iOffer not receiving my purchase I ordered a month ago

To whom it may concern, I am very upset & disappointed that I haven't received my items I ordered on the 21st of may! I was supposed to have them by june the 9th however i'm still waiting a month later! The person I purchased them from has hardly communicated with me at all! Hopefully this will get resolved because as customer who has brought from ioffer before I am not impressed what so ever & i've recommended this website to friends and family also! Sort it out!

Hi, I bought some items from a seller (hjllk518 77470), after paying the item. He/she says, it was a negligence from the employees, so he/she could not sell the items on that price! He/she talks about a refund that may take a month. I did not take that long to pay. And also, He/she says, I'll get only $14.97us, as refund. So, if I could not get the items. iOffer buyer

I bought a pair of shoes and never got them never got a refund never got anything I've been waiting since the beginning of last month it shows I paid and the buyer received my payment, it shows that the buyer shipped it off but then that's were it stops it never made it o me and the seller stop communicating with me I have been messaging this seller for a while now

Ioffer charged me before I could even confirm my order then when I went to confirm my order I tried to register and log in but it wouldn't let me, they have taken my money and made it unable for me to confirm my order so that I won't get it I'm [censored] fuming and this website should shut down as I'm not the first to make a complaint towards this website being a fraud

iOffer 2 pairs of nikes

U purchased a pair of hurrache bikes and air max about 2months ago. I have since got 2 emails asking if my order has arrived (automated) and ive replued and said no and asked where the hell they are and got no reply after that and still no shoes for my husband and sin. Not happy, nit happy at all, first time i bought a pair, delivery took about 3 months.

i put my order in 4 weeks ago and was told it would be here in one to three days witch I never received . when I had to put my email address in they would not except my usual email address for some reason as I use this email address all the time. so I didn't get my tracking number as I had to put a old email address in which I don't use anymore . could some one get back to me about this? your sight looks great and was wanting to buy quite a lot of things from the site but not if your delivery system is so bad. can I just add since its not letting me put it in the category I stay in the uk not America. can I also say I'm not from a gas station but this site isn't letting me put thst in. your tech team sound fix your site

dear ioffer I had ordered from the seller qinshiyou and did not receive it. I had paid and he had confirmed the order. after 1 month he said that the order had delivered but it had not. when I checked the tracking number it had been sent to Spain whereas I live in Dubai.in y order confirmation it said the delivery address is Dubai UAE. please fix this problem or I would like my refund. I have contacted the seller but he is not replying back. please fix this problem as soon as possible.

iOffer haven't received my refund

Hello my name is Keke and i ordered a Thrasher t-shirt. They said to me that i will receive the package on the 27th of April and they even gave me the tracking number. The tracking number used to work before but after the 27th it was not working anymore. I ordered the t-shirt on the 22nd of April from limingxianxian, i requested a refund but no reply.

I placed my order in january almost 3 months ago and I have not yet received my item nor do I believe I will ever.in february I was told that wrap customs sent my item back and that the seller would resend my item out again.in late february when I questioned the whereabouts of my item I was told that the item would be sent then after the chinese new year. Then I received a tracking number that my post office was unable to track or find authentic.in late march I was told that my item was lost in transit and that they would resend me a new item. After not receiving clear answers I then left a review warning other buyers. The seller has since told me that I should remove all negative feedback in order to be further assisted or helped. I will not cancel the truth! You see I have paid the seller he has no right to hold my already paid for items for any reason. I believe I had and have been frauded and this was a scam I believe that the seller had no intentions whatsoever on ever sending me my item. I am asking I offer to help me in this situation to get this resolved. I want answers, please help!

iOffer fake louboutins

My name is Lucy Puc I have an account with ioffer with the email address- [protected]@gmail.com.
A couple of weeks back I ordered a pair of louboutin look a likes, I ordered a UK size 5.5 I received the shoes and I got a size 3! I've emailed the women I ordered from 4 times now and had no response! I'm absolutely disgusted with the service from the company or her.
I would appreciate someone contacting me asap!

Sir/madam.

I am absolutely disgusted with ur service... My son has an account with u.. He ordered some fake adidas hologram women's trainers on 16th march 2018 for them to say the delivery was 3 to 5 days so was going to be in time for my daughters birthday on the 27th march... But the next day he checked the order and it said estimated delivery is upto april the 6th! If I had known that I wouldnt of got my son to order of ur [censor] company. My son who is 18 has emailed the seller 5 times with no reply.. So they have taken our money and we hav nothing in return apart from an upset daughter on the 27th.
I want a refund now! I will not be recommending ur company to anyone.
I will prefer to take our custom elsewhere.

One unhappy family.

