First place, none of your customer service listed telephone numbers ever take the already annoyed customer to a human being!
Second place, when I did get a human or someone supposed to be human the extent of the RUDENESS was even greater than normal in France where I live! I am handicapped and the closest IKEA is over 3 hour drive one way from where I live in South of France where we also have slow Internet connectivity. I asked for a new catalogue to be posted to me after stating where I live and that I was handicapped. The response in French was indecent language in addition to criticizing my French language abilities!
I speak 5 languages and NONE of these are fluent enough in French to read your catalogue or online to order. I usually get around this by reading the USA or UK websites and searching with the article ref number but for over euros 3500 worth of merchandise I wanted to check the financial offerings and delivery information first.
I already am sitting with euros 324 order from before Christmas that was never delivered/received and I still have no credit!
So where do I call to get some actual CUSTOMER SERVICE---AS IN THE CONCEPT OF HELPING THE CUSTOMER? AND DOING GOOD REPEAT BUSINESS!
OR GIVE ME A REAL PERSON'S EMAIL! Just help me get out of the endless voicemail useless loop!
