iOffer pandaheroes (4767) this seller did not send my $55.00 worth of items

Hi: On August 01, 2017 I placed and order with seller: pandaheroes (4767). This seller never sent my tracking number and to this day, February 07, 2018, I have not received nothing! I have been going back and forth with the seller and nothing. I am so tired. How can I get my money? Please help! I Disputed the transaction as soon as I could. This seller has been on and off telling me wait 10 days then 20 days and then the seller tells me I will refund. So much lies and going back and forth. This has caused me to have so much stress and I got sick. I am moving to another state in 2 weeks. I am not going to live here at Arizona. I work too hard for my money. iOffer no response from the seller, getting the wrong product

i have two orders i would like to file a complaint about. i already filed a complaint and nobody bothered to response.

Order Number: [protected] - seller sent the wrong case, not compatible with my phone. im asking for a refund - ignoring me for two weeks still.

Order Number: [protected] - seller sent the wrong color. i ordered this product as a part of a set gift i'm putting together. got a white one instead of black when i need all items to be black and i SPECIFICALLY ordered black. not answering me for weeks.

iOffer non delivery of merchandise

I purchase a handbag from Ioffer on November 14, m 2016. I have contacted to person sever times about my handbag and all I get from them is be patient but yet the tracking shows that it has not even left the area it was suppose to ship from. Since then my computer has crashed and I lost all my passwords so I am not able to login into I offer. I even did the forgot password it comes up I will receive a link to change my password but that has been over 48 hours. I have sent message after message to an email my husband found on google to Ioffers headquarters. I have sent the message to get a link to reset my password so I can get into my account and request a refund and I can't even get any help from them not a response at all. So my next step was to find a phone number and it tells you is to go to the site under the FAQ. It has been suggested to me to contact my bank witch I will but I was also told to contact the BBB and attorney general.

iOffer service

I ordered a Watch from ioffer on 20th November 2017 and its 27 December 2017 as i'm writing this complaint and i still haven't received my order and it's really annoying me to wait such along time it said that the order had been shipped but it clearly is having some sort of delay or the seller is scamming me because it normally doesn't take so long i would like the seller to give me a new one or actually send me one i would check details on my ioffer account but i cannot not access my account due to forgetting my password i tried the "Forgot My Password" but i don't know the e-mail its connected to

iOffer drake shoes

I bought some retro jordans and i've been waiting for 4 days just so it can be shipped. i also bought a mac powder from a different seller and they already shipped it. i'm pretty sure it doesn't take 4 days just to ship something. And just to be clear it said it would take 1-3 business days to get delivered and that's why i bought them. i wanted them before christmas. well now i spent all my money on something i don't even have. i want my money back ASAP! so i have time to buy something else for christmas. this is sucha disgrace. very unbelievable.

iOffer belt

I haven't received my belt I order from u guys round November 16 said it was gone be here round December 22nd a fends belt I ordered with a credit card I had got a email to my gmail talking bout have u revived your stuff yet ...tried texting and didn't get a reply ...I waited 2 3 weeks latter still haven't got anything in the mail. iOffer not received size 5.5 adidas superstars in gold and black

My daughter ordered the above trainers from WANGXIANHAIYUE and paid for them on 17 Oct 2017 they were posted on 18 Oct 2017 and have never been received. My daughter can't sign in on ioffer as the password is saying it's wrong and also her email address [protected]@outlook.com she is logged out of too even after trying to reset it ! Please can you inform the seller of this and the fact the trainers have not been received. Please contact me on [protected]@gmail.com from now on instead of my daughter Rhiannon Kille. Many thanks .

iOffer louis vuitton new women's handbags bags shoulder bag+3

henannanyang1122 (24573) is the username I bought a LV Purse from. Payment was received on Nov 26th. Says item was shipped on Dec 4th and delivered on Dec 14th. I checked the mail, front and back door and I have no item. I go to track it and it says it has been delivered as well. I want to find out the carrier of the item to call them and see if they actually had a package delivered to me or not. I either want my package or money back. Please get back to me ASAP. Thank you.

iOffer gucci wallet

I am not sure if you'll be able to trace this through my purchase history. But I bought a Gucci wallet (fake but doesn't matter) that said the latest date of delivery would be yesterday the 13/12/2017. My item of purchase has not arrived and I will take legal action against the seller (not you) if I do not get a response from the seller. His username is taoyaya. The categories I've selected I'm unsure of I do apologise so I've selected retail in China as the item is coming from China. Thank you and I hope this can be resolved.

