Deregistration for early childhood development level 4 course.
On 5 December 2022 I spoke to a lady named Jacqualine whom send us forms for deregistration as my daughter no longer want to do the course se registered for. We fill out the request form that she sent us for the deregistration and sent it to the e-mail address

Course deregistration
I have sent numerous mails last year in August 2022 requesting for the cancellation forms and received no responses and my account kept on being debited until I closed it. I ended up getting their whatsap line which I requested to be sent the form which I finally received and emailed it to cancellation department and no response received. I even made follow up also on their whatsap line and was not helpful, now they are no longer response to my whatsap messages. But I kept on getting the messages from finance to pay for the account which they never supplied the study materials for.
Desired outcome: Confirmation of the cancelation and be refunded all the monies paid.

I registered with this institution in June 2020 - recieved confirmation in July 2020. Please note entire course was paid up in June 2020 - I have proof of payment, confirmation of reciept and confirmation of registration.
I was sent absolutely NO material except for the study guides on the student portal. No list of text books neither. I was not given a break down of what was expected or how I was to submit anything.
I recieved all exam notifications three days before closure of acceptance to pay for the exams. Now in 2022 June, after writing an exam, I was blocked from the student portal.
During my exam I found out I have a different student number to the one I was given when I registered - which by the way says 2019... which is incorrect.
I have only recieved one marked assignment back in 2021 6 months after I wrote the exam. I have not recieved any other assignments back nor confirmation that they were recieved on the email address provided to me.
There is NO indication as to how my exam marks from Nov 2020 were calculated. There has NEVER been any response to communications to your student support email address since 2021.
If I ask questions via email I keep getting a respons, " please provide your student number in order for a student representative to contact you". There has never been any contact made to me.
I want either my full refund from this course, or for me to complete this course without paying for extension fees.
I believe this is not only happening to me, but to many others. This institution is not registered for this course with any SETA and is not NQF accredited. That is what was advertised, so there is false advertising.
Please assist me as this is the only other route for me.

No communication on my Course Extension
I have paid for my Course in Construction Technology in full. I was unable to complete the course within the time stipulated. When I called through for assistance, I was informed that my Course had expired, and I would have to apply for an Extension of the course via email. That was in September 2022. I have sent numerous emails, and no one has sent me a response on the way forward.
Desired outcome: Can Intec please get back to me and assist me with new study material so I can complete my course and get my qualification.

Exam passed, still no qualification
I wrote my exam June 2022, got my results that I passed. I've completed my qualification as far as the programme states but even after several enquiries how I'm supposed to apply for my certificate, no communication. Instead they sent me the same results in December. Still no word.
They've changed their channels of enquiries, assigned us student support or something. That same support never responds. Almost a year of completing my Diploma, I still have no certificate to show for it. No physical campus to go to nearby for further enquiries

Can you please STOP sending me account statements and charging me for services I have never recieved, I have sent multiple emails to your offices regarding the matter and it has caused alot of HARM to my mental health and well being and I have found myself having emotional breakdowns because of the harm the Intec institution has caused to me I had visited your offices In Durban and have been constantly given the run around, I was told to contact you main offices in Cape town and did so to a man that works there and sent him all the relavent emails and was told I would recieve help regarding my cancellation and refund but to this day I have recieved neither. I had made you aware that I am an unemployed youth that was nolonger with a job from last year hence reason for my early cancellation, I'd also like to make it know that I had not used your services in the first place since my login information was withheld from me and I was unable to access the Intec student site up until I was forced to request a cancellation due to a change in circumstances (unemployment), I was stood to wait 3 months that passed and I was not given any response

I applied at Intec College on the 21st of March 2022. I fully paid for my registration fee then I was told that I'll receive the study materials. I waited and waited then I was told that my study materials are online I didn't understand. I contacted the head office concerning it they didn't do anything about it. So I asked for a de-registration form and a refund. The form was sent to me, I filled in all the details and all that. I sent it back but still no respond. It's now 10 months

I applied to intec 29-04-2022 n fully paid my registration fee. The was no communication no study materials and when I call and ask for help no help was received both on call and email. I cancelled my application on 22 June 2022 after waiting for study materials n response to my request.

I applied to study in Intec coll 2019 paid deposit and they deducted 1400 monthly few months later COVID-19 happened my wife lost the Job, I called to cancel the course lady on the phone promised to cancel and repay the money deducted and said the college will take 10% and we agreed but they keep on deducting and I keep on calling I was told not to worry money wiil be reversed but when I was left with the last R1400 then I finished R2400 of the course, I found out college blacklisted me while I they were deducting to me

As from the 24th january 2020, I have registered with Intec college south africa online. I have registered for a diploma in commerce: labour relations course.
I have arranged with fnb namibia for debit orders from my account to the account number provided on the enrolment form of intec college and money was paid into that account for a period ranging from january 2020 upto april 2022.
I started recieving statement that I am in arears with my payment schedule and after studying the intect college statements carefully, I realised that the fnb corporate service account number ([protected]) reflected on the enrolment form is not the same at the account number on the statement as per below.

False payment statement
Hi i have a problem i registered at intec college polokwane campus and prior to my registration i ask to change course.I filled form to change course and i emailed.But i never get respond and i never attended but intec account office keep sending me payment statement on my email and is destroying my life so i wan't this to be cleared.I try contacting Intec but no respond nothing...the service rendered to me by Intec College was poor and now they expect me to pay...how can i pay whereas nothing happends is like giving money for free and now my credit score is destroyed because of this...this is not fair.

Assistance with assignments
I had submitted all assignments for my course during the duration of COVID and my assignments were not marked. I was told I need to pay them to mark the assignments. I had submitted everything, and it was not my fault they had a backlog. Noone contacted me again after saying I need to pay for my assignments to be marked, I called over 30 times requesting to speak to someone who can help or get a statement of results, but I do not get any response. I am so fed up I do not know what to do.

Bad Credit Listing
I would like to understand as to why was I listed as I had not studied with the college, I did enroll as a student in March 2020 for a Diploma in Credit Management I was assisted by Loyd Nongobela, I did also inform him that I had a bursary from TFG worth R15000, then I would be paying the difference monthly via a debit order, I was debited R531 monthly then in May 2020 I called Loyd and advised him that I needed to cancel due to some personal issues he then advised that I send a letter and they will cancel from their side because basically I did not study the letter was sent but then to my surprise my credit score is being affected by this while the college had received an upfront payment of R15k then I was also debited for over 4months for services that I did not use they are just a scam because how do they charge me for something that I did not even make use off

The company i worked for had paid for my studies in full and i was advised that i would be refunded the money i have paid .i was advised that this would take 90days.i have applied for my refund in March 2021 and to date i have not been paid. I have made too many calls to follow up to count and have been told given answers ranging from if they pay me it will be paid in terms to it has already been paid and no to my emails being completely ignored. I was signed up for a course i didn't agree to and was then told that i owe them money. I was told this would be rectified but i am getting no response to my emails querying if this was done. I was told my course is being phased out and after being told i would be assisted there is dead silence now. I do not know if i am going to be able to write my exams or if this will just go down the drain. I want to complete my qualification but i received an email saying that some of my subjects are not available to write. I have queried this -no response to date. How am i going to complete this?
