I am soon to be 82 years old.
About three weeks ago, my account was mysteriously cancelled after I had the secondary delivery address before checking out at which time, the order and account were both cancelled. I submitted and resubmitted the requested copies of credit card and driver's license. Despite ongoing email exchanges, I am still not able to reactivate my account as I am unable to confirm an order that I supposedly made at the end of April 2023. I've endeavoured to deal with the security folks at [protected]@instacart.com to no avail as I am unable to locate that particular order although I can identify a host of other ones subsequent to that date.
I am sure any questions can be resolved by way of a telephone conversation, but I have no response on that suggestion.
What can I do to reactivate my account as this experience has been a total an absolute nightmare tying both myself and my assistant's time up to no avail.
Please reactivate my account so that I couldn't continue purchasing much-needed meals.
