I made a purchase i. August 2021 and unfortunately the clothes didn't fit and I wanted to return them. First of all that they kept offering me to keep the pieces and offered vouchers and lots of discounts for me to keep the items. I said that I wanted to get a refund since it was my right to it.
Finally I get the address to return it and I went to the post office and paid 30 euros to return. My order was around 120 euros. I sent the receipt the post office provided me with the details requested.
Ivrose cannot track the item with the tracking number the Irish post office provided.
Ok, I get it. But the address I sent to received the parcel since I sent. Couldn't they check this and process my refund? I have lost 150 euros and they keep saying the same thing over and over again.
This is unacceptable and ridiculous.

I ordered a selection of items from you on the 26th of September, I paid for express delivery and it arrived in eight days, however after the second visit and I was not in it was taken back to the depot to be sent back to the warehouse. After contacting asking for the items to be resent I was advised it was on its way back to me. After a week of still no items I was informed that the parcel had accidentally been resent to the warehouse and I've had to wait another 15 days. I then requested a refund as the items were for summer and now after a month the items would not be suitable. It has not taken 6 messages on your supposed help line to still get no cooperation. The parcel is still apparently on its way which I didn't want and it has been over 1 month! And I am still no closer to Geri g a decision on my refund. The service I have been provided with is shocking. I have asked countless times if I can call a support line and still no answer. I paid over £100 for my order and I am no way closer to getting my money back. This has caused me no end of stress and taken 6 weeks to sort out. I'm a little concerned I didn't do further research on this company before placing an order. I placed an order yesterday for over $100.00 in merchandise paying the extra shipping costs to get this expedited. But upon looking at their (processing time) in addition to shipping, I decided to submit a refund request. Their FAQ's list that if an order is cancelled before it's shipped, a refund can be processed. I'm not even sure why my credit card was already charged when the order has not even shipped yet. I requested a refund on the site and it says it takes 5-7 business days to process! That's outrageous! There is no way to get a hold of any rep on the phone! Can anyone confirm if I will actually get refunded? I may just file a claim through my bank.

This website ripped me off. I paid 38.64 bucks for a dress and when I received it, it looked nothing like the picture they display. It was ridiculous to the point where you cannot even wear it. It was a 5$ worth dress and they display it as 36$ worth. Taking advantage of people who never used the website and have no idea what is going on. Of course when I returned it I didn't receive a full refund because of certain [censored] they make up to lie to people about.
Do not sell 5$ worth clothing into 40$ and photoshop the pictures to make it believable. Its wasting our money and our time!

I have already done so and i received no help. They told me to return it and that cost me extra 22$ they said they cant do anything about it except to give me 20$ off my next order and i have no interest in ordering anything else from this website so i passed. And you should be sorry for selling rediculous clothes and photoshoping them to trick people into buying them.
