Total scammer company. They advertise jobs and lie about the compansation and benifits. They do not deserve to be in business.

I had a visit from Senergy Solar Inc. and they didn't take "not interested" or "no solicitation" as an answer. The person at my door kept insisting that they weren't soliciting and even got into an argument about it. It was a bad representation of the company.

Be careful. I asked for an estimate for a solar system and a salesman came and spent a lot of time explaining the financing (more time than he spent explaining the solar). He asked me to sign documents to obtain my credit rating, which I did, while explaining that I was not agreeing to using Senergy. He assured me he understood. This was last March. Today I received a $1030 bill for a "contract cancellation fee." Don't let this happen to you.

I've checked out a lot of solar companies and this one was definitely the best! They made everything simple and easy! The consultant knew a lot and was really honest, unlike the other 3 companies we talked to. If you get the chance, I really recommend going with SENERGY! Don't make the mistake of choosing a solar company with untrained reps who will do anything for money! Go with a company that actually cares about the customer! I'm really happy with my system! Thanks again guys!

Senergy Solar Inc. was great! They sent a smart guy who checked out our house, made a plan for the solar system, told us what they were gonna install, and handled the money stuff. The installation happened on schedule, even with COVID messing things up. They even came back later to fix some tiles they accidentally broke. I wouldn't have even noticed! The whole thing was super easy and hassle-free. And guess what? Our monthly energy bill, which includes SRP and the solar payment, is way lower now. It's even less than what I used to pay for SRP alone.

I'd give zero stars if possible. I agree with the other complaints below. This company is a fraud. What's most concerning is that Senergy Solar avoids returning phone calls and emails on purpose. I asked for the system to be removed after my first bill of 250.00 TEP plus the loan 179.00. This company can't explain why my bills are the same for July without solar and July with solar. I asked for removal, spoke with management, and I'm disgusted that they're now trying to ignore the problem. I'll pursue legal action. DON'T USE SENERGY SOLAR! STAY AWAY FROM SENERGY SOLAR!

I was already signed with a national solar company (Freedom). I spent like 2 hours with the sales rep at the time. He left, and I was excited about solar. 1 month goes by, and I haven't heard a thing. 2 months go by, and I still haven't heard a thing. Then the third month comes, and a Senergy dude knocks on my door. I answer and tell them my story, and they offer to see if they can do better. MAN DID THEY EVER! The sales rep was super professional. He actually had a uniform (the other company dude was just in a t-shirt and pants). It turned out that Senergy offered better equipment, better warranties, and better production. But here's the real game changer: customer service after the final handshake. Every week, like clockwork, I would get a call. "Hey, how's your week? How have you been? How were your holidays? How did you survive the snow 'storm' here in town (Tucson never gets snow)?" "Nice, well here we are with your solar project." "Here is the status update." This is unprecedented for customer service in the solar industry. I've asked many neighbors who have gone solar, and it seems my experience is a modern one, unlike many other dying companies. Thank you Richie! Thank you Curtis! And the cool crew behind the scenes calling every week (Stu and Alec being the dudes I remember calling the most often).

This company don't like accountability. I believe companies should operate with integrity. My sales rep Phil C told me that my bill for NV energy wouldn't be more then $15 bucks with solar. To my surprise my last bill was $194 and I still have to pay my solar bill. the month before it was $150. His answer was its because everyone is homeschooling. ? it's summer! We would be home running AC all summer under normal circumstances. So when I challenged his answers, he sends this response. "Also just realized the reason you wrote the first bad review was because of the delay on the pigeon guard. It’s hilarious how customers react. We gave you that for free and my team missed the email because I included it afterwards. It wasn’t in the price at signing so I got approval to add it and then sent an email asking for it after and they missed it. I even had to pay for part of it! I believe you had already written the 1 Star review before you reached out to me too. Oh well. Have a great weekend" YOU'VE HOT TO BE KIDDING! PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. He acts like fulfilling the promises made by the company was a "gift". It's a shame that companies think they are doing you a favor if the show integrity. Can't companies find honest reps that don't mislead clients just to close deals.

