Imakelipstick Wholesale Company review: Body scrubs, and body spray

I placed an order with Imakelipstick in June of 2023. Shortly after Tre informed everyone she was rebranding and would still assist anyone with a previous order. Unfortunately, I'm still waiting for my order. Tre told me several times she sent the product and that she would provide my tracking number. Each time I waited patiently for my tracking number and I never received it. I spent over $300 and at the time I didn't really have it but I wanted to invest in my business. When I asked can I could break the payment down she agreed so I sent 2 payments via Zelle. After I sent the last payment she said my items would be shipped. Still, nothing I've messaged her on Instagram as well as text messages. She informed me she could not refund my money and I haven't heard a word since. I just want my product or a refund. I'm beyond disappointed and wouldn't recommend anyone send money to her.
