Jessica London Not able cancel my order online none customer service

My name is Karen Shanklin, Platinum customer,acct end 5133, my order number is [protected], somehow my discount code did not go through after placing the order please cancel. I spoke rep two of them than i spoke to a floor person who was supposed to be able to assist me.

No matter what none of the people i spoke with where able to assist me in Canceling my order due to error. My order totalled 292.24 without the discount of 30% for 1 item purchased 40% for two. if I can not get the discount I need to cancel ASPA the floor person told that their system were down that was at 1:36 previous rep advised me that i could cancel as long as it was before 3:00 pm I am est time.

Jessica London I'm complaining about the wrong quote that was sent to me

I ordered a plad blue peacoat and y'all sent me the wrong coat I called and got a invoice #[protected] I emailed with a picture of the coat that was sent to me. I call because I haven't heard nothing back from them now I'm getting run around that was not my fault. This is the worst customer service ever yall need to do better please help me because I don't understand the ppl on the phone

When I finally opened it I did not like it so I returned it after I returned it I started receiving Paymts So I was told that We had

Sixty days to return items so I should not have been Charged in the frist Place & now I owe a Zero

Balance but it now being Charged

Two hundred & sixteen dollars for

A Poncho that I returned & I have not Used the card anymore

Jessica London I called their credit card division and the message on the phone said I had a zero balance.

I did not make a payment to Jessica London's Comenity Bank credit card, again, because I was told I had a zero balance if they had listened on the phone number they provided for customers to find out what their balances were on the recording they would hear what I heard that I hnd a zero balance and return my money.

I closed my account because Jessica London charged to send me merchandise and charged me to send the merchandise back to them.

For a ffifty-dollar item, I ended up paying for shipping for returning merchandise to them. Both charges almost equally to what I paid for the merchandise in total.

Please look into this case and refund me the money I am due.

You can look at my records before I closed the account and you will see what I have been talking about.

Jessica London Shipping

I placed an order for 2 pairs of shoes on 4/20/2023. According to the phone bot the ordered was shipped on 4/24/2023. There is no tracking number so a contacted customer service. I was informed that this was a situation where a shipping label was created and the package never left the dock and was not picked up by the carrier. She then went on to say that I had to wait until 5/15/2023 before the my Jessica London Credit card would be credited for the purchase. My question to her was why? If you know the package never left your dock why are you not processing a credit immediately? When this credit is processed I will be closing both Jessica London and Woman Within credit cards. Should I want to order anything I will use my Amex. If they had given Amex that foolish answer the purchase price would have been instantly charged back to them. No more awful experiences for me.

I recently applied for a Jessica London credit card and got one in the mail. It came with a code for $30.00 off your order of $75.00 or more if used within 30 days. I attempted to place the order on April 9th 2023. I thought that it was a good deal so I tried to place an order online. When I plugged in the code it said that it was invalid. I know I was within the 30 days of receiving my card. I called Jessica London and the salesperson told me that the code was invalid. I then asked to be transferred to her supervisor who told me that I could not use the code if the item was on backorder. I told her that I don't care when I get the merchandise but I would like the code applied to my order. I had the coupon right in front of me and it does not state anything about an item on back order. I told her that this was false advertising and she said that I could chose another color. I don't want another color. I want the color I chose.

Desired outcome: I want my $30.00 off as stated in the flyer. It can be used on my next order.

Jessica London Horrible Service

On March 16, I ordered two leather jackets, same item different colors. I received only one leather jacket and a fabric blazer that was not what I ordered. I was told to use Happy Returns and say that I was returning the item not sent, and mark that it was the wrong item. I did that. Instead of just sending out what I ordered since it was correcting their mistake and the item was already paid for, they refunded my money to a gift card. The correct item was not automatically sent out, I had to call and place a re-order. Then, they charged my credit card! I had to call again and have the gift card applied, wasn't going to pay twice! All told, I have made probably a dozen calls to straighten out this comedy of errors. I'm in the US and there was a serious language barrier with every representative I spoke to. I do not recommend doing business with this company, it has terrible policies and service. Will not ever order from them again.

Desired outcome: Just get me the item I originally ordered, which should have been sent expedited delivery at no cost to me since they sent me the wrong item in the first place.

Jessica London Buyer beware: delibrately shipping wrong items

I am disappointed with this company. I ordered several dresses last year and didn't receive the merchandise I ordered. I ordered sizes 16 W and received sizes 22W and 24W. I hate returning items, so I gave them to some ladies I knew.

