Visited on 3/[protected]@ 845am the only IHOP in Decatur Tx - We have been customers for 15 years, the hostess went to seat us inErins Section, Wrin saw us and yelled NO NOT TODAY NO For real acrossef the restaurant, embarrassing not only my husband and I but our Mother too. We've had problems with her in the past, while we waited and our food grew cold, she braided another waitresses hair. Stuff like that, she's either very nice or very rude. I just don't think she should be allowed to embarrass customers the way she does.

My husband went to the IHOP in Grandview Missouri on his way home about 3am this morning. He ordered the egg white veggie omelet for me. When I got to work to heat it up the eggs were brown, there was a huge piece of steak in it and there was steak juice all in the bottom the bag from it obviously being cooked after a steak. I have pictured attached. This is very upsetting to me. If someone orders anything vegetable it should be cooked on a surface that meat has just been cooked on, that can cause some serious complications due to health reasons. Unfortunately I couldn't eat the omelet, only the fruit that came with it.

On Mar.29/18 at 12:08 my wife and I went for lunch to iHop #316 for lunch, we had to send our coffee back because it was only look warm, we ordered 2-SR Rise Shine @ 8.99 along with our coffee, we received our meals 12:32 ( that's close to 30 minutes after placing our order, while our server was very polite there was no quality control of the food, I don't think iHop is aware the burnt food my in fact activate Cancer Cells in the human body, or they would not have served BURNT TOAST with our meal, I took a picture of the burnt toast with my Cel phone and have enclose a copy.

March 29 my family and I went for a late dinner at 107 sw loop 410 IHOP! We were seated and waited for about 20 minutes to order drinks, even at that there was no server to been seen or even ask for drinks! My family and I did get up and walk out due to no service at all! While walking out the server came out and pretty much ignored other tables as well! Very poor service

Today march 29, i had an horrible experience at this location. First of all there was only was one server. She was extrely rude. No cutomer service. I told her about my corn that had water all over the plate . Her reponse was she is not the cook. She was extremely loud and no manners. I was really shock of the words that was comingout of her mouth. If the camera inside works you guys should review it hopefullt the sound works to hear the awful things she saying to me. This place will not have my business or my family. Worst place ever.

We had the worst time at Ihop in Decatur, Tx. We got to the restaurant at 10:30 and we were not sitted until almost 11. When we were finished eating we sat at our table for 10 mins waiting for our ticket. I finally went and askes for our ticket still did not receive it after waiting another 5 mins. We both got up to fo speak to thw manager and all she had to say was we are short staffed. There were 4 waitress and only 6 tables that needed to be waited on. We have been there on Saturday morning which is the busy day and time and the service has never been like that. We will never go back there and we told the manager that and all she had to say was well I'm doing the best I can.

Yesterday morning about 9:30 AM my wife and I went to the IHOP located on Clairmon Avenue in Decature, GA. Our first impression was that ther was a definite lack of cleanliness on the floors considering the abundance of staff that was there just standing around and joking with each other. We placed our order and waited. When our order arrive, my wife's order was not cooked as she had asked. Her order was taken back and we waited some more. While her order (scrambled egg substitute) was being recooked I started to eat my order. My order was barley warm and the hash browns were more raw than cooked. I had our waitress removed my order and I settled for just coffee. Eventually our waitress brought my wife's pancakes. Still no eggs! The pancakes were just short of being totally cold. The weren't even warm enough to melt Amy of the whipped cream. After a while the eggs were delivered. They were not egg substitute as ordered and they were also almost warm. The bacon that she ordered to be cooked chrip was more than chrisp. One slice was burnt beyond recognition. The other two were almost as bad. By this time we had both lost our appetite. And decided to leave. When I went to pay the bill, my order had been removed. The lady asked me how everything was. I toled her it was the worst meal we had ever had at a IHOP. I asked the lady at the register if she was the manager. She stated that she was one of them. The manager looked at me puzzled and asked what she could do to make it better. I looked around and told her if I was her I would fire some of the people.
In my opinion, it is very evident that the cook doesn't know how to cook in a restaurant and the manager should not be a manager if she asks customers what to do. It is very evident if a manager watches her employees. The manager should also read the comments on their web pages. I have read them and they are all definitely not good reviews. I have attached photos of my wife's meal as it was left on the table. I did pay $7.47 for my wife's meal which was not eaten.

