Entered Store at approx. 6.45pm and was served at 6.52pm as per docket..
Waited some 15 Minutes for food to arrive, during which there were approx. 3-4 other diners ordering. During wait one young staff member appeared to be arguing with manager at front serving counter, the staff appeared to be poorly trained and one member who served me did not even know how to use the order till/system.
Food eventually arrived after approx. 15 mins and my partner & I Sat & dined in restaurant, the burgers were cold/lukewarm, also my partners Ultimate Angus Bac, Cheese the meat was burnt at edges, the fries and onion rings were stone cold
I have been eating at Hungry Jacks for many years and have Grand Daughters who enjoy experience and food, I will have to give it much thought before visiting HJ's again

Hi I received a meal that was poorly provided to me as the chips I received were not only old as I asked for freshly cooked ones but they hadn't provided the appropriate portion but also the burger was a disappointment the slushy was half melted by the time I got it ... This is a regular meal for me and unfortunately the worst I would like for my meal to be replaced please

FIX the power points and toilets we are in the middle of the city, it's hungary jacks what a city the restaurant turns it's power off!?!? Are you kidding me!? How long are you planning on hiding this for? Your dead beat employees stand there with a stone cold look on there face I mean are we going crazy or there's just very poor management?, and the toiltes have been blocked for weeks I mean are you serious? Call a plumber and fix it! It should have been fixed that day are we taking about professional or what we are in the city WAKEUP to yourself you have been warned

On the 11th May 2018 I attempted to purchase one of my fasmilys favourites, a hash brown, after school. Only to be told they are only on the breakfast menu, and not done after 11am, when questioned the cashier informed me it has recently changed. I am really dissapointed the hash brown policy has recently changed. One of the best things about Hungry Jacks was the ability to get a hash brown at any time of day. Please bring them back in the afternoons!
was given the wrong order I paid for 2xlarge meals
I ordered 2x large whooper with cheese value meals with onion rings and chocolate shakes I recived 2 small junior whooper meals without realising I have driven all the way home and then once I did I called and was met with hostility and rude ness seriously disappointed as I am a frequent customer .
I realise things can go wrong this not being the first wrong order that I have paid extra for but it is the first time I was met with such unprofessional conduct would seriously like a refund or a replacement thank you
the small mistakes on orders and food
On Thursday night 3rd of May at about 5.50pm I went through the drive thru Hungry Jacks at Strathpine. Ordered a chicken royale and a large fries. The order wasn't repeated back to me. I'm not sure what flavour the large drink was that I got it was a yellow colour? I also got the burger... was furious that there was no fries as they were for my son who's 2 and that's all I really wanted, we were in a hurry so I just left it.
Then later on we went to Hungry Jacks at Carseldine and I ordered a burger and fries. The fries were for my son, and they were soooo salty! Way too much seasoning.
So much effort just to get good fries which we are usually happy customers of. Such a small deal it may seem like but not to my son...

I ordered for a veggie whopper meal... And they served me with some beef whopper... I being a pure vegetarian by birth.. It is a very big deal for me.. When I went back and showed it to the assistant manager present there... He seemed very casual about it rather he told me that this keeps happening it is not a big deal... I can change it now. This means allot to hit vegetarian's mental psychology.

It happening with me last few months, i finished my job everyday between 3 to 5, always when i go to hungry jacks they refuse me to serve,
they always have excuse, we have delivery, we don't service we don't have burger left, last night when i ask for meal he refuse me again, i saw him he was busy on phone, he just ignore me. i am taking about Hungry Jacks corner of Ruthven Street & Alderly Street, Toowoomba City. I hope you guys take some action on those night staff.

To whom it may concern.
I am a long time customer of HJs. Love them over all fast food chains. But tonight I'm a little disappointed in this bacon Deluxe burger. It is actually burnt. I get that they are flame grilled but this is a little excessive... I only got not quite half way as it was dry and hard to eat.
I'm hoping that this will be taken constructively and improvements will be made. And possibly a replacement burger will be provided.

Mona making smart comments about us receiving the wrong order.
After starting to eat our burger realised that it was not what we ordered.
Girl behind counter very argumentative after letting her know it was the wrong order.
Correct order was being prepared after much deliberation and when brought out to us Mona made a smart comment about us starting to eatbour wrong order and why should we get the new order. She too was arguing with us. Very bad customer service from a company that deals with not only domestic customers but also international customers. Very poor.

hello I went through drive through with my kids and wife and went we returned home we rediscovered two burgers missing in the order so I contacted store only to be abused by superviser and when I ask for her name she hung up and would not answer phone again so I went into store to see superviser only to be abused again and told stiff [censored] there bussy I got superviser name and now I'm still out of pocket for my burgers and have payed for them but haven't received and superviser is rude arrogant and should not be in this position it is technically theft I will never spend another $ at hungry Jack's again and will be advertising every way possible how bad hungry Jack's westcourt cairns is to there customers and the superviser Abby how she is a law suit waiting to happen not happy

