kyle hinchcliff receiving team lead
I am so glad my coworkers told me about this website. Kyle Hinchcliff puts the fun in disfunctional. Jordan's Furniture feels that safety is very important, almost over the top. It's amazing how Kyle will hurry us Along all day putting away and off loading. He is always telling us what safety issues we are not doing right. Today Kyle tells Tony Costa to go outside and unchaulk a trailer. Tony removed the wrong chaulk from a trailer that had people in it working. Because that was a big safety issue Tony got sent home. But Kyle did not. Tony would never have removed that chaulk if Kyle had not sent him out there to do it. Kyle should have been sent home to for instructing tony to be unsafe. Jeff the supervisor brings this up in his safety meetings. I guess safety doesn't pertain to Kyle. Kyle is the worst lead anyone could work for. He once made up a story about Mason Roy, Kyle told his manager that mason got upset about a task he was given and took his two wheeler and pushed it hard into a metal cart because mason was upset. Kyle made the whole incident up. Once the manager reviewed it on camera it was proven that mason did nothing wrong and that Kyle lied about the incident. If this is the person Jordan's furniture thinks should be leading their receiving department they should have their heads examined. Kyle is not fit to be a lead in Willy wonkas chocolate factory. Kyle is a proven liar because of what he did to mason. Kyle does documention on us, I wonder how much of it is made up. If they fire tony they should fire Kyle. Great job Jordan's furniture on placing a bitter, angry man who probably has absolutely no control over his life except for being a dirtbag team lead at Jordan's furniture.
What an interesting day. Jordan's has very strict safety rules. Today Kyle Hinchcliffe the receiving department team lead told Tony Costa to go outside a remove a wheel Chaulk from a trailer. Tony removed the wrong Chaulk from the wrong trailer that people were still working in. This is against the safety rules. Tony got sent home. Tony said he was told he was being sent home because Jordan's takes safety very seriously. The only reason tony made that mistake is because Kyle told tony to go outside and do so. Kyle didn't get sent home. Kyle should have been sent home to because if he did not tell tony to pull the chaulk it never would have been removed. Jeff the supervisor goes over these safety rules in his meetings. I guess safety doesn't apply to team leads. Kyle is a proven liar. He once made an accusation against mason Roy. He told the manager that mason didn't like a task he was given and took a two wheeler and pushed really hard into a cart because he was upset. When the manager reviews the cameras he saw that mason did nothing wrong and that Kyle was lieing. If Kyle lies about something like that what else does he lie about. Kyle does documentation on us. Who knows if he lies about that to. This is the crap we have to put up with everyday. If tony gets fired Kyle should get fired to since he is the one that told tiny to be unsafe. But that's how Jordan's receiving team leads are merchandise handlers have to follow the rules but the team leads don't. Kyle is an angry bitter man who is miserable everyday unless the supervisor is around. Kyle couldn't be a lead for the munchkins in the wizard of oz. if this is the kind of person Jordan's thinks should be leading people they should have their heads examined. What ever happens to tony Kyle should have the same medicine since it is his fault that tony did what he did. I'm sure nothing will happen to Kyle his nose is all brown.

SCAMMERS ONLY LOOKING TO MAKE COMMISSION. I am having the worst experience with Jordans. I will never buy from the again and will be sure to tell everyone I know never to buy from them. I spent $3500 on a couch less than a year ago. I was "sold" the sunbrella fabric and the down inserts. The sales person went on and on about how great it would be if you...

More magic tricks by corrupt management. If you ask a question about certain policies. You are told that each department has its own policies. Now receiving isn't following Jordans policy. According to the Jordans employee handbook family members are not allowed to work for the same supervisor. But Brian Faucher just makes policies up as he sees fit. He...

we purchased a love seat and couch back in 2017 after another couch and love seat fell apart that we also purchased from Jordans. The was the couch is wearing out so fast is absolutely ridiculous! It is sagging and I pointed that out when the 3rd repair man came out ! Now this couch (which reclines) has completely damaged my hard wood floor under it. The...

I'm complaining against Jordan's because we bought a Tempur Pedic Mattress and we couldn't set it up when it was delivered because the headboard couldn't go upstairs. So we had to remove some of the headboard to bring it up. When it time to put the mattress it couldn't fit because my mom did not know the bed was a queen size and not a queen. So customer service on the phone and the specialist told us we couldn't exchange because it has been 21 days. Based on the Sweet Dreams policy I should be accommodated. It is not fair they are not willing to exchange a 4000 mattress and rep wants us to buy a new bed. Especially when the policy states otherwise.
