Monique Keith
Monique is the loan officer on a file we were supposed to close. She refuses to communicate with anyone - agents, Title, etc. She has made a myriad of excuses. She is rude. She should not be in the industry. The file is in Sequin, Texas. We are now 2 weeks past the close date. The buyer will now lose their earnest money and the sellers have lost 2 months on the market.
Desired outcome: She needs to be reprimanded
Checking account cancellation and archaic policies
I closed my JP Morgan Chase account without cleaning it out first. I closed my checking account on May 12th. Chase insists on returning my balance with PAPER check and SNAIL MAIL to return my money to me instead of just transferring balance into my new acct. June 18th and still no check and I have asked for help several times. This is the same company that begs me to go paperless every day and wants me to use their online or automated systems. HYPOCRISY when it comes to them returning my cash. So archaic and outdated policies and processes. I continue to get the run around and they refuse to return my $1712, just keep telling me they are reissuing checks and I need to continue to wait 7-10 business days. It's been 27 business days and a lot of BS about the required process of paper checks and snail mail.
Desired outcome: Receipt of MY money $1,711.79
I have been given the same stupid runaround by their incompetent so called customer service specialists 3x I have gone in person to branch to verify my identity & even to the post office because according to customer service specialist that is where the issue is... WRONG! I receive my mail just fine they closes my account without any kind of notice after I deposited my IRS refund check. I had one idiot tell me "oh yeah I see the check does look like it was altered" are you F@#$ kidding me!°!@#$! So now you guys are accusing me of altering my refund check? He said " Oh it's a IRS check?... then you need to call the IRS and tell them to clear it? Isn't that your job? and my call was disconnected🤦♀️🤷♀️ what now?
3 months now
Sudden Closure of all Credit cards with no warning
On June 16th, I tried to use my Chase credit card at Panera and it said it was declined. I logged in online to check if everything was ok and saw that all our credit cards were suddenly closed - both under my and my husbands name!
I called the 800# at the back of the credit card and they kept moving me around from one department to another!
Finally this one representative who said he is the account supervisor said all your cards are closed because chase has decided to end the relationship with you. I asked why ? He said you will just have to wait for the letter in the mail - I kept telling him that I have been a chase customer for past 25 plus years and this is ridiculous where you cannot give me any answer - but he did not listen to anything and just said wait for the letter! This is nonsense - I have 6-7 credit cards with Chase and have been a longtime loyal customer to Chase. My payments are always made on time - many of the cards are paid off in full each month ! I do not understand HOW CHASE is allowed to make such sudden closures. I need help resolving this issues! I am extremely Frustrated!
Desired outcome: Restore all credit back and payback damages for stress and frustration caused!!!
Chase credit card
I disputed a charge on my credit card for services that were never rendered. Chase opened a claim and sent something to the merchant and the merchant sent them a receipt for a different customer. The receipt of services had nothing to do with me and yet Chase closed my dispute in favor of the merchant. The merchant sent a receipt from somebody that had nothing to do with me for services on a different date and a different amount. Incompetent. I disputed it again. The stupid merchant did the same thing. They sent a receipt from another one of their customers! Chase yet again closed my dispute in favor of the merchant. They clearly dont care about their customers! Now I have to write them a letter to again reopen the case. I provided evidence to them of cancelled services. The merchant failed to produce evidence of anything except a receipt of another customer. Chase doesnt care about its customers!
Desired outcome: I want my 1,000!!!
Bank online transfer services
I have has nothing but a nightmare dealing with Chase and their provided service, International Bank Transfer. I have been a long time bank customer who has brought them business, but no more!
A few days ago I requested a bank transfer, actually shouldn't have had to request as it's MY money.
