I've been calling to the number for passport, sending emails, I went yesterday 18/02/25 at the Italian consulate to ask for my passport due to I've to travel urgent on 20/02/2025, bought my flight ticket, and I was told to back today morning (19/02/2025), telling that I not live in London, NOTHING IS WORKING PROPERLY.
I'm complaining for the delay of my passport applied on 03/12/2024, non receiving any feedback regarding until weeks ago about my address issue, knowing that it couldn't be the obstacle to renew a passport, it damage to a person life.
Any reviews for the service? it seems a complicated attitude towards people willing to ask for a practical, smooth, fluent service. A review for this is minimal, the assistance is creating discomfort in asking for something important in one's life. Why don't the Italian Consulate do this right?
