I made a reservation for 2/24/23 to 2/26/23 for my son's wedding at Hyatt Ziva Cancun Mexico I wasn't sure my passport would come in time so I cancelled my existing reservation before allowed time you had to cancelled or your stuck with the bill so working this out a new reservation with reservation clerk Erick Barcelo, we made a new reservation with same days which would allow time for my passport to come my first reservation cost was 1480.00 on my AMEX card which was cancelled my new reservation was for 1769.63 which I paid with my Visa on checkout day then o the 27th of February they charged me again 1480. on my AMEX the one I cancelled so I'm being charged twice on two cards I have tried to contact them over and over again every time I called; they would tell me somebody would call me within three days, but it never happens I sent numerous emails my also tried to contact them never no response but they will acknowledge my cancelled reservation I made but don't know why I was charged #1460se471576 this is my confirmation number on wrongful charge.
