Good day.
I sent an email to INTEC College regarding de-registering with them since 21Feb2023.
I stated that I will no longer be able to afford fees and I don't need any refund from them.
All I needed is for them to clear my name out of their institution up until now my credit is messed up because of this institution.
I sent several emails wanting feedback all they say is that my matter is being escalated.
All I can say is that I regret registering with them with their poor service and being so unprofessional.
On the 12th of Aug 2024 doing follow up regarding feedback they responded "not yet".

Desired outcome: I would like the institution to clear my name out of their college.

Seems like you’ve been stuck in the ultimate game of pass-the-buck. All you wanted was a clean break, and now you’re tangled in their red tape. Could’ve been worse — at least they didn’t try to enroll you in another course! Hopefully, they finally get their act together and clear this up for you soon.
