Instead, I received an offer from Mint & Lily for store credit to make up for the missing personalization which, in my opinion, is insufficient. What they should have done was resend the bracelets with the correct design that I requested in the original order.
As a customer, I felt let down by the lack of communication between the different departments in the company. The left hand of Mint & Lily should have been aware of what was requested by the right hand. When it comes to online shopping, there are few things that are more frustrating than not getting what you were promised. Unfortunately, this was the case for me when I recently made a purchase from Mint & Lily. After my previous order was incomplete (missing a Mother's Day gift for one of my daughters), I was given a promise of a free Italian Milano necklace to entice me to complete my pending order. However, when I checked out, the necklace was listed for $20.30 instead of being the promised free gift. Needless to say, I was pretty dismayed by this turn of events.
As a new and return customer of Mint & Lily, I had hoped for a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. However, these issues have left me feeling concerned and disappointed. Shopping online can often be a bit of a gamble, but when a company promises something and then fails to deliver, it feels like a breach of trust. I had been excited to receive my order and was looking forward to seeing the Italian Milano necklace in person, but now I am left wondering if I will even receive it at all.
Although I have had a negative experience with Mint & Lily, I am hopeful that this review will serve as a warning and a reminder for the company to do better by its customers. While I appreciate the gesture of offering a free gift to incentivize completing an order, it is important to follow through on those promises. was in knots. I checked my order form and the spelling was correct.

I placed an order in December and only half my order arrived. I have been emailing customer service and they are “apologizing “ and finally today offered a replacement but asked for no further information. I doubt I will see it. Truly disappointing
