Charges
I believe these charges stem from an advertisement I placed for per diem worker. This was back in December. It was advertised as free but they keep your credit card information on file
Mid February I get an e mail from indeed with an invoice disclosing over $1200 in charges that go back to December to my credit card for running an advertisement
This seems quite odd. They wait till February to call to my attention that they billed me in December. I’m not even clear what the charges are for you can’t reach a live person at indeed. When you e mail them no one follows up. I’m barely making a living myself at a solo firm I would never knowingly agree to such billing practices
Desired outcome: Reversal of charges
Disable my account, don't waste your time, your money!!!
My boss asked me to post Jobs as a Confidential Company. So as per my research I could post on Indeed, Because as they do have "confidential option".
At the beginning too much trouble of opening the account.
*First, I tried gmail account they blocked, then I did with another account, again they blocked. From my side I provide everything. They asked me "Utility bills with address", "Tax permit", Company license, even I showed them our registration paper. But it is denied, I asked "Why"?, They said "It is blurry".
Nooooooo! it is not!
May be your eyes are blurry.!
Even I tried company official email, facebook account again same process.
My Boss thinks, "Indeed is best for Jobs Posting, because they have very good data. They have too much video tutorials in Youtube", may be it is true.
But they have unresponssible, careless customer care that makes you stupid in front of your boss, and get fired.
Dear Indeed.com Thank you for you attention for details, and making me fired!
Don't waste your precious time on Indeed.com.

Dear Indeed.com Thank you for you attention for details, and making me fired!
Don't waste your precious time on Indeed.com.
They did the same to me. I received close to 70 resumes of people who were interested in my job posting and INDEED disabled my account so that I could not assess the resumes. I phoned and they told me that it would have to go to appeal but they were not able to tell me why it was disabled. I have also read where people are applying and nobody contacts them back - I guess this could be the reason why they are not received responses.
Employment service
I posted a no sponsored employment opportunity vía Indeed. I did not agree to any budget for the job listing. I just found that they deducted $500.00 from my account for 2 months of listing at $33.00 per day. I never agreed to any of this. I was never notified about these changes. I would not have agreed as my small business cannot afford such expenditures. The site will not allow me to take my credit card information off and they do not have any means to contact customer service. A similar charge happened approximately 4 years ago and I paid it thinking my secretary mistakenly agreed to the service. However, I personally managed this posting.
Desired outcome: I want my money back and I want them to erase my credit card information.
Complaint
I have been placing ads on indeed for many years for my corporation without incident. Now I am told that I must provide some very personal information about my company in order for this ad to go live. I’ve been going back-and-forth for six days with these people and only now they’re telling me they want my business license, a utility bill, my General Excise tax license, tin #. a lot of stuff that is irrelevant and have never been asked for before. I feel like if my job isn’t sponsored or if I have a credit I’m working with that’s when I have problems with Indeed. Something is very wrong!
Desired outcome: I would like my ad to go live without having to share a whole bunch of information that I have never been asked for in the past
Indeed forced negative reviews from another company onto your profile
Our organization set up a Company Profile on Indeed.com to give our company better visibility to prospective job applicants. We worked very hard to achieve a 5-star rating on the 'Reviews' section of our Company Profile, which has been listed for several years now. Recently, a completely separate organization created an additional Company Profile on Indeed.com and used the exact same name as our Company, but did not include any differentiating info (such as a logo, address, phone#, Tax ID#, etc). This other organization obtained two negative reviews on their profile. I brought this situation to the attention of several representatives at Indeed.com and asked them for assistance in differentiating our Profile (with a 5-star review average) from the other Profile of the same name (with a 1-star review average). Do you know what Indeed did next? They decided to MERGE the two profiles together, effectively forcing us to inherit 2 negative reviews that did not belong to us. I called and wrote Indeed several times to protest this egregious move and they flat out refuse to fix it even though they have acknowledged that the other Profile is/was not related to our Profile in any way, shape, or form. Now, they have irreparably tarnished our organization's online reputation by forcing our Review average to plummet, due to the forced addition of these invalid reviews. Employers, beware of doing business with this organization!
Desired outcome: Delete the 2 negative reviews from our company profile page, since they do not belong to us in the first place.
Past employee post
I am writing to complain about a past employee job review for Old Mill Kennel posted on October 2021.
Unfortunately some of the post is fabricated so bad! What was said about the kennel manager is not true and hurtful. I am mortified to read such false information.
I am not sure why this information was allowed on the post and picked by Indeed as a favorite post when alot of the past posts are positive.
As we all know, past employees bend the truth as I have read alot of reviews on other companies. They will do and say whatever.
I let others read the review and they were shocked as well. I have a feeling who wrote the review.
What can I do about the post?
I can be reached at [protected]@yahoo.com
I appreciate your help to try to resolve this issue.
Thank you