Me and my friend ordered our food. My food came and part of his food came. He was waiting about 20 mins for his waffles. The eggs and sausage she already brought out to him was stone cold. By the time she came back just to tell us that the waffle machine is broke. So apparently it took 20 to 30 minutes to tell him he can't have waffles. He was told he had to decide between pancakes or French toast. He chose pancakes. It took another 20 mins to bring that. He then tells her his eggs and sausage is cold and she came off with a attitude about it then took the plate went and put it in the microwave (less then 2mins) then came back and denied about that being the same plate and denying that she didn't put that in the microwave. I then pay for the meals with a 100 dollar bill and she didn't have any change. She asked me to go get change, I said no. She then go tell the chef and he stops working to leave and go get change. Now remind you it's 7 customers in the dining area while there is no chef to cook. That was a whole hour wait for him to come back still with no change. Worst experience and waste of money.

This place was a mess. The manager was real lazy acting sending the servers to do her job. The entire restaurant was nasty roaches crawling on the table. Servers looked tired and disgusted. The manager was very unprofessional she was asking the servers where should she sit us. This place is pathetic. Everytime we come there this one server is always there she tries to smile and be courteous but you can tell the child is tired. She waits on us all the time. She helps our unpleasant visit somehow a pleasant visit she sits and talks to us keeps us entertain. This place has to do better. We see so many people walk out due to the bad service... Something needs to be done about this.

My family and I just left the IHOP at 2204 s Atlantic Blvd Daytona Florida. I have never been so inclined to write a review as I am today. Our waitress was kind and attentive the problem was another waitress I believe her tag said Ayanna. She was loud and disruptive to everyone in the restuarant yelling over the wall to the cooks and to her coworkers. On a couple of occasions she was saying how nasty this or that was. Completely unprofessional it ruined our experience and we could nor get out fast enough. It is really bad when your 13 year olds are saying how badly she was behaving.

I lived in Bull Head City Az. the winter of 2014. I went to the IHOP there and Loved their Pancakes. My wife and I went back there for a Mini Vacation from March 12 thru the 16. On March 13 we went to IHOP in BHC, because I told my wife how good the pancakes were. We had the 2+2+2 meal. My wife asked if they had any discounts for Disabled Veterans. The waitress said Nooo, we don't do that anymore. I don't know if it was because my wife asked for a discount or that IHOP restaurant has went bad so fast. We waited 50 minutes for our meal and the Pancakes were the worst I have ever tasted. Also, I could not even eat the over-easy eggs. IHOP, BHC don't bother contacting me back, I will never eat at a IHOP Again.

I was at the Peachtree Industrial location. The service was very horrible. First they brought me some cold hot chocolate. When they brought it back. My hot chocolate was poured into a dirty greasy glass. Once my food came out my pancakes her cold. The server and the Manager nerver addressed or apologize . They were very rude. Also another party received their food before us. My cousin eggs were running.and my other cousin asked for medium rare steak. The waitress put in for well done . It took over 30 min To get our food.

On 3-24-2018, we (4 adults) went to IHOP for dinner as we have in the past. The location was 1540 General Booth Blvd., Virginia Beach, VA 23454. The week prior to this visit two of our friends had asked for separate checks from the waitress, Sierra, and she got an attitude with our friends. When it came time for the checks, Sierra slapped down the check (only one) for four people and it was supposed to be separate, on the table. She said they had to have the checks separated at the register even after it was requested for separate checks.
Well tonight, we asked for separate checks and waitress (Sierra again) said she couldn't do that. We asked for the manager. This waitress seems to have an attitude toward anyone as she was not pleasant, never smiled and even after the manager came and we got a different waitress who did not have a problem with our request. While we were having our dinner, I noticed Sierra and a male waiter standing not too far from us. Apparently, she was telling him about her problem as she was pointing at us, our table was the only one in the area where she was pointing. Moving on and while Sierra was still waiting on other tables, she never made any eye contact with anyone, looked mad as a hornet and appeared to be unhappy about our request.
Our new waitress Reese gave us perfect service, was pleasant and smiled and laughed when appropriate. What is wrong with the first one.
Moving on, to the food, two of us had decent food but two did not. One had the chocolate mousse pancakes which were disgusting in the way they looked and taste was not much better. The mousse inside the pancakes was more like smeared chocolate sauce from a bottle and not much of it between the layers. The second person's food was an omelet but we don't believe the cook ever tasted his own cooking. Again, it was not good.

