not worth it
My boyfriend purchased a ring back in December 2015, and paid extra money for express shipping. The ring was never delivered. I contacted Jeulia customer service three weeks ago to see where the ring was since we never received a confirmation email and a tracking number. After I contacted customer support they finally sent a tracking number. Tracking system said that our order was still „processing”. I called them again and the lady on the phone told that they would give us a refund. Since we didn't get the money I called back yesterday and was told to call back in a week. Horrible service! I spent hours on the phone and their rep kept putting the phone down not wanting to hear anything. I doubt that we'll ever get our money back.

Purchased three items the first week of December and still haven't received anything. I also paid extra for expedited shipping. I keep trying to call the number given on their website but all I get is a recording stating the service dept is closed. I also sent numerous messages to their customer service and receive nothing but a computer generated response saying my order is processing. Few weeks ago I got an email saying that my order had shipped. I doubt that I will ever receive something. Basically I lost $200. I paid via PayPal and I hope they will be able to help me. Don't order anything from Jeulia.

This company is a complete fraud! They do not respond to your emails and their customer service is absolutely ridiculous! I ordered a ring, but the size was wrong, so I contacted them to exchange my ring for a smaller size. The one I received was too big and it didn't fit me at all! They tried to charge some shipping fee for the exchange! I'm sending out my ring tomorrow but who knows when I will get it back! I ordered it on November 10, but received it only in January. Just don't purchase anything from this disgusting website. Jewelry is not bad, but customer service is a real nightmare. They don't even speak English so it makes it even more difficult to speak with them.

I keep trying to call the number given on their website but all I get is a recording saying they'll call me back later. Also sent multiple messages to their customer service email and get only an automated response stating my order is processing. A week ago I received an email saying my order had shipped out. It was a terrible idea ordering something from this website! Hopefully PayPal will be able to help me and get my $150 back. Don't buy from this scam site!

On October 15, 2015 I ordered few things from Jeulia. I also paid for expedited shipping. Two months passed and I'm still waiting for my order. I have tried to contact Support team via email several times, but they do not respond to my emails. I also called many times, but no one picked up the phone. Finally, I contacted their agent through chat, but it did not help a lot. I only became even more confused about the whole situation. Well, I must say their support team is very unprofessional. They could not understand the reason of my complaint and they gave me no answers to my questions. I don't know if I'll ever receive my items. I definitely will not be doing business with this company again!
worst customer service experience ever!
I ordered a ring for my wife and it took ages for it to arrive. Actually it took them three months to deliver it, but the promised shipping time was only two weeks! I was happy to receive it, and would not write anything bad about Jeulia, but they sent me the wrong size. I waited three months for that ring to arrive, but they screwed it up again! I wanted to exchange the ring, but they don’t say anything useful. They promised to send me the instructions for exchange, and also asked me to send pictures to prove that ring does not fit. After I did that, they never replied back. Worst customer service experience ever!
I want my money back
I purchased a bracelet as a gift for my girlfriend and the paid with paypal. I did not receive no confirmation and no tracking number, but they charged my credit card. Two weeks later i sent them a message asking about the status of my order. They apologized for not replying earlier and finally sent my tracking number. When my order was finally delivered i decided to send it back, because the bracelet looked nothing like the picture on their website. I ordered a silver bracelet, but the one i received looked very cheap. I sent another email asking about returning. They didn’t say anything about returning, only offered to exchange it. I told them that i don’t need another one, i just want to return the bracelet and get my money back. Few days later i received an email from them. They asked which bracelet i would like to get as an exchange. But still there was no information about how to return the item. I hope i’ll get my money soon, otherwise i’m going to ask paypal to deal with it.
Please don't buy from this company. They are very clearly a scam. Please do as much research as possible before buying anything. I was looking at bags and they are selling a Louis Vuitton handbag or at least pretending to and saying it's 98.00 and calling it a Jeulia bag. That's extremely scammy and misleading also real LV bags are not 98 dollars.
I'm having a right hard time with this company! I ordered a bridal set of rings back in Feb for my birthday and within a few weeks they had lost their colour and tarnished considerably. Emailed jeulia and we agreed to a replacement set but I had to send my original back at the cost of £15 anyway my new set that I received in May has gone exactly the same way as my first. They won't refund me and keep asking me to exchange to another style. So after lots of messages back and forth they offered me to choose something up to £160 I agreed to choose a different style. They are now requesting that I return my old ones at another cost of £15! My original order was only £141 so with 2 lots of postage I'm paying over what that are offering me. Are these people for real.? There has to be a way of getting your money back from these con artists! Has anyone had a successful outcome?

I received authorisation for a refund! I sent the ring back and they will not give me My refund, only a store credit. Like hell I will EVER buy or want anything from them again! Now they have my ring AND my money! I want a refund like their policy indicates!
Had a return for store credit and I asked for my funds to be returned to my paypal. I was told yes and it would be 30 days at the most. Almost 90 days later I'm still arguing with them about possessing money that they legally have no claim to and I'm paying interest on the item that I don't even own... BUYER BEWARE... the quality is horrible and the customer service will cause severe anxiety with thoughts of irrational behavior like flying to China and sticking their cheap jewelry where the sun don't shine!

Me too.. I recieved my ring today and its 3 bands an 2 are correct size an one is not. They will not even give me a return address until I pay for shipping. For a new ring ..which its there fault this is crazy