Beware and shut your door if they come to your home. This company and its representative (***) engaged in deceptive business practices where my 85-year-old mother was concerned. The high-pressure sale to close on the spot included this company selling a $44,000 solar contract, and a 25-year financing agreement on a *** square foot home... absolute rip off! The salesman told my mother that there was a solar initiative through *** Electric Power and that the costs were minimal. Furthermore, the salesman pressured my mother to sign and complete all documents on his own device (tablet) through an e-sign process which was confusing to her and costs were not explained. After the visit, there was never a copy of the contract sent or emailed so the 3-day right of rescission was not able to be exercised. We filed a complaint with the *** Attorney General on Senergy which was ignored and no compensation or settlement was offered. Senergy is just a sales company and they don't do any installation. They sell their contracts to other companies to do the installation. Do yourself a favor & cut these shady middlemen out of the deal & go direct to an installer. The contract was sold to Titan Solar who completed the install with no issues. Titan even offered a small settlement as a result of the complaint but not a *** from Senergy Solar Power who (no doubt) made many thousands ripping off an old woman.

I keep getting these annoying calls from Senergy Solar Inc. on my do not call number. It's so frustrating! I mean, seriously, why can't they respect my privacy? I thought being on the do not call list meant no more unwanted calls, but apparently not for these guys. It's like they don't even care about the rules. Ugh, it's just a big hassle having to deal with these unsolicited calls all the time.

Senergy Solar Inc installed my solar panels, but they haven't connected them yet. Now I'm paying for a solar panel loan and SRP. I know I'll still have an SRP bill, but having solar panels should make it cheaper. They don't answer my calls. The email I received a response from came back as undeliverable. They scheduled an appointment but didn't show up or call. I'm frustrated and want either my panels removed or connected.

I was told by the sales team that we could get solar power through Senergy Solar Inc, just like we did with Tesla in ***. They said there would be connection fees ranging from $18.00 to $24.00. However, our solar setup by Senergy is different, and now we have to pay for both electricity and solar. I've tried contacting Senergy through phone calls, texts, and emails, but I haven't received any response. I want them to change my TEP electric *** contract to what we were promised, and I also want to be reimbursed for the high electric bills we've been paying for the past year with the solar program.

Senergy put up my panels today on 07/28/2022. Some folks showed up at 6am, but they left without telling me the job was done. Not long after, I noticed my house getting hotter. The thermostat showed it was set to 76 degrees, but the actual temperature was 84. I called Senergy to let them know about the problem. They said they'd get back to me, but I didn't hear anything. So, I reached out to them again. Unfortunately, they couldn't offer any assistance for the heat in the evening or even a place to stay at a hotel. It's 9pm now, and the temperature inside has climbed to 88 degrees.

In May 2022, I bought solar panels from Senergy Solar Inc. They promised that my electricity bill would disappear, but that hasn't been the case. Every month, I still have to pay bills ranging from $300 to $400. On top of that, I have a monthly loan payment of $120 from Goodleap. I've been trying to contact Senergy for months, but they haven't been responsive or helpful. It's been such a frustrating experience that I've even hired lawyers. I just want to caution others about this company's deceptive practices.

I signed contract in May 2023. Panels were installed in July 2023. It is now late Oct. 2023 and panels still are not connected but they are taking payments for their very expensive roof ornaments while I am still paying APS for power. I have contacted Senergy Solar on more than 10 occasions, only to be told that they will get right on it when they respond at all. I did not buy roof decorations, but that is all I have received. At this point, I am so frustrated with lack of response and empty promises, not to mention that the panels have done nothing to lower high *** summer heat (now over).

I signed up for Senergy Solar to be put in my crib. Josh Laudel, the sales dude, told me I'd get my electric bill dough back from June to January when the panels were up and running. I sent a bunch of emails to customer service about it, and all they kept saying was they're on it, or it's with the finance peeps for payment, or it's with management. After months of waiting, they finally said I wasn't supposed to get the cash and that they already paid me for two months of electricity, which they claimed was a rebate on the system. They forked over $2309.72. I'm expecting them to stick to their sales spiel.

I've been trying to get in touch with Senergy Solar at *** for a while now, but they haven't responded to my calls or emails. I have a problem with the equipment they installed, and it's causing my electricity bills to go up. On top of that, I'm still making loan payments for a system that doesn't even work. I reached out to *** GoodLeap (Account#***, telephone#***) to file a complaint, but they're not getting any response from Senergy Solar either. It's been over 90 days since I first contacted them. I want to be reimbursed for two loan payments, which amount to $206.96 each, and I also want $330.00 for miscellaneous costs. Just so you know, I already got one loan payment of $206.96 back on 10/06/2022 through a check from Titan Solar Power TX *** (a contractor working for Senergy Solar). The last time I heard from Senergy Solar was 8 weeks ago, when they said they were working on the second reimbursement check, but I haven't received anything yet.
