The Help Desk link on the website fails to load (Bad Link error).
The phone numbers only provide an automated response that kicks you out if you're a job seeker. I've tried several ways to reach Indeed only to fail. Horrid Customer Service. It's like a bad joke.
Incredibly frustrated that I'm unable to message the recruiter that I was advised by the employer to do regarding my application, it's not effective to the potential job seekers.
Claimed loss: Potential Job Opportunity
Desired outcome: To extend this option to message the recruiters for the potential positions that I qualify for.
