I bought a chicken long classic small meal with coke after j had driven off and down the road on the way to work tried the coke it was warm no ice in it tasted horrible and did not have time to turn around and drive back i should not have to check all my items before leaving and the wait time was ridiculous as only 2 cars in front but seemed staff were not to fussed about people waiting even my chips were not that hot

The food is nice but to have to wait the amount of time we did for it ist't good. We think the duty manager on that shift needs more training when dealing with customers.

Approx. 4 weeks ago I went through your drive through and ordered my usual veggie burger with cheese, large chips and a large plain sundae. when I got home my large chips were only filled up half way and my large sundae was only filled up to 3/4's. This annoyed me, I paid for large sizes and felt I never got what I paid for.
I rang the store, the Manager on at the time was nice and understanding, he told me he would let me get a free replacement meal the next time I went in. Last Sunday I decided to redeem his good will and entered the store, I told them I wanted to redeem it. The Manager went back to have a look for my name, in what I assume is a book of some sort, and said he couldn't see my name anywhere.
This peed me off to no end, I felt stupid in front of the staff and customers, I was thinking they must think I am trying to pull a shifty. The Manager took my name and number and told me he would look in to it and call me asap. That hasn't happened!
So now I am at the point of feeling frustrated at the lack of customer service and feel I have been tossed under the carpet with hoping I shall not follow this up. Poor form HJ Altona Meadows.

My complaint is regarding the Banksia Grove store in Perth. I regularly go through the drive through & on several occasions I've received VERY POOR SERVICE. I have spoke to 2 managers previously about our order being wrong or incomplete. The last time it was wrong I was promised a voucher through the post which I never even received.
I spoke to the manager again on Friday evening. This manager was someone id spoken to twice before about the same issue. Her name was Naomi.
We ordered 6 meals on Friday 16th March & they forgot our ice cream. My partner went in & was given it. We went home & realized that we was also short of some nuggets & some chips. Again this made me very angry and this was far from the 1st time.
Again, I took food bk and was given the correct order.
I'm sure you'll agree that this is not acceptable. Whilst I was in there a man came in after me complaining of the same thing.
How can this be happening so often. On the wk end I don't appreciate having to run around several times bk & fourth to get what I have ordered & paid for. This has caused me inconvenience and not to mention the extra fuel backwards & forwards. If these issues are not addressed I will stop using Hungry Jacks as it is simply not worth the hassle that comes with it.

I went through drive through at the Kingswood store at approx 5:30pm 17/03.
I ordered a nuggets kids meal with Fanta no ice and a medium bacon deluxe meal (add onion) coke no ice.
The fries went inedible, cold and had definitely been sitting there longer than they should have been.
The bacon deluxe burger had little to no sauce and the piece of tomato was the end bit that should not be served.
I also asked for the kids golden toy and was told - "sorry I don't know where they are my manager hides them"
Very disappointed!
customer service & hot chocolate
Saturday 17 March 2018 at 9:30am. Myself and 3 others came into the Hervey Bay store for breakfast. When it came time to place our order, the girl that served us was unfriendly and walked away on 2 occasions without saying a word. The first time, she walked away to tell another staff member to turn off their headset. The second time, she completely left the register and served another customer, leaving me waiting and wondering why she had walked away mid-order. Matthew, the Manager then proceeded to finish taking my order and was equally non-responsive. Upon receiving my order, the hot chocolate was undrinkable in every way - It tasted AWFUL! I tried several different things to make it drinkable and none succeeded. My friend then took it to the front counter and requested a refund, telling Matthew that it "tastes like [censor]". Matthew requested that we not swear at him, to which we pointed out that our language was directed NOT at him, but at the FOUL taste of the product. All in all, I am VERY dissatisfied with the service I received AND the products themselves. I will not be returning for breakfast again anytime soon if this is the way customers are treated!
waiting time and missing food
On 15/03/2018 i made a order via drive through for 18 nuggets $9:45 at 5:45pm then didnt get to the paying window till 5:53pm.
I got to the receiving window at 5:57pm to see them couldnt find my order but instead they come to tell me it will be ready in 1 min and to wait at waiting bay.
At 6:05 i gave up waiting and walked in to find out they were still cooking the nuggets due to they said they couldnt find them in freezer, finally at 6:10pm i get the Nuggets i ordered. I then get home to find there were only 17 nuggets in box so i called them and they said to bring them all back and they will replace the box only if i bring the 17 back.
By then the kids were hungry so i didnt bother.
For the 10 min drive from home and 23mins wait i could have cooked my own at home.