Between the rudeness of Sierra, her attitude and food, we are very discouraged. We have been going to this IHOP since it opened. Things are certainly different in the restaurant business these days. Apparently, the customer is never right! and the waitress has all the control. Lately over the past few months, this IHOP has had insufficient help or bad help, not so great of a cook and many times service was very, very slow because the managers do not know how to assign enough people to work on an evening. I certainly wouldn't be surprised if this IHOP goes down the drain the way business has dropped off. What a shame. It used to be good.

I wore this letter to our neighborhood IHOP:

I am writing Corporate office after I have written you to explain why. We go to Perkins, Bob Evans, Sunshine Cafe, and many others and are able to substitute fruit for hash browns. Because your establishment will not allow us to do that, we will not be returning. We have been almost daily customers and enjoy your waitresses but if that is what your menu requirements are, we feel we will be going to more accommodating restaurants.
Hopefully corporate will read this and change its attitude. We will miss the girls. It's very unfortunate we have to make this decision.

I ordered the double cheeseburger with a egg on top. My girl ordered the big steak omelette. My friend got the chocolate pancakes and my girlfriend's friend ordered the double blueberry pancakes. The top of my bun was covered and I mean covered in oil or grease I'm not sure what it was. The pancakes were halfway cooked doughy hard and just bad. The side of eggs were cold and looked bad. It was all bad the service was awful. The restaurant itself wasn't packed at all but it took a half an hour for drinks. Also why does an IHOP need police security. The whole thing was just bad. That was my first time and last time going to that IHOP my friends are done with you period, but I loved IHOP as a youth and I just want this place to be better and show what ihop is and stands for. Last weekend I visited the south charleston ihop with my wife and my mother-in-law for breakfast and it was anything but enjoyable. Food was average at best, and the waitress was on point. The managers were a different story. I used to be a General Manager myself at a local reataurant. As far as that goes, I'm fully aware that no "professional" should talk to their staff the way they were. Since we were so close to the kitchen, we could hear the managers demeaning, hassling, and downgrading the wait staff, and the front workers at the desk. Also, whats the meeting about that took our drinks 15 minutes to get to our table? Management making a whole restauarant look bad. Needless to say we will not be returning.

Living locally, I have visited the Starke location 3x in the last 12 months. The last visit was the worst-waiting at reception for 15 to be served, being seated and watching patrons who entered and were seated after my family being served and prompting our server to even take our order and had forgotten drinks. Basic attention to details which are consistently missed here.

I have frequented other locations without the problems that are consistent with the Starke location.

To be passed 3x by a waitress and not being served because we were not in her section is unacceptable.

I was in ihop the other night, the one off maxtown rd, my food had hair in it, and our server, Brianna was her name, was not very pleasant to say the least. I was highly upset w the serve my family & I received. I shouldn't have to go out to eat and have the server be rude, and the food be nasty and cold. I won't be back. And I will also be taking this to corporate as well.

We ordered breakfast from this ihop location... Convenient to our job location on rt 22... Got delivery.. Everything showed up.. I got the coffee and it to me appeared to have cooking grease in it. I've taken pictures. Sent them in this complaint. I only noticed it because when I started drinking it, it didn't taste right. So I was gonna stir it up with straws you gave us and thats when I saw what looked like grease oil... Whatever it was separating from the coffee.. Totally didn't look right. And when you took tne straw out of the cup every thing solidified like it was lard... It was gross. We called ihop back explained to the girl on the phone she said thats the french vanilla they use... Pfff... She said they could send over another coffee... After I said okay well nothing in it this time... Just blk... And through out the rest of my 10 hr work day... Nobody ever came back. Needless to say its coffee.. I get it, but the whole thing is completely [censor] up... And now i'm pissed I just got pushed off.

Ok so we came to Ihop #3461. We signed up at the front counter because there was quite a wait. I made it clear to the the lady at the front counter who's name was odalys, that we would be coming in with 5 people and 2 babies. When they call out our name to be seated they act all amazed that we have two babies and the seating that they assigned to us was not meeting up to their expectations. I asked if we were fine where they had placed us and she made it clear that it would be kind of hard to help us or provide the best customer service with the babies in the way. To be honest she was and awesome attendant. But to be quite frank the lady in the front kept giving me dirty looks, looks of disgust. I asked our attendant if we should move but she said we would be alright . Still Odalys and her pose kept starring us down. To be honest I had to step out for a while I even switched seats with my wife so I wouldnt't feel so uncomfortable. The food was good, the server was awesome, but your attendant Odalys needs an attitude adjustment or maybe she was having a bad day at work.