This was different from the service I received years ago, but here I am!

I said I would give it another try. I ordered four skirts size 12W. I wanted them for a special occasion, so I paid for 2-day shipping. I received three skirts and a floral dress size 22.

I want to get what I have paid for, nothing more. This is not an accident. I decided to give it another try but never again. I will place this information on every shopping review I can find because I called, and they kept sending me to different departments, looping my call. They said they would send me a shipping label and refund me the money for the skirt, but it is unethical, and they are defrauding their customers. I am still out of one of the ordered items and a partial shipping fee. I know accidents happen, but this is a repeated action, and I wonder how many more people have done this.

Quality and honesty are vital attributes of any business, and you can't undo a bad repetition. I will count this as a loss, but I will give the dress to someone who maybe needed it, but I don't like to pay for deception.

I will NEVER buy from this company or any associated with it again. BUYER BEWARE!

Desired outcome: I want a refund for the skirt I didn't receive. I want a paid shipping label to return the item and a 1/4 partial refund for the shipping fee I paid for the item I didn't receive.

Jessica London Reward points

1. I experience login problems each time I attempt to gain access.

2. On the rare occasions I am able to login my reward points mysteriously change.

3. The “customer service” is inexperienced and along with my frustration is not a good mix.

4. Today, 01-07-2023 I attempted to use my “reward points.” I have no idea how to redeem them and the customer service personnel have no clue, either.

I was given five (5) phone numbers to call, all of which were dead ends. One number seemed promising and the automated system prompt gave the option to to select a number for “reward points.” I hit the number and the lady who answered had no idea what I was talking about.

Sadly, nobody within the customer service realm are trained properly and lack professionalism. It certainly is not their fault it is the fault of the company.

Desired outcome: What code do I need to use my points and resolve website issues.

Jessica London Boots

I ordered boots on 2 separate occasions. Both times the boots arrived with 2 different boots (the last one had 2 different boots, both left foot). The last one was a gift and caused me great embarrassment when my friend texted me a picture of one black and one blue boot (neither of which were the ones I ordered.). Now she has to go through the hassle of returning them. How can this happen twice?

Jessica London Shoes

I ordered two pairs of shoes from Jessica London in April. This was my first time ordering from them and applying for their credit. The shoes arrived maybe two weeks later. they did not fit right and I did not like. I mailed them back at to post office. I have my receipt and tracking number. My order was close to $100 or a little over. A few weeks later I got a $63 check in mail from Jessica London stating that it was the refund of my return which was suppose to be "credit". I did not cash the check because I knew it was wrong. I had not paid anything and it was the wrong amount. By the end of May I received a statement from them stating what was due that month. I did not pay it and call them, explaining that I had returned the shoes and I should owe nothing. I told them about the check and they told me they had received the shoes back. I continue to get a statement monthly from them as of today along with 3-5 phones call a day from the bank they apparently deal with. Each month the bill increases with late charges and finance charges! I have explained the situation over and over to them upon deaf ears with the bank. for the last few calls the bank has started to ask when I answer "are you represented by an attorney?" I feel now that I am being harassed. The last guy told me that Jessica London has their money and they need their money from me. I explain to him that I do do have money to send to them for products I do not have! They need to get their money back from Jessica London. I did post office tracking and the package was delivered! and I was told by J.L. that the package was received!

Desired outcome: I want this resolved immediately before I take action against this company!

Jessica London Clothing that I purchase

I'm sorry I do not remember the exact date and time but it was at the last moment that I could return some clothing a few outfits that I have purchased I paid a lot of money for I spoke to a young man he said I caught it in time to get my returns in he said he put it through for me and I waited and waited and waited and I never received the return slips to send all the outfits back that I want it in a smaller size I tried on 2 to 3 different occasions talking to different people at different times about the same situation I was told that it was too late to get the return slip so I can send the outfits back to get a smaller size and I told them the young man I spoke to told me I got it in time to get a return slip so I can get smaller size but they all said it was too late so I have clothes in my closet that I cannot even fit because they're too big I spent a lot of money on these clothing I was blessed with some money because my mother passed away and I bought me some clothing now I don't have any clothing to wear because they're too big and I was told I cannot send them back I don't have no return slip to send them back so it was wasted money if I can't wear the clothing I would like my money back now if they would have sent me Us return slip back then I would have just returned them to get a small size but now I want my money back it will be greatly appreciated thank you God bless

Jessica London Customer service Billing Department

Hello this early October I received an email that there was a return on my Jessica London bill October 18th and I was wanting to know the balance I also received the bill. I called the number for billing ,half an hour later not getting anyone I hung up ,to not receive any help.Hitting category numbers which don't resolve this problem so frustrating . I ran into this problem before why is it so difficult to get a set up were they can call you back or email you or chat I haven't seen it and if I missed it then I apologize because of the limited internet access I have that is why I would like to talk to a supervisor. Thank you.

