Infenergy Solar Solutions put solar panels on my house 3 months ago, but we still haven't been contracted to Duke. They told us we would just get a loan, but they never said it would be a mortgage loan. They are deceptive and don't care about customers. Beware of this company.

I gotta say, I'm super happy with InfEnergy Solar Solutions. Chris Dean is the man! He's been so awesome to work with. If you're thinking about getting solar panels for your house, you should definitely check these guys out. Trust me, you won't regret it.

Great installation, done in just one day. They cleaned up all the debris from the installation and explained everything to me in simple terms that I could understand. They also told me what to expect after the installation. The employees were all very polite and courteous. If I ever decide to install solar again, I will definitely use this company!

These guys at Infenergy Solar Solutions are awesome! They're super nice and easy to work with. Chris and his team made sure everything went smoothly and there weren't any issues. They told me all about how the installation works and how to get connected to the power company. I definitely suggest doing business with them.

Infenergy Solar Solutions is not good at all. They don't seem to do anything. We signed a contract with them, but they didn't do anything. We waited for two months, but they didn't even make an application. We had to cancel the contract because we can't wait forever. It's very disappointing. I wish you good luck if you decide to work with them.

I only gave Infenergy Solar Solutions two stars because we didn't get any work done. A door-to-door salesman came to my house even though I have signs that say no soliciting and no trespassing. I was working in my garage when he approached me, and I politely told him that we didn't want or need any services. He said they weren't selling anything, but I told him again that we weren't interested. The salesman got mad and started making sarcastic comments. I don't like the way they teach their salespeople to act. When someone asks you to leave their property, you should leave.

I wish we knew then what we know now. Where do I begin? We had a great salesman, or so I thought. After the contract was signed we saw him 1 time. Couldn't get in touch with him anymore. Called cell and office numerous times with no response. Solar was installed May 26th 2022. It is now November 1st and we still don't have power. I have 20 plus emails promising it would get resolved. Finally called customer service today and told them if I don't get a call from the CEO or some manager then I will be finding a consumer lawyer and having this taken off my roof and cancel my contract! I also called the finance Company to open an Investigation as to why there customer doesn't honor their contracts. My husband and I are beyond fed up. We so regret this! It's not like a pair of shoes I changed my mind on this is a $60,000 loan and we should have had better service than this!

I signed a contract with Infenergy Solar Solutions in Feb 2022 and they installed the panels in Sep 2022. However, they only installed 45 panels instead of the 52 that we contracted for. They told us that our panels were upgraded so we needed less, but we were not informed about this until after the installation. We still have no power from the panels as of Dec 2022. We spent $60k on Christmas decorations on the roof, but no inspection has been done yet. Duke Energy has no record of the installation. The sales rep told us that we needed a $1 M umbrella policy that they would set up for the first year, but now they are asking for a copy of our Home Owners policy with the UMB coverage so they can get permitted with Duke. I have called the Sales Rep and CEO multiple times, but they never answer. They do not communicate well and when they do, they cannot be trusted. They always blame the "back office" for errors, which is just one lady who takes all the calls and complaints. If you are considering solar, I suggest doing your research and looking elsewhere.

I'll give Infenergy Solar Solutions a 2-star rating for now. I bought their solar panels on Feb 22, 2022, and they were installed on May 28, 2022. But, there have been issues with the city permits, and the solar power is not turned on yet. I had to make many phone calls to First Electric to find out that the city permits were not properly submitted, and old forms were used. I had to call the electric company myself to get the forms fixed. But, even after that, wrong documents were submitted, and it's now the third week of August, and the solar system is still not turned on. I have been paying both the solar bill and electric bill, which is not what I was promised. Infenergy did not put in the proper permits, and their COO said my city did not require permits, which was wrong. The city said no permits were submitted correctly. I have been going back and forth with no progress, and I have phone calls and texts from the company, but nothing has been fixed. I would recommend any other company at this point. The city of Cabot said we were the first house to go through Infenergy, and they have not done their job for permits since day 1. If we knew this was going to happen, we would have never gotten solar through Infenergy.

So, I met this dude named Aaron who was selling solar panels in December . I asked him if they could handle storms and how much they cost. I told him I needed power during disasters and my light bill was too high. He said they could handle storms and I wouldn't have a light bill. After a few months, they finally installed the panels. Aaron said they would take care of everything with the electric company. But then my lights got cut off for non-payment, and I didn't even know I had payments to make. I tried to contact Aaron, but he ghosted me. Infenergy can't even get him to talk to us. I talked to Carol, but she never calls me back. The CEO said they can't do anything and to talk to the installers. But the installers say it's not their fault because Infenergy lied about us not having a bill. Carol even admitted to seeing that Aaron said the bill would be $18 or less a month. But they won't take responsibility. Meanwhile, my husband's credit is getting messed up because we're not paying them and still paying a light bill. I want these panels off my house and the contract canceled.