I was driving a white 2009 mitsubishi triton
service by manager/assistant leading to bad product
3 weeks ago at ALBURY Store. The order of a stunner meal up sized, failed to live up to anything most of it was uneatable . It was over very over cooked chips and the large was not much bigger the small and cheese was put on bugger when asked not, this was no help for the pattie was dry and tasteless.
They stopped printing receipts so we could not complain. We have not gone to HJ for over 5 weeks. The Albury store has gone down hill, sorry to say.

I ordered a super stunner double cheeseburger order no 518 at willows kirwin 06/03/2018 but they did not have the drumstick so offered chock sundae instead... while i was waiting i noticed a chock sundae on the counter then a drink cup was placed beside it, , i don.'t know how many mins i waited as i was the only customer there but they kept serving drive through and it seemed like 4 or 5 mins... when i was handed my meal i was given the sundae and drink sitting on the counter, , I commented to the man who served me that the sundae would probably be melted but he ignored me and turned away... sure enough in fell over on the seat when i was getting into the car and ran all over my seat cover, , the top looked ok but underneath was like milk non edible as an ice cream... ice cream should not be made until the rest of the meal is ready and staff should look after customers ...

Where do I start?
Staff were rude, hair not tide up, no smiles.
The service was slow, took 5 minutes to receive my order, no one else was waiting on food.
Whilst sitting down, some staff in the restaurant locked the door at 9:50 preventing customers from coming into the restaurant. Even though it clearly states at the store and online that the restaurant is open until 10pm.
When customers tried to get inside, staff went to the door and said we are not open go away.
Extremely rude in my opinion and not good customer service at all.
In addition, there was a group of 10 teenagers in the restaurant, was clear that some of these people worked here as they were distracting and mucking around with staff in the kitchen, they were playing music from a speaker extremely loudly in the restaurant which also included swear words. In a family restaurant?
Not one member of staff, nor the manager seemed to care about this and the children in the restaurant.
The staff were more interested in talking and kicking around and worrying about home time then the customers at the store.
Food was cold and not fresh at all. Very disappointing experience. Not returning again. Not the first time I've had issues with this store!
wait time for a cold meal
On the 20th December 2017 at Hungry Jacks Spearwood at aprox 12.20 pm placed an order of 1 double angus burger 2 large fries and a burger we were the 5th customer. We waited 24 minutes for our take away meal we saw them bag the chips up 4 minutes after we placed the order the chips sat for 20 minutes the gentleman before us complained about his wait time and asked and receive a refund. Once we finaly got our order the chips were cold and the double angus burger was very greasy the meal was terrable. I put in the first complaint on the 21st December 2017 the day after as we were up in the city visiting our Mother, we are from the country 2 hours away from our home town. I never received a responce i put in a complaint again and then received a phone call from a gentleman who said he would have the Spearwood store contact us. To this day we still have not received any communication i feel i am unable to recomend to anyone to visit a Hungry Jacks store, as i feel the after service is quite deplorable.
cheese burger meal/customer service

I went to enjoy my cheese burger meal from hungry jacks wendouree... (which I thought id try again... After afew years of not having hungry jacks waited for 10mins to get my meal
Took 1 bite of the burger...
Hum it dont taste that crash hot...
So I opened it up &it seem to look like that #there were maggots in the meat..
#the meat look like is was sitting on the bench 4 hours...
#&the bread it wasnt much either as u can see in photo...
I wouldnt even feed it to my dog... It was that bad...
I didnt get a recipt from them..

