I have used this product for years and actually liked it for me. The website used to be helpful and there was a section for members to log in and manage their account/ shipments so that if you did not need the product in the 30 day time frame you could schedule it out. For years this worked fine but only recently I have to come to find out that their website no longer offers any pertinent consumer information and limited means to get a hold of them. Only an 800 number. Like many of the people here I tried to get a hold of them and was put on hold for 20 minutes and then cut off. I called back waited another 20 minutes and told the customer service rep to cancel my subscription/ membership because I did not find it in my best interest to do business with this company. This from a satisfied customer. There is something inherently wrong if your business model makes it a chore for even loyal customers to do business with you. This company did not used to be like this, I have no idea what happened but no one should have to work so hard to give a company their hard earned money. There are other products out there and better companies to deal with that do business ethically and I intend to find one of them. It will not be Hydroderm anymore.

I have had the same experience. I have used hydroderm for about 5 years. My skin is great! I was supposed to get a shipment in October. It never came. I have tried to get on their web site but the page is gone. The only web site I can find is for new trial offers. This is really unfortunate. I hadn't tried callin yet and after hearing about the long waits on the phone, I will pass. I will also find another company with a great product that I will give my hard earned money to.
I agree completely. I have used and liked the product for years and now find it impossible to put in an order. Now begins the long search for a product that works as well.
I have used this product for around 5 years and really liked it. Until October, I never had a problem with the web site (ie changing shipping dates or receiving shipments); however, they now claim that there is a problem with their computers. When I called today (11/28/08), the rep. told me that they would check my account and call my home phone within 24 hours with shipping/billing information. Should be interesting!
I received a letter in September telling me my order could not be processed. I called the 800 number and was given a 310 area code number - presumably Culver City - to call and speak to "Daisy". She told me that I would be called when they resumed shipment of orders. I have yet to hear from her ... I tried calling her again today but only got the beep of an answering machine. And the 800 number has been disconnected. You can order it online from different vendors; the ingredients are the same, the product just looks a little different. Its not clear like the one we received directly from the company; its more iridescent but works almost as well. And its under the same trademark name. Good luck!
I too have used this product for many years and have been happy with the product and the dependency of delivery until October when I realized I did not recieve my auto shipment. After many telephone calls and being told for three weeks that their computers were done, I received an shipment. I was due for another order but have not recieved it and have not been able to contact the company. I get a recording that the numbers are no longer in use. I was given another number by a company that ships for Hydroderm, and that too was no longer in service.
Well, I am glad to see I am not alone on this about hydroderm. Can someone please clue us in as to what happened? I loved the hydroderm system and also became dependent on my autoship order. I was also contacted by letter and when I called to resume my shipment I got a big run around. Of course I have tried to call like many of you, but, to no avail. How about the company just being honest with its "past" loyal customers. I have found the product elsewhere, but, I don't like being left out in the dark. The big question though is if something was wrong with the product we have a right to know as consumers. My facial skin in not the same since I stopped using it. I want some answers! Also, can someone recommend an anti-wrinkle product I can begin using since I have not intention to order hydroderm from another source. Thanks. PK- NJ
I, too, used the product for years and was on the autoship and wanted to change my shipment date. When the option to manage your account online disappeared, I tried calling the 800 number, only to find it is not working (FAST BUSY SIGNAL). There is no way to even contact them by email.
If anyone knows what is going on with Hyrdoderm, please let us know !
I received an order of hydrodem, but the packaging was not the same, and the product felt very sticky, not like the original. I have placed a dispute on my Visa credit card. I was charged $80.00 by a Nutramarket.com company.
Is there any way to get hydrodem? My skin is not the same, or can anyone suggest a suitable substitute?

Add me to the list! I've been a Hydroderm user for over 20 years! And now anything and everything I have tried to order is to no avail! Frustrating! I was another loyal customer.
Same thing with me. I have used the product off and on for a few years and wanted to cancel. I spoke with a woman Lauren and she was really nice and apologetic about them "not being able to locate an account for me". I told her I just recently received another shipment and was charged so I know for a fact I still had an account. She tried to use any piece of identifying information to look up my account (now I wonder if she really did) and was told she still was unable to find me. She gave me the email address for support and I forwarded them my last order confirmation along with everything else they needed. The next day I received a response and a woman named Carolyn asked for the same information that was in the email I sent her, saying that they were unable to find my account. I told her to check with the billing department because clearly, they have my information and I do not want to be charged next month so they need to fix whatever internal problem they have. She basically said okay, well we can't find you, have a great day. I am appalled and disgusted with their 'customer service' and believe now that this is how they 'retain' customers by simply not allowing them to cancel. I am mad that I ever spent my money with this company and really hope they are shut down because they are lying crooks!
