Purchase a battery and when called back because battery failed they said they had no information on the invoice. I sent them, but I investigated and found out the same owners keep going out of business and changing their names to avoid honoring warranties. Here’s a few complaints that I noticed, and there are two numerous to mention in this small forum, I sent them already the invoice and all the information but they keep saying they’re not associated with them, but they were shame on the Better Business Bureau and this Bureau for standing behind them because they are all a bunch of scammers and if that’s what the bureau will stand behind then You do the math Photo of Chris L.

MUST READ! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND BAD SERVICE! I'm glad I did not do business with this company. I called Josh on Friday morning and told him I'm going out of town Saturday and it was urgent to have my car by the afternoon. He said he could have my car ready to go by 2pm to hook me knowing that was not possible. I had full confidence in Hybrid2go and didn't bother calling another shop that same Friday. At first I thought cool this company is giving me a lifetime warranty and gave me a promo discount. I called Friday evening to confirm my Saturday appointment and they said the tech would contact me. I left to work Saturday and left my Prius at home ready for them to work on it. I never got any updates so started to get concerned because I was planning to take my urgent road trip to see my family. I called them several times and text. Finally the tech contacted me and said he can do my car at 8pm. That definitely would not work for my plans. Long story short they are not reliable and I found a shop in Long Beach called Mo's Hybrid. They got me on my way in 45 minutes and they did it $700 cheaper than Hybrid 2go. Knowing what I experienced I wouldn't have faith in their "lifetime warranty" you can read my conversations with them in the pictures attached to this review. By the way the tech was more professional than the owner. Josh you can learn a few things from your tech when it comes to customer service. Own up to your mistake instead of giving me attitude.