Moving from The gold Coast to Bundaberg 5 years ago, the customer service in Bundaberg is appalling at hungry jacks at Takalvan Street. You spend more time sitting in the carpark waiting for food than you do being able to get a quick meal on the go. Orders are wrong constantly. I cant tell you how many breakfasts I have and get to work to find the actual bacon and egg burger missing or no hash browns, nothing you can do but cop it. Its to the point you have to check you food while still there so you can have it dealt with straight away.
One day I timed it and it was 17 mins only to have the order incorrect so having to wait longer to have them go back in and get a correct order together. The girl serving was embarrassed as apparently had been happening all morning.
This morning on my way to work dropping in to get a quick breakfast at a drive through, no milk so no coffee etc which I understand things happen. Instead of replacing with another drink of choice like they do at Mcdonalds no extra charge for the inconvenience I was charged an extra $2 for the orange juice I did not want nor even like (can t drink coke at 7.30 am). Then again had to wait in the car park along with 4 other cars waiting for their "fast food" for 10 mins. Nearly drove off as had to get to work on time and not expecting to have to allocate the extra time at a drive through to sit and wait.
This has been 5 years of experience and its definitely getting to the point myself and my family will switch to Mcdonalds and just refuse to go the this Hungry Jacks location. It is the talk of the town how bad the service is there.
missing burger and not have correct sauce on the burger
Hi I ordered at campbeltown store order239 I ordered 3 veggie whoopers and the one of them is without mayonnaise and with peri peri sauce. They didn't done that also she forgot to put one buger in my order. Uts [censor]. We are 10 kms from the store and cant go back and fight with them. So please do something for us. Its not first time it happens before too and its just making me sick of you guys. So please we want gave us discount for next time

Hi my daughter an I were In the drive through kippa ring about 10am this morning an ordered 3 nuggets an chips snack box an 3 frozen cokes got to window an I said nicely to The girl "sorry am. I able. To get a normal coke instead of frozen for one drink pls, she then looked at me gave me a dirty look picked cup up threw it in the bin an said for [censor] sake. I said excuse me she wouldn't look at me so I drove off with out my order. I was very disappointed in her customer service and her attitude towards me. I never got her name.

At approx 2am on Sat 20th Jan 2018 at the Hindley Street outlet in Adelaide, SA, one of your customers was the victim of a fairly heinous racial slur. The customer in question was an aboriginal man in his mid-20's. He was with his Caucasian girlfriend and they were both waiting for an order.
Whilst waiting, they were conversing and failed to hear that their order was ready. An irritated female employee called out on a couple of occasions that the order was ready before they realised. In the meantime, a male voice said something along the lines of "Is that n[censor] deaf or something". Whilst I'm paraphrasing the exact quote, the word "n[censor]" was definitely used. Thankfully, he didn't appear to hear it but his girlfriend did, and so did their two female friends who had also walked into the outlet. The girlfriend took the man outside then came back in and approached the security guard and reported the racial slur. He refuted it and refused to follow up in any way. On speaking to the party of four, the other 2 girls who entered the outlet after the food order were convinced that it was the security guard himself who made the comment. The girlfriend herself could only be sure it was a male voice. Note that there were only 2 other male customers in the outlet at the time. As a third party to the event, I can only confirm that the "n[censor]" epithet was directed at the aboriginal gentleman by a male and was clearly audible.
Can you please advise as to how you intend to follow up on this.

burger meal totally wrong
We drove into the drive through and ordered two large whopper meals with cheese, extra mayonnaise and onion. When the person spoke back the order to me he said two whopper meals extra mayonnaise and onion, I said yes and with cheese please. So we paid for the order and drove home which is 10 to 15 minutes from the shop. When I took my first bite it was dry as and I thought how come I can't taste the mayonnaise, I then opened it up and there was no cheese, no mayonnaise and no onion, my partners burger was the same! The chips were also stale! It was the worst meal I've ever had so much so that an hour and a half after having to endure it I am still so angry that I have found your website to complain. I called the store manager as soon as I saw that the burger wasn't made right and complained to him and all he could offer was a voucher for two medium meals. I just can't believe they could get it so wrong it was absolutely disgusting and I am still fuming about it. It's not good enough! you've lost me as a customer!

