Hello

I was made aware by a current employee that a negative review about our company had been published. I understand this is going to happen as we can't please everybody, but this one particular review is accusing us of a bullying culture and this is so far from the truth. We won employer of the year in 2019. We have only had one employee leave us this year and she left on her own accord and it was amicable. She mentioned in her resignation letter that her leaving was no reflection on any staff member here.

Can I ask that this review is removed asap We treat our staff with respect and kindness always and am horrified that bullying has been mentioned on Indeed where we advertise for new recruits.

Poor Management

Poor management who have favourites who can do no wrong. Bullying culture which management allow. Very stressful when bullies are allowed to speak to other staff with no regard of personal feelings
