Parcel delay
My parcel still at Klang and not moving out. Please take action as soon as possible. I need to use it on Friday. [protected] my tracking number

My parcel has been send on 5 Sept 2022 but until now I not received anything. This is my tracking number [protected], so you can take action. Last update in system 6 Sept 2022 and still stuck at Klang until today. I need my parcel now. I need to used it urgently!
Rider refused to deliver parcel
This rider from batu maung cdc with phone number [protected] refuse to deliver my parcel. The reason he gave was the parcel is to heavy. I asked him to leave it at mail room as he used to do before. But he refused. He updated in the system that I was the one who asking next time delivery while I didnt requested it.
He also blackmailed me to return it back to shoppe.
When I pickup the parcel at batu maung cdc, my husband able to lift up those thing t car and from car to our 37 level apartment.
I paid almost rm30 for delivery service but I am the one who pickup at j&t
Previously he sent 2 items with same tracking, I asked if I can returned it but he requested me to not returned it because he will get penalty rm200.

Delivery of my parcel
This is Peter Delarmente, i'm a call center agent. My only problem with you guys is that, why is it your delivery man need to contact me first before delivering my parcel and if they can't contact me they will tag it as "Delivery attempt was unsuccessful: Buyer Is Unreachable." it's a BIG [censored]!, if you guys know the job of a call center agent "we cannot use our mobile device during work, definitely you guys cannot contact me" I already experience 2 of my Purchased to Shopee that was returned to sender. PLEASE tell your delivery man to PLEASE deliver the parcel to your customer address even though you can't contact them PLEASE.
As you can see in my screen shot you delivery man contacted me around 5:03pm.

Using my personal data and forwarding it to a third-party retail company
On August 27, 2022, about 8:30 in the morning, an agent from BUYERS Deals PH said she's gained access to my information from JnT PH. She's got my complete address, my full name and contact number. I am surprised how she managed to get my information. She said it was from JnT Express. She pitched on me some products which I didn't like. I never thought she would process an order for me.
How could you forward my personal data to them? I would like to ask an explanation and compensation for the damage it has incurred on my part. Your rider has delivered the product in Cash on Delivery basis. My mother paid for it thinking I ordered the product. But I didn't. Please deal with this seriously as I will personally take this to DTI and Privacy commission for unauthorized distribution of my personal data and unauthorized sale.

I have an item that is missing when using your service. My earphone is not cheap and cost me like RM200 but the only thing that is sent to me is just a plushie (as I have 2 thing that is sent to me). The day before I received my parcel, it was put on hold so I got a little suspicious about it. Please just don’t take others belongings whether it is just a small stuff or not

1st offense, nag order ako sa tiktok tapus itong number nato ang courier ko +[protected], natawagan nya ako ng nasa work po ako so hindi ako nakasagot, complete address at name yung details ko, ki-nancel order nya sana man lang nag tanong2 man lang sya sa kalapit bahay dung. 2nd offense nag order ako sa shoppe at nagkataon nya sya na naman ang courier ko at ulit nasa work ako pru nung tumawag siya nasagot ko, sabi ko tanong mk nalang nasan ang amin kase nasa work ako at nagkataon nasa harap na talaga sya pru eh kinancel na naman niya, kinabukasan nag 2nd attempt sa shopee locator ko, nag 2nd attept sya ng deliver pru unreachable daw ko eh hindi na naman sya tumawag ulit.

On hold parcel as the parcel is under investigation
Apa maksud statement on hold parcel is under investigation? Kenapa barang saya tidak dihantar tetapi di perap di gudang? Saya call staff gudang [protected] banyak kali tetapi tiada jawapan. Saya nak tahu status barang saya dan saya mahu barang saya di hantar bukan diperap lama dalam gudang tanpa apa² penjelasan. Pada yang bekerja, kerjalah dgn ikhlas. Sangat susah untuk mencari bantuan khidmat pelanggan dari pihak J&T Tawau. Sangat mengecewakan.

The delivary staff is very rude
Next time kalau nak hantar barang beri salam. Bukan call sahaja lepastu bila tak angkat call terus assume takde di rumah. Dan lain kali jangan call whatsaap sebab bukan customer selalu on data internet. Lain kali call line biasa sahaja baru professional.
Lepastu staff yang hantar barang ni cakap "lain kali rumah pasang loceng". Such a rude person. Macam tu service dia?
Kalau customer tak angkat call whatsaap please call line biasa pulak sebab orang tak on line Internet dan bukan call sekali sahaja.

Im complaining about jnt kapit sarawak do a job
Im very disappointed with jnt kapit sarawak because they return my parcel without I know about it. That time im having a problem with my whatsapp due to that I can't read the message about my parcel already return. Besides that they claimed that them already called me but unfortunately I don't receive any call from jnt kapit sarawak. One more thing, why jnt kapit sarawak don't do a delivery. They do have a commission if they do a delivery. Im so disappointed with this issues.

Very poor service
Since July the system shows that the recipient cannot be reached. But why contact the sender to inform the recipient that the recipient cannot be reached。Ask the recipient to contact the sender to inquire about the arrival of the package, and the sender will contact your customer service center. The customer service center told the package that the package is still in the warehouse waiting to be returned。So is the service so bad?Packages are missing

Behavior of an employee
Staff called to inform of the pick-up of parcel ordered from Shopee.
Driver shouted at Gizel Villafuerte (recipient) and told to go down to receive the parcel when she already instructed to leave the parcel at the lobby of the condominium.
Recipient is at work and she already explained but the staff insisted to go down and receive the parcel.

