Received my order confirmation BUT NOT the most important part which is the e-ticket/itinerary number.
Their email states that: "You will receive your itinerary/electronic ticket(s) in a separate email", I have been continuously checking my email, spam, and every folder imaginable for days (every other hour) and there's nothing.
I've gone on their website and filled out a request form for an E-ticket and received a confirmation that they received the REQUEST BUT still no e-ticket number has been sent to me.
I have called the airline ASIANA and they do not see me anywhere in their system. They said my name has definitely not been added to the rooster.
This is an incredibly important flight, it's not a "vacation flight". It's a flight that would carry a SIGNIFICANT impact on my actual life...
I KINDLY ask that your company PLEASE send me my e-ticket confirmation, or at least let me know what's happening so I'd at least have a chance of getting to my destination on the right day.
Desired outcome: My ITINERARY/E-TICKET number!