Yesterday on the 16/04/2018 I went to the Waterford's Hungry jacks drive through with a friend, We paid for our meals separately and I ordered the super stunner meal for $5.95 but I was charged $19.95 for the meal which I do not understand because I didn't even receive a receipt for the meal to get the refund back on the day, Which really frustrated me because I had to find out on my online banking account.
I find that really dodgy because what if the lady paid for her own meal on top of mine and thought I wouldn't realise because she knew all I ordered was a $5 meal because, I remember her calling it out. If I am sure which I am that's called theft, which is a shame for hungry jacks to hire people who steal of their customers and get paid to do it as well. I would like this to be investigated because what if other workers have done it to other customers and they haven't realised that they've been ripped off.
Maybe I am wrong about the situation but you can never be too sure about things. And I would like a refund on my money.

we have been to hungry jacks Moorabbin 3 times and this being our 3rd time was supposed to keep us as customers WELL THAT WENT WRONG, again the food is in the bin which we didn't get replaced for our last turn when my husband got food poisoning, I had to PAY for part of it ... that's bad enough but then found out that when I went after our first disaster the guy that abused me because I wanted my meals replaced was in fact the store manager and not the assistant manager that he told me he was all they give free is food poisoning... well they can explain that to the health department

This is the fourth time it happened to me. Sometimes chips not fresh. Sometimes burger Patty is not fresh. This time the whole bun was burned out and Black. It was my break fast meal. I have to do an 8 hour shift at work. But due to this I didn't able to eat during the whole shift. So as it was happening again and again, finally I decided to complain about it. workplace bullying and harassment
This is a complaint against manager Rahool working at mimchinbury hungry jacks on the 12 April evening he's been bullying my 16 year old son who works there. He also verbally abused my daughter on the same night she confronted him. I need to report to police as this has caused significant trama to me and my family .
My son works at the place the manager abuses him verbally all the time says he cannot make burgers which is a lie as my son has previously worked in hungry jacks before on the day he asked my son to leave.
My son was crying and I felt sick I called the manager who refused to give his full name and my son tapped on his shoulders so he got very upset and said did you parents teach you this. This is work place bullying
management of and treatment of staff
My 16 year old daughter is a employee.
She among other young staff are yelled at to increase speed and productivity this is unacceptable however my main complaint is against manager Haley.
Haley constantly roster's my daughter for a particular shift when my daughter arrives she is told her shift time has changed. It my understanding that is common practice although when this occurs staff are not told of the change. But it is Haley's childish unprofessional manner she deals with this she sarcastically speaks to my daughter with a big grin on her face. Haley is purposefully bullying my child. If this continues i will be contacting fair work Australia.
2 tender crisp hamburgers
My family and i went to the hungry jacks on williamson rd ingleburn and both of mine and my wifes hamburgers had hair in them.i thought this is too much to be a one off thing .one hamburger with hair ok accidents happen but both hamburgers had it.this happened on the 8/4/2018 at about 6:00 in the evening.we wont be going back to hungry jacks anymore because as i said its too much to be accidental its a disgrace.

i repeated myself 3 times that there shouldnt be any meat in toastie and at the time of collecting my order, i repeated and asked their is meat or not
The manger answeres there is no meat but afterwards i found ham in my toastie.
I am hindu guy and never tasted meat in my life so i got served meat after paing good money for my food
bacon deluxe burger
Went into the Sunbury Victoria store at approximately 5.50 pm on the 7th of April 2018 and placed my order for 2 Bacon Deluxe Burgers, 10 Nuggets and Chips, 1 plain cheeseburger and l Mango frozen drink for takeaway when l arrived home and began to eat my Bacon Deluxe Burger it didn't have the Bacon in it and neither did my Daughters which we were looking at trying for the first time as we usually buy Whoppers with Cheese but thought tonight we would have the the Bacon Deluxe for something different. We were left disappointed with this error as the burger was very bland as the bacon would have given the burger it's flavour, because unlike the Whopper the Bacon Deluxe Burger doesn't have onion or pickle, to return to the store it would of been a 25 minute round trip. I would appreciate a voucher for the replacement of the burgers l ordered but didn't correctly receive. I attended the Sunbury Store every Sunday night and this isn't the first time l have received the wrong thing for example the plain cheeseburger with tomato sauce or a normal cheeseburger no pickle or mustard but has both, to not receiving one of the Burgers. l haven't complained before and have just put up with the incorrect orders but l was pretty disappointed today when the main ingredient Bacon was missing from our Bacon Deluxe Burger
