Dear Yamaha Customer Support,
I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding the malfunctioning speedometer of my Yamaha Fascino 125 FI. My vehicle was registered on 15/05/2024, and it has only been less than a year since my purchase.
For the past week, the speedometer has completely stopped functioning. As a result, I am unable to track my speed or the distance traveled. My vehicle has only covered 5,359.7 km, and experiencing such an issue at this stage is highly disappointing. There is a yellow light that also is displayed alongside. I did not expect such poor performance from a newly purchased vehicle, and this has made me regret my decision.
I request immediate action to resolve this issue as per the warranty terms. Please address this matter at the earliest.