Good afternoon Thea,
Thank you for letting us know of your situation, though we certainly wish it were under different circumstances. We do have our Sweet Dreams policy, which actually does indicate that Jordan's exchange policy does not apply to foundations or reselections for mattress size or height issues. This includes switching from king to queen or vice-versa. I apologize for any misunderstanding.
All of that being said, we'd like the opportunity to speak with you to see how we might be able to help further. Please contact our quality response team at [protected] ext. 4089 at your earliest convenience and we'll be happy to assist.

This company is such a joke. They are trying so hard to prove that they are not a racist company. They are now hiring cape verdians some can't even read or write English. We have to do safety tests on the company computer and those that can't read or write English are allowed to have another employee take their tests for them. Now some of these employees are trying to play the race card against other employees. One employee made a statement that the cape verdes put furniture away fast. One the the cape verdes turned that statement around. He stated that the Caucasian employee stated that Jordans needs to hire more white employees. Another incident some of the cape verdes were in one brake room talking very loud and listening to music really loud. An employee from the adjacent break room got up and closed the door between the break rooms. The cape verdes in the other break room said that was racist to close the door. If any English speaking employee is negative or complaining the will be pulled into the managers office and he will threaten to fire them. If you are cape verdian and complain and talk negatively in creoles. That's ok because non of the managers, supervisors, or team leads speak or understand creole. Now you tell me where the racism is. It's a double standard by a corrupt management team. There is a merchandise handler his name is Carlos Fernandes, his wife works for a state agency that gives work permits to immigrants. Some how she has them fast tracked. Oh and if you say anything about Carlos doing something wrong or getting more over time than everyone else. You will get called to the managers office and he will tell you that he can train anyone to do your job. Just more bullying and intimidation. ICE definitely needs to raid this company. leather couch
DO NOT BUY from JORDAN'S, they DO NOT stand behind their products! DO NOT BUY their SUPPLEMENTAL INSURANCE, they give you the run around and don't cover defects! My wife and I purchase a substantial leather couch from Jordan's along with the the recommended supplemental insurance. After a bit of time we noticed two tears in the leather, the tears both occurred where the leather had some dark black areas. On closer inspection, the leather was thin in that area and clearly looked like a defect. We contacted the supplemental insurance company that we purchased through Jordan's. They would not send a technician to inspect. They only accepted pictures, once they received the pictures they told us it was normal wear and tear and was not covered. We've owned leather couches, love seats, and recliners for over 35 years, NEVER EVER have we seen a tear in leather after only one to two years of service. In fact, we currently have other leather furniture that we have owned for over 20 years with no tearing! Once the supplemental insurance company said 'NOT COVERED", we contacted Jordan's furniture customer service. They agreed to send a technician out a week or two later after our call. One week before the technician was due to inspect, Jordan's customer service called us and canceled the technician visit, informing us that the insurance company had already made a decision. Jordan's then suggested we contact a leather repair company! Not one damn person from Jordan's has ever inspected the defect/tears. DO NOT BUY FROM JORDAN's! IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM, THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS & THE SUPPLEMENTAL INSURANCE COMPANY DOES NOT INSURE THE PRODUCTS!

sectional sofa
The quality of the furniture is extremely poor. I bought one sectional that I returned because the fabric was worn, puckered and pilled after only a few weeks, the cushions started to break down almost immediately. I had to pick up part of the cost of that return. I got a new set and it's just as bad. The protection plan doesn't cover it and they won't send anyone to look. I was told that I might be misusing it! We don't have kids at home, we have a tiny dog, we sit on it and watch tv a few hours at night. I have seen furniture sitting on the curb that looks better than mine. Plus, my husband is constantly reminding me that I purchased a $4, 000 piece of junk. I do hate when he has one up on me.
klaussner sofa and chair grey/w/ pewter nailhead
Beautiful when I first purchased it 22 months ago. However, cushions started to become mis-shappened way too soon. also, had the furniture cleaned by a professional company which ruined parts of the furniture. (back of sofa/chair are all puckery) Personally, I believe it is due to poor construction and not the cleaners, but now i fighting w/ both Jordans Furniture (i have a 5 year warrenty) and the cleaners, who both think the other is responsible. Any one have good luck with small claims. I will not buy this brand again.
