Two order...nothing ever received
The first item ordered was an auto glass breaker, ordered 11/21. It was due to be delivered 12/4. The item never arrived. I reached out to Joybuy and they directed me to Walmart, the platform where the item was sold. Walmart refunded my money. As of today, 12/14, the item has still not arrived and is shown as "missing." The second item was a woman's jacket. It was supposed to be delivered 12/13 and never arrived. UPS was listed as the carrier, however UPS has no record whatsoever of even having received the package. Seeing tracking "stuck" I reached out to JoyBuy prior to the 13th. After multiple conversations, they said the item appeared to be lost in transit and offered me a refund, giving me 48 hours to accept. I accepted that same day. They have responded 3 more times, but have reneged on their offer to refund. Now they say they are investigating further. As of today, the item still has not been located. I ended up reaching out to Walmart yet again and they will take care of the refund. However, Walmart informed me that JoyBuy has received numerous complaints about this same issue and they are now investigating the company to determine if they will remove the company from their platform.
Recommendation: Recommendation: Do NOT order anything from this company, regardless of the platform used to sell! If you do order, be fully informed and aware that you may never receive your item and you will get no assistance from customer service!

The box stated that there was a three-year warranty and there was even a card inside with instructions on what to do if the lights failed. The instructions were to cut the wires off and send a picture of the failed bulbs for warranty claim.
I contacted Nighteye for the warranty claim, but they informed me that it was up to Joybuy to take care of the warranty since they were the seller. I had to have Walmart email Joybuy to contact me, which they eventually did. However, Joybuy would not respond to my emails. After about six emails, Joybuy finally responded and said that Walmart's rules did not cover my purchase.
I was frustrated with the runaround and decided to call Walmart again. Luckily, the customer service representative was able to take care of the issue by issuing an E credit for the product amount. However, I was disappointed to find out that this three-year warranty was a scam.