Billing
Indeed has charged my credit card over 3k for a two week period. I finally had to canx my credit card to stop the charges. 2500 one day 700 two days later! I posted one job for 7 days with a 500.00 max bill established. I was billed over 3 thousand dollars.
Desired outcome: refund
Over charge
We advertised on indeed nearly 2 years. We never had this kind of problem before. This time we was over charged £410 for job advertisment. We have never changed the settings and budget for the daily limit. We spoke on the phone today with customer service, but we did not get back any encouraging answer. They said that we changed our settings, which is not true.As a company we never gonna use indeed again if the problem is not solved

assessments
your assessments have destroyed my life ! i can not apply for any job anywhere without indeed being involved. and all employers now required tests since indeed offered them, they are now a requirement and I cannot compete without doing them. but I can not do them! Some of the questions cannot be answered and since there's a time limit I can not handle the stress, I have lost many jobs that I otherwise could have done. Jobs I have done for 30 years, every other website seems to be connected to indeed, so I will never be able to get a job this way! Are you proud of yourselves you have destroyed lives and make it impossible for people to get jobs, I will be unemployed and homeless because of this! I DEMAND to speak to whoever's in charge of these assessments immediately!
Desired outcome: NO MORE ASDSESSMENTS!!!!!!!!!

Review that it has to be approved by the indeed team
Hi
I just add a review on indeed for a company, and I have noticed that the review hasn't been posted, saying that first, it has to be accepted by the indeed team.
How do you explain that?
Is indeed decide what is accepted and what is not in a review?
I had written a review for sg personel on indeed site, and it hasn't been published.
I want to know for what reason.
And I want to know if indeed decided which review are going to be published for the companys in general.
It is indeed verified the actual reviews if are scam or not?
Thank you!
Job postings
Re: Searching for a job.
Dear Sir/Madam;
When I click remove a job posting, the job closes but does not remove. The job flag remains on the page, mixed in with the job postings that I did not remove. This makes job searching very undesirable and increase the length time it takes to search for a job. This problem just started this week.
Thank you.