Purchased a Klausner sofa in 2016 and a couple years later a couple of the stay wires that support the springs broke and that side was now sagging. Went looking for a new sofa on 7/3/22 and Jordans still had that sofa on display. Looked at the warranty and there was a limited lifetime on the spring system which ended up to be 7 years. Jordans refused to honor fixing stay wire and insisted it was caused by unusual force or impact. Of course you did Jordans, why would you just take care of an issue for a customer. Great company you have Elliot. Don't worry, I found the stay wire online for 12 bucks. I'll take care of it myself.
sectional
I purchased a sectional from Jordan's Furniture in October of 2016. Ten months later, it was such an uncomfortable eyesore that I ended up putting it out on the curb for trash pickup this week. The cushions started to lose shape after just a month or two, and the fabric started pilling about the same time. When I contacted Jordan's Furniture about my dissatisfaction with the quality of their furniture, they emailed me a brochure on how to care for your furniture. It was so insulting. I was a customer since the 1990's, and I've watched the quality of their products decline rapidly over the past 10 years or so. Needless to say I'll be shopping elsewhere.
mattress/box spring purchase
Purchased a new bed/box spring and took delivery a week later. One of the guys making the delivery had been sprayed by a cat the night before and he REEKED - it was all over his shoes which apparently he neglected to either wash or change and which he tracked into my house, upstairs and into my bedroom. I have two INDOOR cats of my own and they were going ballistic over the smell for about two days which is how long it took for the smell to dissolve. The box spring that came with my bed, which I purchased for $2000 was too high but I had been told that I had x # of days to make a change. I called on Monday and was told that should I decide to swap out the box spring my option to swap out the bed would be void because you cannot swap both unless at the same time. I was advised to hold onto the box spring for a few more weeks to make sure I really liked the bed because again, if I made a swap of the box spring I was stuck with the mattress. I had no intention of keeping the box spring any longer than necessary because as it was I needed to use a foot stool to get into bed and I have back issues. The sleep technician was adamant that he had advised me to measure my box spring when I got home and call it in to determine if the 9" one that was scheduled to be delivered was the right height. I never called so they assumed apparently that I was ok to receive the 9" box spring. I never called because he made no such statement and when I said so, he tells me "he's been doing this a long time and I must have heard wrong. " Whatever. I call today, arrange for the new box spring to be delivered and guess what? There's another delivery charge. Talk about nickel and diming . Let's hope I end up liking the mattress because I'm straight out of luck otherwise having already swapped out my box spring. My dad was in the furniture business for 50+ years and I am sure he is rolling over in his grave because I chose to do business with a company he never liked or trusted. Lesson learned Dad.
sell garbage
Once these guys have your money they will forget you exist.
I bought a power bed and high end mattress for my parents in March. The base unit that was delivered stopped working after a couple of days. I bought the split queen which is 2 power bases. One base would raise when activated and the other would not.
Jordan's does not service (or stand behind) the product so I had deal with the manufacturer to get a replacement bases sent in a week later. These worked much better but still occasionally acted up. Unfortunately this has gotten worse over the last six month. It is at the point to where these are absolutely unusable. I called Jordan's, explained the repeated issues and asked them to take the base back. They basic told me that I was S-O-L and that I would need to deal with the manufacturer.
So I contacted the manufacture and waited on the phone for 45 minutes before giving up. I'll try them again soon and update my review of this garbage product. Shame on Jordan's for putting their name on Garbage and then having the stones not stand behind it. I spend $6000 only to be treated like garbage once they had my money.