The transfer, I live in Latvia currently; was to go from my Chase account to my Latvian bank account, of which I have made numerous successful wire transfers from that bank to Chase without a problem. I waited 4 days for it to be reviewed, only to have a request for my money, denied me, then I was LOCKED OUT of my own account! I spent $100 in long distance calls they will not reimburse, to Customer Service. I got the runaround then finally asked some verification questions, one of which was on a car I "owned"... there no such thing as a Toyota Eclipse and I called them on it... and they also asked my Driver's License number which I provided. They said the information on that was incorrect, I was reading it right from my DL, including expiration date was wrong! NO! Due to that my verification for my own money was Denied, they say they couldn't tell me what caused the red flag on the transfer, as I "failed" the verification. Again I live in Latvia. so showing proof of my DL is impossible. I had my son call the next day, he's linked to my account, so they reopened my account and the transfer went though. Today I attempted another transfer thinking I was verified, it was denied and locked out again! MY son calls again and wastes more time on the phone, but the representative opens the account and she tells him to try the transfer again. I do, denied and locked out again! Again the transfer information was the exact same as the ne cleared earlier! Since then we have been bounced around wasting his day off and hung up on... Again this is my money going to account that completed successful transaction and of which about 12 transfer were made from that bank to my Chase account!
What really fries me is they violate my privacy rights by demanding to know the reason for my transfer... should be against the law and none of their business! My bank here doesn't require that.
So right now I cannot not get into my account, can't use my credit card, since I can't transfer my own money or get to the money in my account, all part of their "excellent" customer service. You should be proud, Chase... Ha!
if you don't want your account locked out... do NOT use their wire transfer services!
Desired outcome: OPEN MY ONLINE account, allow me access to my credit card and transfer MY Money!
Getting a refund
I have been waiting for 10 days to get my refund credit of over $17, 500 from my Chase card to my bank. Several calls tell me each time that I should here from them in 1 to 2 days. I am still waiting. The large amount of credit was due to the cancellation of a trip. I need that money put back into my checking account. Chase has held my money too long.
Desired outcome: I've me my money
Ive been waiting for almost 2 months...good luck.
Safe deposit rental fee
On May 14, there was a debit from our savings account for safe deposit rental fee for $528.00. We have a safe deposit and the annual fee is $64 which was debited from this account on on March 25.I have called the main chase number and they said I needed to go to the branch, which we did. The branch said they do not handle the fees, whatever. They said to call the main chase number and prompt with 0#0. That phone call got me nowhere and no one knows who to contact to get this resolved. This has been going on for nearly two weeks with no one giving me any answers.
Desired outcome: I want my money back!!
Stolen accounts
They didn't erase my information when I closed my accounts. Then someone got of hold of my information without my consent.
Desired outcome: Money back guarantee us bonus

Account name is; Virginia Haugen Trust. My name is Ron Rudi (Power of Attorney)Been working with Yousaf Zamanudin, VP investments. Please help before I move account call (Mobile# [protected] Home) [protected] Woodland Ca branch
Desired outcome: File fraud case against Diane Wilson of NM (ex sister in law) and stop the harassment

Scam, lost money when deposit cash by drive-thru lane
On May 3, 2021, around 12:00 PM at Chase Bank, branch 912 Kitty Hawk Rd, Universal City, TX 78148, I lost $1000 after the deposit. Because of COVID, I thought that office doesn't allow walk-in, so I chose to deposit by the Business Drive-Thru lane outside the office. Elizabeth is a staff who got my money.
Next, she asked me about the card and driver's license. I gave her $2886. I put money in a small envelope and wrote outside with the amount of $1000 + $1886 = $2886, but I did not tell her about that. Usually, when I go to the deposit bank, the staff always asked me how much I give them. But this time did not. I also subjectively did not tell them the amount I gave because I thought they saw the amount I wrote on the outside of the envelope. They didn't even show the deposit slip to me. I trusted them and didn't ask anything because my husband and I had deposited a lot of money in Chase Bank.
After finished, she gave me an envelope which holds my debit card, driver's license, and a receipt. I opened the envelope immediately to see BECAUSE THEY NEVER RETURN THE CARDS BY THAT WAY.
OMG, the transaction only shows the amount of the $1886, cash in.
I went to the office and face to face Elizabeth. She showed me the deposit slip that I do not know when she wrote it. She said sorry about my money and said that she did not know anything.
