IBERIABANK IBERIABANK's Vehicle Loans and Payment Options: A Disappointing Experience

I gotta say, IBERIABANK ain't exactly my cup of tea. I mean, sure, they might have some decent services and all, but when it comes to their vehicle loans, they treat you like you're some kind of red-headed stepchild. It's like they don't even care about you or your needs.

And don't even get me started on their payment options. I mean, seriously, who charges three dollars just to pay by phone? And don't even think about trying to pay online, because they don't even have that option. It's like they're stuck in the Stone Age or something.

Honestly, I don't think I'll be using IBERIABANK for anything else in the future. I mean, why bother when there are so many other banks out there that actually care about their customers and offer better services? So yeah, I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

IBERIABANK Disappointing Customer Service Experience at IBERIABANK's Canal St. Branch in New Orleans

I recently had an experience with IBERIABANK that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I called the Canal St. Branch in New Orleans and was connected to a woman named "JOY". Unfortunately, JOY was not very friendly and her tone was quite rude. When I asked for her name, she responded with a curt "It's JOY, now what do you want?" I was taken aback by her attitude and wondered if I had done something to offend her.

Despite my initial shock, I tried to remain calm and explain my reason for calling. However, JOY continued to be unhelpful and dismissive. I felt like I was bothering her and that she had no interest in assisting me. In the end, I decided to hang up because I didn't want to waste any more of my time dealing with such poor customer service.

I must say that I was extremely disappointed with my experience at IBERIABANK. I had hoped for better treatment and a more positive interaction. Unfortunately, JOY's behavior left a bad taste in my mouth and I am now considering switching to another bank. While I know that there are no perfect alternatives, I am seriously considering CHASE as my next option.

Overall, I would caution anyone who is thinking of banking with IBERIABANK to be aware of the potential for poor customer service. While I'm sure that not all of their employees are as rude as JOY, it's clear that there is room for improvement in this area. If you're looking for a bank that values its customers and treats them with respect, you may want to look elsewhere.

IBERIABANK IBERIABANK's Recent Actions Disappoint Long-Time Customer

I've been banking with IBERIABANK for over two decades now, and I have to say, I'm not too happy with their recent actions. I only borrowed from them once, a measly $8400, and I paid it back on time, even paying it off early. My credit score is decent, around 700, and I only have a modest house and car as debts. I don't have any other loans or credit cards, but for some reason, I can't seem to borrow anything from them anymore.

I talked to an officer in Monroe, and he told me that their corporate underwriters in Lafayette won't approve anything for me. Can you believe that? After being a loyal customer for over 20 years, they won't even give me a chance. And to add insult to injury, the officer told me that I'm at the bottom of their 3-tiered system. Can you imagine?

I thought IBERIABANK was supposed to be a hometown bank, but they sure don't act like it. They have the nerve to pass themselves off as a friendly, local bank, but they won't even give their long-time customers a chance. It's a shame, really. I used to recommend them to all my friends and family, but now I'm not so sure.

Overall, I'm disappointed with IBERIABANK's recent actions. I hope they can turn things around and start treating their customers with the respect they deserve.

IBERIABANK IBERIABANK Review: Terrible Customer Service and Refusal to Close Account

I recently had an experience with IBERIABANK that left me feeling extremely frustrated. I have been trying to close my account with them since last year, but their customer service has been less than satisfactory. I had to move abruptly, and the nearest bank to me is now four hours away. I tried messaging them through their app to close my account, but they refused to do so unless I went in-person.

I did my best to bring my account balance as close to zero as possible so that I wouldn't have to worry about dealing with the balance, but they still refused to close my account. Now, I find myself in the negative due to below balance fees. This is not my problem, as I repeatedly asked for my account to be closed.

It's frustrating to deal with a bank that doesn't seem to care about their customers. I understand that they have policies in place, but if they want to keep their customers happy, they need to be more flexible. Unless they want to pay for my travel expenses to the nearest bank, they need to close my account.

Overall, I would not recommend IBERIABANK to anyone. Their customer service is terrible, and they don't seem to care about their customers' needs. If you're looking for a bank that values their customers, I suggest looking elsewhere.

IBERIABANK Exceptional Service and Expertise: My Experience with Iberia Bank and Stacey Cropsey

I recently had the pleasure of mortgaging a house through Iberia Bank and their amazing representative, Stacey Cropsey. Let me tell you, she has been an absolute delight to work with! Stacey has been there for me every step of the way, guiding me through the process with ease. She is always available to answer my calls and emails, even at the wee hours of the night. And let me tell you, there were several tense moments during this process, but Stacey held my hand and calmed all my fears.

It's been 35 years since I last bought a house, so needless to say, I was terribly nervous. But Stacey's upbeat, positive attitude and ridiculously funny sense of humor made the experience so much simpler. She is incredibly knowledgeable about her product and was able to secure an interest rate below 4% for me. But that's not all! Stacey also helped me get grant assistance from HUD and connected me with a First Time Homebuyers class required for the grant, all for free!

Thanks to Stacey's exceptional service, I have referred several friends to her. If you're looking for a mortgage and want to work with someone who treats you like their best friend, I highly recommend contacting Stacey Cropsey through Iberia Bank. And if you happen to be in the Tampa/St Petersburg FL area, you can reach her at ***@iberiabankmortgage.com. (She gave me permission to share her email address.)