Dining room table
On 05/13/2012, I ordered a Spiga 7-piece dining set as part of an $8, 300. Jordan's Furniture purchase for our new home. The furniture was delivered and everything was assembled by the Jordan's delivery people. Our dining room set remained, unused, in our dining room until our first family holiday gathering Thanksgiving week of 2015. As we were setting the dining room table, we noticed a considerable bowing in the middle of it. We thought maybe the extension leaf was not locked in properly so we looked at the underside of the table. We discovered a white tab with two screws in it was wedged in the in the runners on one side of the table. We also discovered that the wooden runners were not against the underside of the table for support, essentially, the runners were broken - hence, the bowing. We had nothing to do with the setup and assembly of the dining table. We now have an unstable, unusable dining room table. I called Jordan's and sent an email to "customer service" through the Jordan's Furniture website on 11/28/15. Attached to that email were photos of the underside of the table showing the white plastic piece and the runners. I received a call from Jordan's on 11/30/15 stating that the photos were reviewed and it was determined that the runners were "broken". I have been on the phone and emailing Jordan's "customer service" since Thanksgiving, when we first noticed the issue. The fact that the bowing of the table stemmed from the improper assembly of the table (by not removing the plastic piece resulting in excessive and constant pressure against the runners, breaking them) was of no concern to the customer service representatives. What "customer service" focused on was that the table had a one year manufacturer's warranty that had expired. I was told that, as a courtesy, the runners in question would be ordered from the manufacturer (11/30/15). I heard nothing from Jordan's as a follow-up over the past 2 weeks, so I called them today (12/12/15). I was informed that the manufacturer no longer made this particular dining room table and the runners were no longer available. The best Jordan's was willing to do was to issue a $200 store credit to my account. "Customer service" used every excuse to avoid fixing or replacing this table. I found the exact dining table in a few other Jordan's stores and asked "customer service" if I could just exchange the table. After all, it was the improper assembly of the table by Jordan's employees that caused the breaking of the runners resulting in the bowing of the table. I was told that an exchange could not be done because the coloring of the table would not match the chairs that I originally purchased with the dining set. I asked if the runners could be taken from one of the tables available at the other stores. I was told by "customer service" that the tables were not made the same. "Customer service" offered to send a tech out to my home to assess what could be done to repair the table. The available dates were either Christmas Eve Day or New Year's Eve Day. Like the holidays are not stressful enough without a company playing games and making half-hearted attempts to placate a customer who has a legitimate problem caused by the company. In dealing with Jordan's customer service, it was apparent that the only party they were interested in satisfying was themselves. I spoke with a Kathy, Toni, Andrea, and a few others during the course of trying to get some customer satisfaction. All we want is a stable, usable dining table. I spoke directly with salespeople at area Jordan's Furniture stores and they told me the color match was not an issue and that the making of that table had not changed since they had been working at those stores, which was more than 5 years each. The bottom line is that Jordan's Furniture did not stand behind the quality and assembly of this dining table. They did not take responsibility for the improper assembly of this dining table by their employees. They refused to replace the dining table even though area stores had available stock to make this situation right, very simply. This has been a very frustrating and unpleasant experience. I would actually consider going to Bernie & Phyl's instead of Jordan's Furniture in the future because of the awful "customer service". That is something I never thought I would consider.
management
Scott Ambrault the receiving department manager used the "n" word to an employee. There was an investigation done by the COO Peter Bolton and human resource manager Maureen Murphy. They found tha because it was not a dirogitory he could keep his job. This is a company that supposedly has a zero tolerance policy against such comments. One of the receiving team leads Kyle Hinchliff stated that the need to get rid of old management and bring on new. This is unacceptable Scott Ambroult should have been fired. Just another discriminatory company.

I bought a sunbrella set from jordens in Nashua a year ago along with many other pieces of furniture and after less then one year the chair I bought looks like it came from a second hand store. I bought my entire bedroom set from Jordans with full warranty on the Dresser and a few other items. I was told that my warranty covers me against all accidental damage to the product. I had a small cut on the top and I called Jordans. They schedule a warranty service with a third party company who came in and made a mess of my furniture. I called back again, and they came in again to try to fix it .. and instead ended up leaving me with a bigger patch with rough surface and different shade of color on 3 spots on my furniture. I called Jordan back again and they asked me to call the Warranty Company to explain this. When I called the Warranty company, they said that if I am unhappy with the service I should call Jordan's back.
I called Jordan back again they said that their is nothing they can do.
JORDANS : IF YOU THINK I AM LYING, LOOK UP MY RECORD UNDER MY CUSTOMER NUMBER KHOKM300 : OH AND FEEL FREE TO CALL ME ANY TIME ! YOU HAVE MY NUMBERS.
Simply put, Jordans warranty service SUCKS. I will NEVER give them any business again. I have had better warranty service with other smaller companies who stand behind their service.
Please see the attached image that explains you what I am saying. This patch is on top of my dresser and I look at it every day.
GOOD BYE JORDANS !

3 month old sectional sagging and losing shape
I went shopping at Jordans for a sectional back in October. I picked out my style and fabric options and was told it would be up to 6 weeks for the manufacturer in California to make the couch. 10 weeks went by and it was almost Christmas. I was going to have a house full of people and still no couch. I called and was told that some of the pieces for the couch were on backorder from CHINA, which should have been my first clue. They asked if I would pick another fabric selection that they had available on the floor. So I settled, because I really needed a couch, on the blue/gray microfiber option they had available and it was delivery to me mid December.
