungry Jacks tonight! Definitely should have had more staff on. The service tonight from Hungry Jacks was appalling. However the poor young man "Cameran" should be praised for hanging in there the way he did.

I ordered an Angus bacon and cheese burger meal and when I went home discovered I was given just a cheese burger. This order was made at the drive Thi of the Oakleigh outlet on Dandenong Rd. the disgusting unhygienic store (launceston kingsmeadow store tasmania)
I have visited this above store on several occasions due to regular soccer games in the area. Yesterday 5 of us entered this store no other customers just us. As we were served to then try and find a table or a seat that was even partly clean was impossible. Crumbs, sauce, on every table yes every table. Having to then ask a staff member to do their job a young girl came over damp cloth wiped our table and then returned behind counter...why did she not continue to clean all tables it was not at all busy only one other person entered the store while we ate. The floor was covered in crumbs sauce and spilt sticky drinks and was not even mopped up...on leaving the store there was a spill at the end of the ramp that had a caution sign placed...due to a slow period in store why this was not cleaned up immediately. I'm unaware of who or if I could see a store manager the ridiculous noises coming from the staff...I do not begrudge anyone having fun in the work place but making idiotic noises, eating while working and where the hell are the required hair nets?
My daughter works in our local hungry jacks store Burnie and the store in pristine, jobs allocated to mop floors, clean toilets in which Launceston store kings meadows is appalling. Hair nets are to be worn at all times but not one seen on any staff member in Launceston. I am totally totally disgusted that the difference in these 2 stores and can't understand that standards rules and regulations can be so different between 2 stores owned by the same company can be in such a filthy state. A overhaul of this store is in dire need as I really do not think the work place and hygiene standards would be impressed at all if they were to enter this store. In my eyes it should be shut down. Utterly disgusted beyond words. At the time I wished I had my phone to take photos to submit with my complaint as words cannot express enough of the filth I witness.
food and service complaint
on friday the 25th may 2018 at approximately 10 pm my wife and i and our two teenage grandchildren went to hungry jacks at wild horse mountain on the southbound side of the 4288 bruce highway coochin creek qld. to order 4 meals. in my opinion the store was under staffed as there was a number of customers waiting to be served, with some of them walking out without being served.
the attendant appeared to be busy busy looking after the drive through and neglecting the counter. when we finally got our order which was incomplete, the chips were cold and the burgers were cold also. most of our order went into the bin as it was unacceptable. i found the attendant rude and not very polite at all, if this was due to the fact that they appeared to be short staffed it is no excuse for this type of behaviour.
we had the option to go to mac donalds which is right next door but our grandchildren preferred hungry jacks. if this is the standard of food we can expect from your stores we will not be returning.

To whom it may concern
At your Beldon store there are2 driveways leading to your drive though. One leading nowhere and the other to the drive through, nothing is clearly marked, just some faded arrows that are near impossible to see.
Unfortunately this afternoon I took the wrong driveway and with it high curb on one side managed to scrape and dent the under carriage and side of my car causing damage to the to the passenger side.
My daughter and I ended up going into the store and instead of the drive through and was served by a young girl at the counter. On telling her of my encounter and the damage caused to my car by the hungry Jacks drive though, Her remarks was that; " it has happened a few times. " and she went on to take my order as if it was an everyday occurrence.
Attached are photos of the extremely high curb, the drive through and the damage to my car.
I would appreciate if someone would contact me concerning your procedures on claiming compensation for the damages incurred to my car.