I am sure there will be trustworthy salesmen on Ioffer.com, but there is also a scammer. For example, I have placed an order with the seller who calls himself "luckiness9527". He has received my money, but refuses to send the product. After I filed a complaint with the helpdesk, I was informed that "luckiness9527" would send the item within 24 hours. More than a week later, however, it had still not been sent. However, a confused story of seller "luckiness9527", that the credit card payment would not have been safe. Weird, because I always use it and the amount was already debited from my credit card.
"luckiness9527" is an example of a scammer on Ioffer.com, which unfortunately gives the site a negative image. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH SELLER "luckiness9527"

iOffer ioffer fraud unethical dishonest, scam sellers

I have been frauded and scammed by the following sellers. Topbag1999, inohsuai888, uyaufuhs888, and lilybestseller. I can not believe I ordered from this site, without reading the warnings, of fraud and scams. The following sellers, took the money and never shipped anything, nor had intention of it. Some gave fake tracking. These scammers are advertising items, they do not have, and keep your money, or try to anyway, and never send what you ordered. If you ordered a $150 bag, topbag1999, sends an epacket with a $1.00 chain, so it looks like she/he ship. They are pros at this, and being a lawyer, will make it my priority to get them all in prison, jail for a long time. They will not be keeping my money as my credit card company has reversed all the charges to these thieves. Some also will send an epacket of a cheap item, like a tin charm, that you did not order and not send the item you ordered so credit card company or Paypal will believe they shipped. Paypal will not let ioffer use them at all, too many scams & fraud. One seller, I paid for a bag, and she said out of stock and told me to pick another. I did, and also did not have, though still offering on the site. I asked her to just refund since she could not send me the item, and she said she could not refund, system does not allow it. Deplorable, and cannot believe this site has not been shut down, will try my legal influence and contact venues, to get it shut down. It is a whirlpool of scammers and fraudsters. If there are any honest sellers on ioffer, I have not encountered them. Ioffer also hides feedback reviews that say, scammer, never shipped item. Saw one after I paid, then it disappeared, as ioffer lets them have private feedback reviews. Should have been my first clue.
Thank you and sure hope someone reads this and takes seriously, and believe me, my creditors are taking action.

iOffer money was taken an item was never received.

. When I first purchased the item it shows that the payment cleared and the item was shipped. the seller continue to say that the item was lost. the tracking number provided could not find the item. When I contacted the seller they kept saying the item kept getting lost now they're saying that there's an issue with the payment when I already paid and it was shipped . I want a full refund this company is scamming. I am not giving this website good reviews and I will not ever use this website again to purchase an item. I want a full refund of my money.iOffer P.O. I ordered 2018 Adidas Stan Smith Men Running Shoes on January 26, 2018 and i think i have been scammed, the order is not yet arrived, i think the seller gave me a fake tracking number RM284732325CN, this tracking number does not exist. Here is our MP :

ME : Hi, it has been past 7 days and the parcel still the same, did you ship the order ? Thanks

Seller: Dear friend, your project is sent in a kilo, you will see it later!
Please don't worry!

Me: Tracking number does not exist .this os The first and the last time i buy in ioffer.

Seller: Dear friends, near the Spring Festival, the system is updating!
Please be patient and you will see it later!

Me: Scammer

Me: I Thought you were a serious Seller, the tracking number does Not exist
Dear friend, your tracking number is correct!

iOffer hot michael kor women’s handbag purse shoulder bag #6821

I ordered 2 micheal kor shoulder hand bags from seller : zhong1969. I ordered these bags back in 9-11-17. Still to this day and going back and forth with seventeen (17) emails and they are not giving us a refund when asked. I'm furious at ioffer to allow this behaviour. I have evidence to prove all this.
This not acceptable.

iOffer woman’s coat and woman’s trainers

I have ordered a coat and trainers about a week and half ago I put my bank details in twice as it said there was a error but took money out of my account twice anyways! I got a email asking me see if I received both of my parcels in which I didn't they sent me the reference number on the emails but will not let me sign into my account to check what's going on as there is no sign of any parcel.

Hi,
I put in my visa card details twice for the order and ‘Payment failed *Please re-enter your credit card information or try again with a different card' showed up. I still had a deduction of $35.20 from my bank account. The money was paid to the seller but I haven't received any order summary or email on my account. But the deduction clearly shows up on my bank statement. Please let me know if the order is processed thanks.

iOffer bought dvd no answer

Hello. I bought a dvd collection and I have overpaid it was 45 CAD and when I complete the transaction it was in usd. I tried to reach the seller and he said he was going to look at it last friday february 9th. I've sent several emails and no answer.

The order #[protected] and the seller is sleevemedia2013 or MEDIABAILOUT.

I wanted the price to be the right price asked. So get refunded the difference. Now I don't think I'm even going to get the item.

iOffer small sneakers to be returned

Hi, i have ordered sneackers from MKZZ88, i received my order however the size is small, i have been asking the seller the address so that i can send the sneackers back, he doesnt respond to my email through Ioffer communication. i threw the package due to the exitememt before fitting. i ordered 7.5 in UK size however the size i have is like size 5 according to my imagination because there is no label size on it.