After 1 month, the couch began to rip at the seams on the seat cushions. Called Jordans and told them I believed I had a defective product. They told me it was fixable, sent a tech out, and he "fixed" it. No more rips at least. Some more time has passed and here we are in March. The couch looks aweful. It's sagging in some places and the tufts in the seat cushions where the seams meet are no longer indented like they should be. They are flat and looks just plain aweful. Others who see the couch always ask "Didn't you just buy this couch? What's wrong with it?" POOR QUALITY is what's wrong with it.
I called Jordans yet again, I sent them photos of what I was trying to show and here is what I was told: "That is NORMAL wear and tear and not covered under the manufacturer's warranty." "WHAT?! After THREE MONTHS it's normal for a brand new sectional to look the way mine does?" was my first question. To which I was rudely asked "Well how often do you use it?" I don't know about about anyone else out there, but as a family we use our couch everyday. After the hustle and bustle of working life, we plop ourselves down on the couch to watch some TV every night. I'm pretty sure that's normal right? I didn't know I was suppossed to alternate between the couch and floor every night to make the couch last!
So $1800 for nothing is what I'm coming up with. WHAT A BAD WAY TO DO BUSINESS!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
same here. bought a sectional for about $2K from them that was delivered on 2/7/12. by 5/11/12, five of the six seat cushions have lost any firmness to the point where no one wants to sit on the couch. no one in the house weighs more than 175.
basically going to call an upholsterer and have the cushions replaced.
will NEVER buy from or reccomend Jordan's again. waste of time and money. instead of movie theaters and trapeze amusements, they might want to focus more on product quality.
mattress issue
Worst customer service ever! We purchased a "Jordan's Brand" mattress in 2008at their Avon MA location in the Sleep Lab and we had nothing but issues with it to begin with maybe we should have not bought "Jordan's" brand but we figured since it was theirs any issues would be dealt with locally - how wrong were we! -
First, 2 months into the owning it the box spring was defective they replaced it only after 3 times coming out to recheck it then wait 10 weeks for the delivery then they came out 2 weeks ago (I left work to meet the rep so more personal time wasted for Jordan’s) and then they called and told me they would replace the COMPLETE set as the box springs were yet again defective causing the "above normal" sag depth - I was advised to use mild soap and water to clean the dust stain (which the rep even stated was due to the mattress pad removal was due to when we flipped and rotated it, we knew it was always to be covered as we were told stains will VOID the warranty) so I did clean the only area I was advised to - they told me since they no longer make or carry that set anymore that I had to come in to the store and pick out another set and anything over the cost I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE - how annoying considering it was their brand and all, so we went to Avon location spent half hour looking around then a lady came to assist us, then I had to pay the difference as well as the difference in the sales tax ! Well 7am 5/14/2011 the delivery drivers show up and bring all the wrapped stuff in through the front door and upstairs and then call their reps at [protected]. Time goes by as they we waiting for ANYONE to answer the phones, it is NOW 8:03am and at this point spoke with a rude female rep named Chris (customer service is NOT her calling) and told her there was another stain on the right side which was NEVER even mentioned to me ! They brought the new set in - hello..Wouldn’t you take the existing bedding out first ? they woke up being so loud my 3 kids and disrupted the entire morning so for what NOTHING they would not even take it they called their rep Chris who was soooo rude so was telling me that it was to be professionally cleaned and that I was told that, well guess what I wasn't! I was not told to have the mattress professionally cleaned and honestly why would I, it was being replaced AFTER your technicians said so?!?!?!?!? After being blindsided by the rudeness of Chris, I demanded to speak with a Supervisor she then so nicely disconnected me, then I receive a return phone call at 8:08am from Jay Renezello on my cell phone at the "Call Center Supervisor in Bedding" said there was nothing he could do that they would lose the cost of the reimbursement from the company if it was to have any stains on it - DO YOU THINK THAT TO SAVE A CUSTOMER YOU WOULD TAKE THE $626.36 LOSS AND ACCOMIDATE THE CUSTOMER SINCE I MISSED WORK TO MEET THE REP THEN SPEND GAS TO DRIVE TO AVON MASS AND WASTE MORE TIME TO PICK OUT A NEW MATTRESS, THEN PAY THE DIFFERENCE IN TAX AND COST OF THE BED SET? AND TO DISRUPT THE ENTIRE MORNING BASED ON A ISSUE THAT WAS NOT EVEN ANYTHING I SIGNED TO HAVE A PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED MATTRESS?