Desired outcome: Just future customer service that is a live representative that isn't limited access in billing if needed or options to call or email you back.

Jessica London Order Credit

made purchase, returned purchase, got exchange still didn't fit, returned order, waiting to receive total credit back to card, waiting over two months for return back to card to make new purchases. In the meantime requesting I pay for an order I already returned! Please assist, the reps keep hanging up on me...By the way I have prove from post office for my returns!

Desired outcome: For the credit to return to my Jessica London credit card so I can start making purchases again!

Jessica London Jessica London return policy

I returned a shirt that was made wrong size, (I bought the correct size) and they stole my money. They gave me a gift card for 25% of the purchase price and kept the rest. Unbelievable! I can’t even use the gift card because it’s for so little and who would want to give them more money to steal!

Jessica London Unauthorized charges

My first online order with Jessica London is also my last (May 2022). Somewhere in the first order is the caveat that you are signing up for a monthly members club charge which awards free shipping. I definitely didn’t get free shipping, and didn’t want a membership. Do not order from them or their affiliates!

Jessica London Product and customer service

November 2021 — I specifically called the number on the catalog and asked questions about the TWO leather coats that I was interested in ordering. At NO point did she say; "if it doesn't match you can return it within 60 days!" I ordered over $600 worth of merchandise in late November 2021; the merchandise arrived in late December.

when items arrived, my entire family was struck with the Corona Virus within weeks of one another, domino effect. (this was our 2nd bout) We, my husband and myself have demanding jobs and absolutely have to meet with clients in person, he is an attorney and I am a realtor and own a property management company. Once we overcame the virus, my Dad had a stroke, then required eye surgery

Things settled down, tried on items. "gold" (is actually mustard) coat did not match the boots at all and it fit very loose in shoulders. Then mailed the items back explaining that they did not match and useless to me. notated my phone number with return if any questions. Rec items back. Called Heimrick back today only to be treated horribly by Maney who stated hes sorry that I cannot COMPREHEND!

I ordered over $600 worth of merchandise and attempted to return one coat and a pair of boots!

This companies Resolutions Department is ludicrous! Maney said to me today that he is the last stop and refused to provide me with his supervisor's name. He also stated that he's sorry that I could not comprehend what he was saying! NO REFUND AND NO RETURN! Never again will I shop with JESSICA LONDON!

Jessica London Item not received

I placed order #[protected] on February 3, 2022. When I received the order, item #[protected] was not included. Instead, I received a purple polka dot bra, Size 44B, which I didn't order. I contacted the company and received no help. They insist that I return the bra and they would do an exchange. I filed a complaint with BBB February 27, 2022. I received a voicemail from Jessica London on March 3, 2022, stating to return the bra with free shipping and they will credit my account. I can then reorder the Tunic at a higher price than originally paid. Their exchange policy states:

"Free exchanges within 60 days of purchase, excluding final sale items.

Our goal is your complete satisfaction! If we have not delighted you, unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise may be exchanged or returned within 60 days of ship date.

We are happy to process an exchange at no additional shipping expense for a new size, color, or different item. If you prefer to return, you will receive a refund of the purchase price (less shipping and prepaid return label charges).

This is not an exchange. This is an item not received. Jessica London needs to send the item that was ordered and already paid for. I will not pay a higher price based on a return and reorder special.

Desired outcome: Please send Aqua Tunic as order and paid for. Item was never received, and I should not have to reorder the item and pay at a higher price.

Jessica London Complaining about an order I did not receive

This is Michele Finch I ordered a leather jacket in September and I did not receive the jacket and I did not get a tracking number for the order. I filled out the letter about not receiving my jacket. I have not heard from them and it's been about a month. I ordered a skirt for Jessica London in June olive green I received that skirt and now they are sending me another olive green skirt saying that I have to take the skirt charge it to my credit card I told them I already have an olive green skirt from them but they said I had to take it anyway. I don’t want the skirt I just want my full refund from June to December
