I enrolled with intec College in 2017. It's been a struggle since day one. From them losing all our exam papers and us having to rewrite our subjects, to them not registering us in time for exams and so we have had to write the next semester. To not getting any assistance from them whatsoever after full payment was made. I have had to reregister with Kingsway college in order to finish my last subject and have requested my past exam results from Intec College. Apart from struggling for years to get get any results from them I went there on the 4th of June 2024 this lady told me that I will have my results by the 7th June, I emailed her a few times and then she just stopped responding. My husband was there about a month ago because I've been sick alot and not able to go myself. I spoke to a manager on the phone who then assured me they will help me get my results. I followed up with him a week later and he forwarded my mail to the academics manager. She sent me a long email about how I need to send them proof that I was invited to write exams at Damelin colleges venue, and exactly which dates I wrote in 2017. I told her that I don't have any of those things because this was in 2017, 7 years ago and all those things went to my work email and I no longer work there. And how would I know in the first place that I should write at Damelin if I wasn't instructed by intec to do so. We signed attendance registers for that, why would my ID number be on those registers, surely they should have a copy. She just stopped responding to me 3 weeks ago. I sent an email to Damelin customer care last week Friday and they forwarded the email to this same Academic manager at Intec, Geralda and asked her to assist me on monday, its now wednesday and she hasn't even responded yet. I really don't know what to do anymore, I've lost all hope. I wrote all my exams, and got all my other results all I need is just a statement of results for the subjects I wrote at Damelins venue. They don't even want to help with that. What can I do further? Who us supposed to help me with my results. Intec, the place that I paid 15500 upfront to study at or Damelin, which was just the venue that I wrote my exams at in June and November 2017.

I am so tired of that place. I get sick thinking about them. How I've suffered year after year and they just don't care. What can one do about it ? Even now they sending me from pillar to post. I really don't know what to do anymore.

You've been through the wringer with INTEC College, and your persistence is impressive. It’s ridiculous that after all this time, they still can't deliver something as basic as your exam results. Clearly, they need a serious wake-up call — maybe your next step should be reminding them who paid that 15,500 upfront. Hopefully, they’ll realize it’s time to stop playing games and give you what you’ve rightfully earned.