I requested to talk with the manager whose name is Marlynn B.Fett, NMLS ID: 1764297. She said her staff took the right way and did not steal my money. They also have a security camera. I said that how I know what she did inside. She did not steal my money, but maybe she took a mistake on deposit processing (Had 3 lines full of customers at that time).
I request to see the security camera, but the manager refused. She said they will check the balance at the end of the date and let me know before doing anything.
At 5:42 pm, May 3, 2021, Ms.Marlynn called me by phone number [protected]. She said they checked the balance and did not have any odd amount matching $1000. She said her staff took a mistake with another customer with $200 but not $1000. However, I still asked to see the camera. She said she would send a required to the security department and call me back. I called back at the number above on May 6, but no one hand on. I still called back on May 7 at 10:13 AM. Staff said the manager went on vacation. They said they would request the security department after I talked about the incident and call back.
Twelve days from the incident, no one contacts me to solve the problem. I went to the Chase on May 14, 2021, at 2:00 PM. Here, there are two facts that make me believe that the staff here work unprofessionally and irresponsibly.
First, I gave to staff $10, 000 amount of cash and said I want to pay the business credit card. I gave him my ID and the business card. I told many times that I wanted to pay the amount on the credit card. He said he understood. However, after counting money, I saw he wrote the business checking number on the deposit slip. I remind him about the credit card and finally, the money went to the checking account, not a credit account. I continued to give $5000 and he still took a mistake.
In the second event, when I waited for the manager Marlynn, I saw another assistant bank returned the wrong ID for the customer. His leg is injured, and he seems annoyed by the long wait. She returned him a debit card and an unknown ID instead of his ID and SSN card. She said she confused with the person who came in to deposit by the drive-thru where I lost money last week. I met the manager again. She said the Security department said her staff did not take anything fault. I required the document that the department responded and the camera, but she said THEY SENT NOTHING.
If they said it's my fault, I still want to see the camera. Give me proof, I don't need an explanation.
Credit card dispute services
In reference to my other review of royal airl maroc, when this happened and we called the credit card Chase, they told us we could not file a dispute and that we had to wait for the airline to refund us. So we waited - a year. And now when I call they say we could have only filed a dispute if we filed it within 60 days. So it sounds like someone was trying to make chase not have to potentially pay out and they just let us on the hook while we each pay almost $500 a year to have this card. Sounds like a big scam to me!
Desired outcome: Our money back!
Disclosure and Unethical behavior
I responded to an offer I receive from Chase to refinance my mortgage. I received a call from Barbara Apack (NMLS #1266738) a Home Lending Advisor. I became skeptical from being switched to several care specialist, found discrepancies on the refinance documents, and was not disclosed details on the signing with the Title company. I requested a refund for $500. Barbara said I would receive a refund minus the credit report fee. Now Chase is refusing to give me any credit back. I thought this would be an easy refinance since Chase is already my mortgage lender but I was completely wrong.
Desired outcome: refund
Disney Visa
I had the Star Wars BB8 card for Visa. Chase sent me a new card with the millennium falcon but my card doesn't expire till 2023. They stated new features and security but I don't want the new card, it looks like a sticker. The BB8 card is better quality. Why did you get rid of BB8, I have gotten so many compliments on it? I have changed to Darth Vader, waiting for to see the quality. I might just cancel the account.
Wire transfer capability
I have walked through the linage of your Customer Service personnel including the US, India, and the Philippines. I have attempted to transfer a small payment transfer to my attorneys in Houston in the sum of $3500.00 on two attempts today! Both have been declined and no one of you personnel can identify the cause of the rejections. I finally spoke to a Chase supervisor who is one of the most professional and capable Service Providers which I have had the privilege of speaking in my career. Chased is luck to have her! She is recorded on the call so look her up so you can identify a exceptional individual. All other — no so capable!
Gerald B Eaton, 11849 Albissola Avenue, Las Vegas NV 89138. These incidents occurred on 21APR2021. I have been a customer of Chase for many years. That relationship will likely end based on Chase's inability to simply tell me why these transfers were rejected. I have contacted intended receiving bank - Frost Bank in Ft Worth and discussed the possibility they may have been the cause of this problem. They were convincing forthcoming and professional. They are not the cause of these actions. Its CHASE! The intended receiving Account was Matthews Lawson McCutcheon & Joseph, PLLC Iolta Account.
