I gotta say, these guys at Jack Joyner Heating & A/C Company are always on point. They're super professionl and always make sure to give you a pleasent experience. They're also really informtive and take the time to explain everything to you. I mean, who else would I call when I need A/C help? No one! So, big thank you to them!

They put in and take care of our house's heating and A/C system every year. They always show up on time, do a great job, and are really professional. They know what they're doing and get it done right. We can always count on them to do a good job, and they charge a fair price too!

Company. They came out to fix my air conditioner and did a great job. The technician was really nice and he told me what was wrong with it. He fixed it quickly and now it's working perfectly. I'm so happy with their service. I would totally tell my friends to call them if they need help with their heating or air conditioning. Jack Joyner Heating and A/C Company is the best!

Our technition Tom has been here many times. Yesterdy was our routin maintenance, and he did his usual fine job. He was on time, polite & competent.

Installation workers were curteous and respectfull of covid protection. Work took longer then expected but was necessary due to relocation of air handler. All work was neat and clean up very good.

Jack Joyner Heating and A/C Company instaled a generator in my house in summer of 2018. From the first time I met to discuss my options to the day the job was completed the professionalism thru out the company was truly amazing. The generator has run perfect since Day 1.
I would highly recommend Jack Joyner's company to everyone. These are truly honest and hard working people.

My AC service call was handled politly and professionaly. They scheduled an appointment for the next morning. When I asked about cancelling, the receptionist put me on hold to check and luckily I got one for that afternoon. The service tech was on time, polite, and professional. He figured out the problem, had the part in his van, and gave me a quote. They did the service and my AC has been running good. It was great to have professionals take care of it quickly and to feel like I can trust this company.

My Trane unit in my new house decided to act up on a hot and sticky day. The folks at Jack Joyner were real fast in sending out a technician. Just a couple hours after I called, a friendly and polite technician showed up and fixed my problem in no time. They even took the time to teach me how to keep it from happening again. Later on, a supervisor called to make sure I had all the info I needed to keep my unit running smoothly. I'm really pleased with the top-notch customer service and solutions from the Jack Joyner crew.

In October , Jack Joyner A/C put in a fancy Trane A/C for around $10,000. But come December , the A/C stopped working. They sent someone over for a two-hour visit and charged us $260 to get it "fixed." Mind you, we've been paying for annual service contracts since we got the unit. Fast forward to December , and guess what? The A/C broke down again, same problem as before. They came out twice and charged us another $260 to fix it. The service tech had the nerve to say that the issue should've been resolved back in 2017 because it was a faulty part from the factory. Can you believe it? We splurged on a top-notch A/C, paid for service contracts, and still had to shell out $500 in repairs within three years, all because of a supposed factory defect. So, I called the service manager to complain after the December repair, and let me tell you, they treated me like dirt. They basically accused me of lying about what the tech said. Can you imagine? They gave me a measly refund of $30! Now, it's time to renew our service contract, and when I brought up the issue with the new service manager, they were even ruder. They told me to file a complaint and then proceeded to yell at me, interrupt me, and hang up on me. Can you believe the nerve? And to top it all off, they "fired" us by canceling our contract! (We were planning to cancel anyway, obviously.) By the way, the receptionist isn't very friendly or nice either. She was really curt with me when I spoke to her. They seriously need some customer relations training. I definitely wouldn't recommend them.