Money scam for e]employment
Was contacted by a Ms. Mildred Corbin stating she is a Talent Acquisition for Aumni Inc and that she saw my resume on Indeed.Com and it was forwarded to their Management team at Aumni Inc, then I received a message on WhatsApp from a Ivan Fanucci stating he was the Interview Manager, he asked me typical interview questions about my previous work and then listed the different software's that are out there if I knew how to use them one being QuickBooks. They then waited one day and offered me the position of Remote Administrative Assistant, they then proceeded to send me the front and back copy of a Cashiers Check for $2, 300 and asked me to deposit it into my checking account through my Mobile account. They even talked about medical, dental plans, even paperwork for a background check! They were very professional until they sent me the check for Office Supplies. What a very disappointing world we live in nowadays!
I received the check and the funds were added to my account. They then asked me if I would Zelle some money to the venders stating I would receive a laptop with all the softwares on them and the money is being sent to the vendors directly. This doesn’t seem right. I sent some of the money after I waited for it to go through, and my bank has my account flagged as fraud now. Is this place a scam? Will I be given any consequences if I stop responding to them and the money is still in my account? This doesn’t feel real and like they’re using all my information to steal from me or scam me.
On 2/14/22 I received an email from a Fanny Diers (fannydierscqr89@gmail.com) and she saw my resume on Indeed. She was supposedly representing Aumni, Inc. I was asked to do an interview with a Mr. Ethan Faustino via "Telegram" messaging app (htpps://t.me/workwithethan). They asked for banking information and sent a background check form to fill out to include a copy of my driver's license (front and back). This is a scam!
This happen to me too. Was contacted by Annette Hurt then forward me to Ivan Fanucci-- who wanted to hire me the next day without a physical appearance over the phone. Thank you for sharing! I will no longer be using Indeed!
It has come to our attention that several individuals have been contacted by Annette Hurt, Mildred Corbin and Ivan Fanucci about potential job opportunities at Aumni. These individuals DO NOT work for Aumni. All communication to and from Aumni would come directly from an employee with an email address @aumni.fund
Mr. Jones, I received this email. They are using your name in the email address. darwin@aumni.careers with the contact name Darwin Jones. They are emailing a form for background information with your company name and a St. George Utah address. FYI
I was contacted yesterday from a McKenna B via text, to chat with Adam Fantino. We chatted yesterday with what seemed to be a standard interview. I was advised to come back to chat at 8:30am my time. And be prompt. I was then advised they would like to move forward with me. I received an email from Danielle Kelez. My 1st fraud alert went off when in the email it had NO company markings logo phone number only address. That is it. The next flag was asking what bank I use, not the account info just name. Then I was advised I would be paid via check sent to me. During this time I’m google the “people” who I have chatted with. During this COVID craziness I started taking Goggle cyber security classes so I’m looking at all the signs at this point. In my digging I found the 2 ladies name however never found Adam Fantino. The final straw was advising me I would need to go to Verizon or ATT and get a new line and the phone must be an iPhone 13 proMax 256 GB. I don’t have any fancy degrees but at this point every thing is screaming SCAM. I was told I would be paid for the money I spent. At this point I end conversation with “Adam” and proceeded to dig more. I go as far as to email 2 people from LinkedIn. I didn’t get a response but they should be aware these people are legit trying to use the company likeness and that of some of the major people working in the company. I’m glad I was diligent in looking up this company. Sad because it puts a bad energy out there to real employees working on behalf of the real talent acquisition team. And I think I my have sent Mr Darwin a message on LinkedIn.

Just got contacted by a Mildred Corbin at Aumni! Glad I googled it and this popped up
This just happened to me as while! Same exact thing from Mildred Corbin of Aumni Inc. Thank you for sharing I could not tell if it was legit or not! They used the number [protected]
Fake Job posting
I was recently contacted by a recruiter from Behavioral Health Services by the name Jyl Russell to apply for a Revenue Cycle Manager position. A few minutes after applying for the job said I wasn't selected. I called the company and they stated the recruiter no longer works for the company, and they didn't know how the position was posted.

They are not deleting our account despites weeks of requests
This has been several weeks that we asked for a deletion of our company account from the website indeed.com and it is not done despite several reminders.
Our company is sensea nordic spa.
The information on this website is impacting our business activities and lower our chances our recruitment because of the false and bashing information it carries. We have started to estimate the financial impact for us for every day they delay the deletion of our account.
Desired outcome: Delete all our company accounts and information related from indeed.com
every time I try to fill out a job application the recruiting site will not accept my email address.
it rejects my email address saying either that it is an invalid email address, or that it is already being
used by someone else, Robert Darryl Williams, who is now employed but his applications are still in
the system, and blocking all of my applications; and before you ask, yes, I have tried using another
email, my sixth was blocked out just this morning, I'd changed both my email and phone number, yet
it always comes back to Robert Darryl Williams. I'm at the end of my wit here. I can't figure out what
to do. the recruiting sites are the only access I have to gaining employment; I'm in a halfway house.
my first email address was williamegraham56@gmail.com, please notice that it contains my NAME. But
when I try to enter my password, Eugene522, the site rejects it saying either "invalid" or "already in use"
and if I change it, it still comes back to Robert Darryl Williams. I am William Eugene Graham, same as in
the email address and password. Indeed was first recruiting site to corrupt my email, but now all of the
sites do it, apparently because Indeed shares entries. Could somebody at Indeed possibly help me?
Robert is now working. why is his name still on unfinished application?
Job seeking
So buggy and awful to use. Clicks into the wrong job, easily allowing someone to apply for the wrong position over and over again.
Assessments are IMPOSSIBLE to find.
I get so frustrated every time I use this site. It's terrible.