Check the recorded phone records - they will tell the story. YOU HAVE A PROBLEM!
I am not a member of Twitter, Facebook, or ant such social media.
Desired outcome: Desired outcome is in the hands of JPMC.
Lack of notary service at 3 chase banks.
In the past we have had excellent service at 2 of the Chase Banks we normally deal with, but not recently. We have been to the one on 95th Ave. and Camelback Rd. in Glendale 3 times recently to get 1 document notarized and each time were told they did not have a notary available. I asked "Do I need to make an appointment?", I was told no and "Try again...
Read full review of JPMorgan Chaseunable to get funds after closing out my account
I called chase's 800 number over the phone since my account had been closed on sat, march 27. I live in alaska where there are no chase banks. I was directed to accounts department where i wanted to transfer my frozen funds (an incident of ID theft in january) in a direct chase bank-my new bank account as the most secure way and expected a 10-day hold on the transfer. LETICIA at chase bank said this was not possible. So she had a priority mail transfer to alaska. My question is "Could i get a tracking number on the transferred mailed funds as to the whereabouts of the mailed funds?" ID theft is still in play as i got a fake phishing text with a fraudulent tracking number. i contacted the local police department as to what to do and they said to contact chase directly for the real tracking number. it has now been over 10 business days +3 or 2 weeks and 3 days.
Desired outcome: a tracking number sent to me so i can tell if the funds were ever sent or if the letter is lost in mailing limbo
Did you ever get your money?
covid
I was in your Town Point Center, Manalapan NJ branch on 4/12/21. Your tellers had previously requested because of the number of deposits I make once a week that I come inside NOT at the drivethru.
I will no longer coming inside-never understood the reasoning. People will be stuck behind me no matter where I make the deposit)
Yesterday another customer came in, mask below his nose. during covid. he then lowered his mask entirely. when I requested that he put his mask on properly, he became nasty, informed me he had the vaccine (prove it and doesn't make a difference) became rather abusive, you tellers did not tell the man to put his mask on. I do not feel safe transacting business in your branch. I will only go to the drivethru. btw the man claimed he had to put the mask down to do face rec on his phone. not true was not on properly when he came in. your tellers did NOTHING! I WAS THEN HURRIED ME OUT OF THE BANK, BARELY GIVEN MY RECEIPTS!
Chase closed my personal accounts without any notice or explanation
My account was not involved in any unlawful activity and no explanation was given on what grounds Chase decides to end relationship and close all my accounts without any notice. My payment got declined thru Zelle Quickpay today April 9, 2021 and when calling customer service I was advised that account is restricted as it was in the process of scheduled...
Read full review of JPMorgan ChaseImpound department
I've been trying to get a form faxed or mailed to me from the impound department at chase, since the 17th of March. I've called numerous times, inly to be connected to a customer service rep in India. The connection is so poor, it breaks up continuously and when i finally get someone on the phone here in the States, they don't get their call answered from the impound department. They never answer their phone. My car is sitting in the towyard and its costing me $48 daily. The leadership of Chase need to fix the customer service.
Desired outcome: Get my fax asap
Property Tax Refund
I had a mortgage with Chase bank back in December 2020. They paid the property taxes which had already been paid by a refinance I did. I notified them in late January. They referred me to my county tax assessor. My tax assessor confirmed they sent back the overpayment to the third party vendor that Chase bank uses which is Corelogic. They sent the check on 2/8/21. And they provided a check number. After contacting Chase, opening several tickets, and filing a complaint, all they continue to tell me is that "It will take 6-9 weeks" to receive my overpayment. At that point it will be almost half a year. It is over $3000.00 I am waiting for. Their executive team had the nerve to tell me that they have not heard back from the county tax assessor yet. I explained they should be reaching out to Corelogic. Completely inept and unprofessional that they do not know where my money is.
Desired outcome: I want my money. It is sitting in some hourly workers electronic workbasket and Chase should know how to find and retrieve it.