- dispatch tersebut tidak call/whatsapp untuk beritahu tentang parcel yang dibawa ke Julau.
- Terus letak pada status penerima tidak berjaya dihubungi. Sangat tidak masuk akal sebab pihak dari drop point J&T Sibu dapat menghubungi saya.
Dispatch yang diamanahkan untuk menghangar barang dari drop ponit cdc 304 sangat tidak amanah dalam melaksanakan tugas.
Desired outcome: Saya mengharapkan penjelasan daripada pihak atasan. Dan tolong upgrade sistem penghantaran barang J&T ke tempat saya. Bukan sesuka hati dispatch untuk tidak hantar barang customer. Tukarkan dispatch dengan yang baharu. Thank you.
Parcel delivered but didnt received
At Friday , 19/08/22, 12.38p.m,
My shopee shown that my parcel is delivered but i didnt received it, i tried to reach out my parcel surrounding my house but it just a waste.
I tried to figure it out to solve it , try to complain my issue at complaint centre but it take an enough time .
Otherwise ,I must get two parcel but i just got one parcel without notice but the picture proof shown that my family and i was inside but didnt noticed us . The courier just put my parcel on my car only without my signation or my IC number or my confirmation from me or my family with a call or message.
Plus, i was very dissapointed because my parcel had a finger scratched behind it.

Incomplete Items Received
The parcel that was delivered to me by the rider.. it was indicated specifically on the AWB attached that it was 2 items but when delivered only 1 item was there. The missing item was in a packaging of lazada unopened, inside of the lazada pouch was a Acer mouse amounting to 1, 938 pesos. It was shipped from Tinambac where my hometown is because it was already in transit when I travel to manila and I was sure that my aunt shipped 2 items with cling wrap around the 2 parcel. Please have immediate action. Thank you

Ada seorang staff jnt bernama ridzuan shah.. membuat provokasi dengan memaki hamun customer Tentang COD barang.. jadi di sini Saya Sebagai customer.. berharap agar tindakan tata tertib atau buang kerja di lakukan ke atas individu di bawah.. sy lampirkan screenshot gambar individu kepada pihak Jnt Malaysia. Scammers using j&t delivery
Hello po mam/sir:
Baka pwede nyu din po makontrol ang nagpapdala sainyo ng mga scammers. Obviously naman po na makikita agad ng typist nyu sa office as well as sa deliverymen through sa stickers ng parcel nila.
May nareceive ako na order ko sa shoppee, then sabi ng j&tdelivery man na nasa gate namin meron pa isa sinabi name ni mother.. Sa kamamadali ko, kinuha ko yung kay mom kasi lumabas siya at iniisip ko si baby ko na 2months umiiyak na iniwan ko, at may extra pa naman ako kaya binayaran ko p180. Dumating si mama sabi nya wala siyang order, with video and pictures, yung item is 1 pack baby wipes na nagkakahalaga ng p11 sa shoppee with bubble wrap para hindi mahalata.
Sabi ko kay mom ireport sa j&t office nyu sa km6, la trinidad, benguet. Kinabukasan, sabi ng nasa office, hanapin daw sa shoppe account.. E wala pong shoppee account yung seller kaya hindi maireport. Baka naman po pwede kayo tumulong kung may nagpadala at mali stickers nila ay macheck po sana taga office at delivery men.. Yung sagot lang po nila "ireport nyu sa shoppee or taga deliver lang po ako, hindi ko alam yan".. We need to help each other po para makontrol ang mga scammers. Dami na pong nagpost sa facebook mas pricey pa bka magreport na sila kay sir raffy tulfo. Salamat po sa pagtugon. No to scammers!

Parcel loss in transit
We have bought auto parts from a KL dealer for many occasions. The Process is online payment to the dealer and dealer will ship parts via J&T express (payment by receiver). On Dec 2021, we ordered a pump and as usual after payment the part picked up by J&T express from the dealer. After a couple of days we saw the tracking status shown parcel received in to warehouse 601 and we awaiting for delivery but to avail after a week. We went to warehouse 601 and the manager said will do the checking and delivery as soon as possible. Week after week same answer provided. Eventually, at end of Jan 2022, the manager claimed that the parcel is lost in transit. Theanager asked us to inform the sender to make a claim.
We contacted the sender the same and we request for the refund amount RM6300 and the sender said they will not refund the money as this is not their fault but instead they will help us to make a claim from J&T express. The dealer claimed that they have submitted all documents to them via email on March 2022 but until todate J&T express has not give any reply on the claim. J&T express is unethical and unprofessional and irresponsible company when come to consumers rights.
We urge the Consumer Association and Malaysia ministries dept should do something about it to protect consumers rights.
Rider is too lazy to deliver in the stated address tracking # [protected]
The rider told me that they are not allowed to go in our area. I dont know the exact reason but majority of the parcels are just unloaded into the riders house. We have to travel for almost 3 kms just to get the package we have paid for a delivery address. JNT please make sure that your riders are not lazy. Please. Tracking number is [protected].