Jay Renzello at [protected] extension 4639 did ABSOLUTELY nothing to even warrant us to ever shop at Jordan's EVER AGAIN and did not give us closure on the mattress! I guess the terrible service issue we had with our boys bunk bed issue (being replaced not once but 3 times due to faulty and safety issues with the wood and ladder) we had in 2009 was a sign of how poorly things were running at this now disappointing business!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I've experienced the exact same thing. No recourse.
Sadly, consumers have few rights with the exception of the right to be the third party as the buyer between the second party as the seller, in this case Jordan's furniture store, and the first party "manufacturer" of the products sold by Jordan's - which incidentally is "their name on the mattress". Jordan's furniture does NOT stand by the products sold by them (whether they are the manufacturers or not). They DO fall back on the "manufacturer's guarantee" which is backed by THE MANUFACTURER'S INSPECTION MARSHAL" that comes to one's home for the inspection of a consumer's complaint. Seems reasonable? Until the inspection marshal findings are not available for the consumer to access until after the report has been delivered to Jordan's furniture. Consumer rights?
In our attempt to exchange a year-old mattress and secure one that wasn't sagging beyond our comfort, we contacted Jordan's and complied with the protocal of an in-home inspection completed by their "mattress marshal" supplied by the manufacturer. And so the circle begins!
Our request for a copy of the inspection report completed by the inspector was denied by the inspector. We then asked to read the inspection report and was also denied. Weeks afterwards, we received a form letter from the customer relations department (no name assigned) that their review of the bedding inspection determined that the wear is from normal use and that the mattress is designed to conform to the body's individual contours. Thus, we followed up with "custoner relations" and indicated that the sagging has occured along all edges of the mattress and the hump in the middle of the bed makes it difficult to sleep anywhere but at either edge of the bed. We were told that the bed is not defective per the guidlelines of the manufacturer's warranty of one and a half inch of sagging and that the report indicates one half an inch of sagging. Of course, that is the inspector's results which we could not address because he "could not" share the results of his inspection. And the hump in the middle of the bed was noted by customer relations that all king beds have what is called a king hump caused by the natural body impressions of the occupants sleeping habits. So, the customer relation's expert knows more and better than we do based on the manufacturer's warranty. They who are not sleeping in our sagging bed with a hump in the middle that will not conform to natural body impressions of the occupants who like to sleep together in an undivided bed. The fact remains that we have had other mattresses which did not have a "king hump" in the middle nor have the king beds of relatives and friends alike.
So what is the recourse? We can wait another year or so for another inch or so to sag AND be given the same story that it's all about the normal wear and tear of the product. Or we can dispose of the mattress and buy a new one for another $1700 elsewhere. Jordan's loses a customer, and from the thread of many customer reviews, Joedan gets new customers all the time. The consumer dance continues and they know it and take full advntage of it.
CONSUMERS BEWARE! JORDAN'S FURNITURE IS NOT A REPUTABLE PLACE TO SPEND TIME OR MONEY. THEY DO NOT STAND BY THE PRODUCTS THEY SELL AND SHIFT THE ISSUE TO A WARRANTY THAT CLOSES OUT THE CONSUMER'S INTENTION TO PURCHASE NON-DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE. JORDAN'S DOSEN'T GIVE AN INCH!
ON TELEVISON, EH? JORDAN'S POCKETS ARE FULL! AND MR. JORDAN SO ARE YOU!
does not honor promotions
In January we decided to buy a new living room set, we went with Jordans Furniture due to their reputation and quality of furniture. At the time they were running the triple play promotion where if you bought a sofa, and end tables, and 3-D tv you recieved a discounted blue ray player, 3-D glasses and Shrek box set. Well we purchased everything to make us eligible and even upgraded the tv, sofa and end tables, spending 5, 000.00 dollars total. This was in January, it is now May and I still have not recieved my items promised to me for taking part. I have called and filled complaints. They keep just saying their back ordered. The worst part is we can't use any 3-D glasses with the tv they have to be Samsung. Jordans keeps putting it on Pauls Tv however, we took part in the promotion with Jordans. Jordans has done not one thing to rectify this scituation. They have seriously gone down hill.Buyer Beware!
