I was very impressed with technician as he took time to go through the furnace from top to bottom and explain everything to me in including what we had initially called them for. I would definitely recommend this company to other people requiring furnace repair. Keep up the great work JPS.

Technician came and did a 21-point inspection of which we were given a copy. It took around *** minutes to cover the inspection process. He was extremely kind & courteous, explained everything he did and answered all are questions. We're very happy we chose JPS Furnace & A/C and recommended them to our neighbour who is looking to purchase an A/C unit.
The technician solved the our HVAC issue quickly and efficiently. *** is a great communicator. He was able to find a wiring issue, explain it to us, and fix both the Furnace and Air Conditioning problem we were experiencing.

I am very satisfied with JPS Furnace team service. Every year I have my furnace tune up service. Last time the job was done by service technician Edward *** Edward was amazing, he is very knowledgeable, explained me all about furnace in and out, found some faults and fixed in place. AC went down and called for service on July 12, first available date Monday July 19. They called in the afternoon indicating they had a new opening on July 13 at 2 PM. Was out this morning and when I returned their truck was here at 10 AM.as their serviceman had a cancellation and was in the area.Igor was top notch and assessed the problem quickly and made the necessary repair. JPS had been recommended by my son and I can see why.Can see why they have 5 star ratings.
Furnace and AC technician inspected our new system and cleaned vents
The Furnace and Air Conditioning technician inspected our recently installed HVAC system and cleaned our vents. We had bought the house renovated and were informed the vents were cleaned by the seller. The technician cleaned the vents using a brush system upon our request, instead of just blowing and vacuuming. He mentioned that the return ducts were in very poor condition. I would readily recommend this technician to others and plan to employ their services again.

Our furnace died unexpectedly right before the Family Day long weekend. Jonathan came out to give us a quote on a new furnace and provided us enough space heaters to keep us warm until the technicians were able to make it out to install the new one after the holiday. They showed up right on time, were considerate and professional, worked straight through until the job was completed. They trained us on the new system and answered all our questions before leaving. Really good experience! I would recommend them to other people for sure!

I. am not satisfied with the workmanship of a technician (***) on a service call [protected]. My furnace was leaking water, and required the replacement of a gasket for the collection box. The process involved the removal of the inducer motor mounted with screws, and joined to the exhaust with an elbow by hose clamps. Two days after installation, I opened the furnace, and found some dripping on the side of the motor housing. a quick inspection indicated that both hose-clamps were completely loose. We rely on the professional work of this company to do things right the first time, but this is disappointing.

We had an air-conditioning unit installed two months ago, stating that we would potentially need to move the position of the furnace in a couple of months, due to a renovation. I was told that would not be a problem. Since the install, we have now found out we need to move our furnace. Calling JPS has been a trial. At times they have not answered calls, told us vacuuming the refrigerant so we can cut the line "may" (?) void our warranty, and any time I ask to speak to a manager/supervisor, I'm told that they're not available. Considering the ratings online and commercials (and price!), I'm very disappointed.

I booked them in to complete a pre-season service check on my .*** showed up as per scheduled appointment and I was notified when he was in my neighborhood. He went through his routine by checking parts of the furnace, air conditioning unit and thermostat to ensure tests were complete with proper results showing no issues with *** for start up of season. *** also took the time to review and walk me through proper use of the Nest thermostat and optimum *** operating parameters. *** even wore foot shoe cover slippers to keep floors clean.Great job, Thank you

JPS is terrific! I am late in providing this, as I waited to see how my new furnace worked. About a month ago, just before the cold snap, my furnace of 26 years died. I contacted a few companies from the *** listings, for estimates on either repair or replacement. Well JPS came through with a competitive pricing on a replacement, a great warranty and fast, professional service. The team arrived exactly on time the next morning and completed the replacement and removed the old one in approximately 6 hours. They provided me with all the pertinent information on the equipment. They also took the time to inform me on how the City Inspection would take place and what I had to do to be compliant. The company responded promptly to our request for service within two days. Unlike others the sales rep was thorough in explaining the problem and the contributing factors and our options in-depth.We opted for the 12 year gold plan, this plan also includes coverage of a *** system, if we so chose to have one installed no matter who installed it nor - installation date.Often as it happens we recently had a *** system installed professionally installed by a family member, whos profession is the supply and installation of *** systems.This years service/inspection was just completed and the *** system was included in our plan JPS, staff members have continued to be, punctual, thorough, courteous, and most of all knowledgeable.

We recently had to have our 11 year old furnace & air conditioner replaced. I cannot say enough about the staff at JPS. The receptionist that took our call for request for a quote was knowledgeable about the furnace and AC business. We had our sales rep (Kyle) at our residence within two days of the call unlike others that took several weeks to come and quote even though they knew we had no heating or AC due to the furnace motor breaking down. Upon accepting the JPS's quote the crew arrived the following week. They did say it would be about a two day job to install and get running. There were three service technicians that arrived precisely at 7:30 am on the Friday morning when they said they would. They covered our floors with protective mats to protect our hardwood and carpet. They demolished the old units and installed the new units in one day. The crew supervisor took me around and showed me the work and made sure I was happy with the install and the clean up etc. They were fabulous, everything was spotless when they were done and the units were working perfectly and all within one day less than what I was originally told. They are very professional right from the receptionist, sales estimator and technicians. I would not hesitate to recommend JPS for all your HVAC requirements.

Lily F. Before having JPS install 2 furnaces on February 10 I had researched and obtained estimates from different companies based on on-line reviews and ComplaintsBoard.com ratings. Prior to the installation Michael was in to clean the old furnaces, duct work and vents. He did an exceptional job, was on time, courteous and actually found a 4 ft metal track from a closet lodged in there from the point of construction. I have had no less than 3 other duct cleaning companies in through the years and not one found the construction debris. They, obviously were not doing a thorough job. Salesman Wayne was available for questions and clarification after normal business hours and weekends. On the day of installation a crew of 5 came in on time, were polite and introduced themselves. Each was tasked with specific duties. Jarod and Caleb ensured that the new thermostat's wiring could be fished out without undue damage to my wall. Greg, Kyle and Roman made sure that holes drilled through my foundation were accurate and placed in accordance with building and safety codes. A new liner was required for the hot water tank exhaust system per safety regulations which they informed us about. Special thanks to Kyle and Roman who walked my husband and I through the thermostat controls and patiently explained how the furnace and 5 inch filter worked. The city inspector was just in and said everything looked complete and tidy. Shantelle from administration sent a confirmation via email with respect to the 12 year warranty. In future I hope the after purchase service is just as good but time will tell. For now I am pleased with the pleasant courteous people from reception to completion.

JPS came to our house on April 28, 2022. The technician was here for a while and said that the furnace needed a new fan motor and an "EMC" circuit board. He didn't know which one was broken, but said we should replace both. It would cost more than half the price of a new furnace. He also said that the new parts might break in a year or two. We have two furnaces, so we would have to replace both. We paid $190 +GST for the visit. My spouse didn't like the experience and told me about it. I called JPS and asked to talk to the service manager. He said he would send a "senior technician" to check the furnace again. They called us on May 3. We didn't trust JPS anymore and asked for a refund. They said no, but they would send the senior technician.

As it often happens, we recently had an additional system professionally installed by a family member, whose profession is the supply and installation of such systems.
This year's service/inspection was just completed, and the newly installed system was included in our plan. JPS staff members have continued to be punctual, thorough, courteous, and most of all, knowledgeable.