iOffer moncler down jacket

I have ordered a jacket from ioffer on september 27th and it shows on the tracking number that it has been delivered on october 17th but i have not received anything! I either want my money back or the item because this is purely unacceptable as i have paid for the item and the sender has not even got back to me about where my item is. I have messaged plenty of times but the sender has not replied and now it has been 3 months and my item is still not here! My tracking number is RM925690575CN . Please get back to me asap!

iOffer two pair true religion jeans

I ordered two pair religion jeans one pair on November 16 and the other on November 18, 2017. Tracking numbers LS185672855CN & LS189482851CN. After following for several days one item has been sitting in the same spot for fifteen days and the other has not moved for the last nine days. Can you please expedite these items to me. iOffer ugg boots

I ordered some ugg boots November 4, 2017 and it says that my order would be delivered by December 10, 2017 i have tracked it several times but cant find an exact site to track it on so i seen a site today for tracking and it says that my item is still in customs what does that mean ?! Hi I would just like to know where my order had gone ? I ordered shoe and a top 5 weeks ago today and it still hasn't came ? If you would like to get back to me asap please and thanks ! iOffer louis vuitton

I had ordered a purse from Ioffer, and I have yet to receive it. I messaged the seller many times to see if I can get a refund, or at least another one send out to me and the seller has not responded to me at all. If this is how you guys do customer service then I can go else where. I work hard for my money and for them to cheat me like that is uncalled for. I want a refund or another purse sent out to me or I'm going to see what else I need to do to things done.

iOffer declined credit cards

I made an order before and my payment went tru for 3 sellers, then when i tried to made an order again my card failed manytimes even my husband cards i use it, it keeps saying > Payment failed: Declined *Please re-enter your credit card information or try again with a different card. then i keep trying to re enter my information but it always like that, so i tried my credit card in diff. site and its all good i got no problems, my order was confirmed and the payment, i dont want the sellers to not to trust me coz i made an ordered already to them and they r waiting for my payment, i tried to msg.u guys twice in suggestion options as i dunno where to reach u as im a new customer/member here in ioffer.com, its kinda frustrating that u guys dont have a ph.no. so it'll be easy to fix the problems just like ebay, amazon etc.please help me, i dont know if u got system error or what?coz theres no problem in my credit card, i hope you can reply and help me for this issue as i dont want the sellers to think that i will not pay them as they already waited for more than 3 days now and i keep trying it too every single day manytimes. iOffer cma live greatest moments dvd set

I ordered the CMA live greatest moments DVD set for $60 from www.liverrockshows.com and when I received it it was 11 discs in sleeves loosely packed on DVD discs that have been recorded from the originals. They are clearly pirated. They didn't even bother trying to put a fake label on the DVDs. I have contacted them and have not heard back. I'm going to report them and you to the FBI for selling and producing pirated and fraudulent copies of copyrighted material.

iOffer I haven't received my item. I have messaged the seller and I haven't got a reply back

I ordered the item on the 1st of October and also paid on that day. The seller shipped the item on the 2nd and I was supposed to receive it on the 5th November at the latest. I still havent recieved my item and i have messaged the seller a number of times. Still I haven't got a response back. The seller name is jiangpingping201488 please can this be sorted out as soon as possible.

I have had multiple problems with this seller my protects were suppose to arrive oct 26 2017 it is now 11/18/17 and seller provided me with 3 different tracking number witch all of them come back as invalid the last tracking number he sent said seller marked shipped but postal service never received this parcel I have been messaging him back and forth and his response is always JUST WAIT this is the worst experience iv had with ioffer he makes me want to no longer use this site tracking number provided by seller is LS168119584CN if you check my order number it is [protected] iv asked him multiple times to issue my refund and he refuses to send my protects or issue refund

iOffer (1) nike air force 1 low af1 men sports shoes casual shoes

I bought these shoes from seller called yanding, I placed my order on October 17th, 2017 and on November 15th I received an email saying that there was an attempt of delivery but it failed. I called the post office where I live and they said that they already sent back my order because there was an incomplete address written. I am a 100% sure that I wrote my address correct. So the seller wrote my address wrong and he has not replied to me when I asked for a refund. He has not replied or been helpful at all.