Overall, I am beyond satisfied with my experience with Iberia Bank and Stacey Cropsey. They truly went above and beyond to make this process as smooth and stress-free as possible. If you're in the market for a mortgage, look no further than Iberia Bank and Stacey Cropsey!

IBERIABANK IBERIABANK's Unjust Treatment of Customer's Deposit: A Frustrating Experience

I recently had an experience with IBERIABANK that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I had agreed to open an account with them and even made an initial deposit, but the very next day they informed me that they would not be opening the account after all. What's worse, they refused to release the hold on my deposit, which I had paid via AMEX.

I was left feeling like my money was being held hostage, with no explanation or justification given. I decided to file a Complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, hoping that they would be able to help me resolve the issue. Unfortunately, I received no response from IBERIABANK, even after the CFPB reached out to them on my behalf.

It's frustrating to feel like a company is not taking your concerns seriously, especially when it comes to your hard-earned money. I was relieved to hear back from the Federal Reserve, who informed me that IBERIABANK was in violation for not responding to the CFPB. I also filed a Complaint with the Arkansas Attorney General, and was assigned an investigator who reached out to me for more details.

It's disappointing to see a bank that seems to believe they are above the law and don't have to answer to any regulatory authority. As a customer, I expect to be treated fairly and with respect, and I hope that IBERIABANK will take steps to address these issues and improve their customer service in the future.

IBERIABANK IBERIABANK's Lack of Support for Elderly Clients: A Frustrating Experience

I recently had an experience with IBERIABANK that left me feeling frustrated and concerned about the services they provide for the elderly. My mother, who is 97 years old, has two trusts with IBERIABANK. Unfortunately, IBERIABANK inherited many of the problems that Gibraltar Bank started in 2005, and it seems that they are struggling to handle the situation.

When my mother first started with IBERIABANK, she was worth over $4,000,000. However, due to various circumstances, she is now worth approximately $100,000. This means that she will run out of money in 2020 and will have to apply for Medicare. The problem is that there is $265,000 on the ledger in her trust, yet IBERIABANK is unable to come up with an inventory of what this personal property represents. If they keep this on the books and her trust is not liquidated, she will not be approved for Medicare.

To make matters worse, it has been long documented that my mother's care costs approximately $12,000 a month. IBERIABANK's Wealth Management team seems to have no idea how to handle a situation where one of their clients runs out of money and needs to be moved over to Medicare to continue their care. They also have no idea how to liquidate personal property that favors their client.

I have been trying to get in touch with Kimberly Ross, the representative of my mother's IBERIABANK account in Coral Gables, FL, but she does not answer emails or questions. The most recent response I received was her department head's contact information. This is not the level of service I expect from a bank that is supposed to be managing my mother's finances.

Overall, I am disappointed with the lack of communication and support from IBERIABANK. I hope that they can improve their services for the elderly and provide better support for clients who are in difficult financial situations.

IBERIABANK Warning: Terrible Experience with IBERIABANK Key Largo Branch - Lost Over $400,000 Due to Collusion by Branch Manager and Banker

I recently had a terrible experience with IBERIABANK on Ocean Reef Dr in Key Largo. I lost over $400,000 due to the actions of the branch manager, Robert Fillela, and the banker, Daniela Merrell (formerly known as Daniela Hernandez). They were very unhelpful when I asked them how I could get my missing money back. I had my money in a joint account and they assured me that I had the same rights as the other person on the joint account. However, they colluded with the other person and sent my life's savings to her via mail without my consent. They knew that the other person and I are not in contact and live very far away from each other. They also knew that the other person did not intend to give me my funds. They closed my account and refused to give me any information about what check number they'd issued which they'd mailed to the other person for the over $400,000 of MY money or what I could do to ever recover my funds. They also attempted to divert my funds into another account belonging to that person AFTER they had already repeatedly assured me that my funds were being transmitted to me in a wire transfer.

I am now in the process of initiating litigation against them to try to recover my funds. I am also exploring whether a criminal charge can be filed against them, but am not yet sure about that. I am submitting this review in the hope of sparing others what I have gone through. I am almost 60 years old and my retirement prospects and ability to take care of my future and my daughter's future have been utterly destroyed because of IberiaBank's actions.

At present there does not seem to be any immediate way that I can recover my funds apart from an order by a judge or jury. Obviously it may take years and tens of thousands of dollars in legal fees to get to that point, further depleting my very limited retirement fund and very likely resulting my destitution. I have never experienced such disrespectful, cavalier, unprofessional behavior from any banking professional as I have from both Ms. Merrell and Mr. Filella who conspired together in this matter.

Please be forewarned that these two individuals will not treat two joint account holders equally as required by law, instead they will favor the one who is super-wealthy in order to keep that person's lucrative accounts within the bank and they will ignore and disrespect the one of limited means, in this instance me, simply declaring that since the account is closed by them they have no further obligations, not even to respond to my request for any details on the $400,000+ check written from MY account!. It has been an agonizing, hard-earned lesson.

I am still in shock and absolutely devastated but gradually day by day as I recover my ability to function I will continue striving to obtain justice. I hope that a judge or jury will issue punitive damages against both Mr. Filella and Ms. Merrell and anyone else from the Key Largo branch who was complicit in this conspiracy to deprive me of my funds but at this point the most likely outcome may be my permanent loss of the $400,000+. Any emails or questions I pose to them they are simply ignoring. How irresponsible and cruel can a banker be? I hadn't known until now.
