we would like to inform you that my client My Muzibur Rehmen had purchased Yamaha Aerox 155 Version S from Shiva Motors (Vehicle No DL5SDG1135) Address E-11 Main 100 Ft Road west Jyoti Nagar Delhi-110094 on Dated 01-09-2024, he has done first Service at shiva motors perfectly but after service he faced two problems one is remote is not working properly and second is vehicle Shock Absorber is not working properly he has called many times in Yamaha Service canter but no response from service canters side. now he submitted his vehicle in to Ambuj Yamaha on dated 07-03-2025 for service and replace the damage parts (Acknowledgement No. 50612) but they denied for all the things and said you purchased your Yamaha Aerox 155 Version S from Shiva Motors so your parts will be change by Shiva Motors this is not a ambuj Yamaha responsibility and the customer service executive behave very rude and said do whatever you want we will not heal you. t and my client said I have purchase Yamaha Scooter not Shiva or Ambuj Scooter and The customer service executive name is Abid who is working in Ambuj Yamaha Service canter, so This is being Requested to your good self to kindly Change his Yamaha Aerox 155 Version S Remote and Shock Absorber As Soon As Possible Otherwise we will go to consumer court and will take legal action as per Consumer protection act 2019.