Hi once again my order was wrong. As I said above . I ordered with the two whoppers two small fries and two drinks voucher.
Had to walk a kilometre each way. So once I got home I couldn't walk back again in the heat. I should of checked . However they've been great until now. Anyway I received one whopper one junior whopper instead of two whoppers. The store is Stirling Central Hungary jack's
cleanliness, poor food quality and unsatisfactory customer service
Re: Cleanliness of restaurant. On Saturday the 13th of January 2018 at approximately 2pm, My son, daughter, partner and I, visited the Glenwood, NSW, Australia, Hungry Jacks, 1190 Old Winsor rd. As soon as we arrived we noticed the bins overflowing and rubbish piled up on the top of the bin. (photos attached). Whilst my partner and son stood in line my daughter and I went to use the rest rooms, which smelt extremely malodorous, a mix of strong urine and rotten potato. In the female restrooms there was urine on both seats and pieces of toilet paper all over the floor (photos attached). Under the sink was covered in water and appeared to not have been mopped although a caution slippery when wet sign had been placed over the mess. We proceeded to use the disabled toilet which had no toilet paper and a broken latch so we were unable to lock the door (photos attached). My partner also used the male toilets which smelt malodorous and were in a similar state to the female toilets (photo attached).
Food and order:
Our family purchased; 3 x chicken stunner meals, 2 small sized meals and one large. 2 x Jumbo frozen drinks one cola and one sprite, and 1 Angry whopper burger. As my partner is in the military we received a 50% discount. ( photo of the receipt attached they had made a mistake on what we ordered ). All ice creams were missing and one lot of nuggets was missing. Once we realised we had missing items my partner went back to the counter and these items were then given to him approximately ten to fifteen minutes after sitting down. We were also given cups to fill our own soft drinks from the post mix machine only to find the cola and raspberry soft drink syrup was low making our soft drinks taste like soda water. Our chips were all disgusting and looked like old oil had been used to cook them and that they had been sitting around for a while as they were very dry and were not very pleasant to eat. Finally the 3 ice creams we received had cones that were soft and appeared to have been defrosted (possibly in transit) and refrozen as the cone and ice cream were malformed and firm. As we had only just received them before consumption because they were forgotten with the order, they should have been fresh.
At approximately 3 pm my daughter at the restaurant was feeling unwell and did not want to use the toilets so I took her to use the KFC toilets next door to which she had to visit the restroom a few times before we could return back to our accommodation.
At approximately 4 pm I was ill with stomach cramping and diarrhoea. Staphylococcus aureus is a bacteria that causes food poisoning and sudden onset of symptoms, although I realise we can not prove this to be the case the extreme state of the restaurant makes me question the possibility of both my daughter and I having contracted this bug from the stated Hungry Jacks store.
I would like to see the cleanliness of the store rectified, as what can been seen is extremely bad I would be concerned for what can't been seen by the public eye. I consider the state of the restaurant a health risk to the public. More training for the management and staff on customer service and maintaining the restaurant in a clean and well maintained manner.
Maybe you should actually check your current knowledge on Staphylococcus aureus or Staphylococcal enteritis !? You clearly have no idea!? and this is clearly not a legitimate site to make complaints too. Customers have a right to dine in a clean environment! Food industries are expected to adhere to strict hygiene standards. This site was clearly a waste of time designed for venting.
