Reported failed delivery
Received text on 13th November, item out for delivery. Item never delivered or attempted delivery. On checking my account notification of failed delivery receiver refused delivery. This is an absolute lie, no one attempted to deliver my item at my home. Photo of proof of delivery was not of my property and may have been a photo of the moon for all I know. This is not a good way of providing an honest paid service. The only saving grace is that the delivery is C.O.D and has not yet been paid for. Please provide an honest service or close down your company.

Parcel on Hold at CDC Tampoi from 26th of October (Complaint 7 Nov)
Parcel was delivered to J&T Express counter in Bukit Jelutong Shah Alam to be delivered to Johor Bahru. Item sent on the 25th October, arrived on the 26th in Johor based on the tracker but has been on hold or either comment bad weather for status update.
Received customer complaint that item has not arrived. Please update or at least call. Screen shot of tracker as per atttachments.
Desired outcome: Item to be delivered would also like to receive an update in the system or call.

Rude J&T delivery man.Not trained in RIGHTmanners/conduct.
Zero customer service score. Not a good listener. Doesn't give enough consideration. Not aiming at quality of service but quantity. Thinks more of his good. Doesn't care enough to be able to go the extra mile, says work load is too much, package must be delivered based on his selfish plan.
Desired outcome: Phone etiquette customer service. Baguio (asin road) must be reprimanded: caused undue stress to even seem threatening, offended about a feedback. If anything bad happens to me,J&Tcompany fault. This is scarry. I fear for my safety.

Adalah dimaklumkan bahawa saya tidak menerima barang yang dihantar kepada saya atas no tracking : [protected] yang di alamatkan kepada Allbiz Centre (Zubairi) di alamat No.51 Jalan Eco Grandeur 13/1J, 42300 Bandar Puncak Alam, Selangor.
Adalah dimaklumkan juga saya pada ketika itu tidak menerima sebarang panggilan atau notification tentang barang tersebut dan pada 2hb November saya balik rumah dan belum menerima barang tersebut.
Ini adalah barang tersebut adalah stok jualan yang mana saya adalah Stokis Jualan dan merupakan sumber jualan online saya dengan kuantiti yang banyak 100 unit.
Saya telah berjumpa dengan PIC J&T Kuala Selangor namun mendapat diberi kurang memuaskan dan justeru itu saya membuat laporan ini untuk perhatian yang sewajarnya dari pihak J&T HQ sebelum saya mengambil tindakan selanjutnya.

Read the customer preferences before dispatching an item for delivery. I clearly stated that you deliver my packages during office hours yet for 4 times you insisted on delivering on Sunday! Now do offices operate on Sunday?
The last was you insisted on delivering on 3 day holiday from October 31 to November 2? Are office open on holidays? And because of that. I HAD TO PAY MORE WHEN I REORDERED THE ITEM! I TEXTED A RESCHED FOR THAT ITEM BUT YOU NEVER DID THE RECHED YOU JUST SUBMITTED IN YOUR [censored]ING REPORT THAT YOU CAN'T REACH ME! THAT MIGHT HAVE BEEN TRUE FOR OCT. 31 AND NOVEMBER 1 BUT I TEXTED ON NOVEMBER 1 FOR A RECHED ON NOVEMBER 2 AND YOU DIDN'T EVEN ATTEMPTED IT.
Desired outcome: I want the difference between the price of the previous order that they didn't deliver to the price I'm paying now for that item.
Delivery is stuck at local hub for too long
Package arrived at local hub Baguio at the 30th of oct but its already the 2nd of Nov and still no indication of when it will be delivered.

All my delivery from Lazada and Shoppe using J&T that are not big packages are like this. i noticed that the table and shelves delivered by J&T are almost same day or within 24hrs of arriving at the local hub of final destination.
smaller items seem to frequently get stuck for more than 24hrs up to 3days
Desired outcome: Provide an option to get to your local hub and pick it up ourselves. what's the point of tracking when packages stay too long at local hub destination not being delivered.

Delivery - parcels not delivered
I have not received 2 of my parcels through Shopee, delivered via J&T. Although the status says 'delivered', this is NOT TRUE.
My uncle did not accept the parcel by mistake and so the parcel should still be with J&T Express, the dispatcher that Shopee uses. I have tried repeatedly to contact you, J&T, to no avail to arrange redelivery.
I would appreciate your customer service to help track down these 2 parcels.
My 2 parcels have the tracking ID [protected] and [protected].
I am assuming I am not the only customer to which this has happened so I am not sure why it is so difficult to arrange redelivery and also why the Shopee status does not show that the parcel has not been delivered or delivered but not accepted.
I am concerned that the dispatcher who delivered my parcels was dishonest as they have not updated the status correctly. This is a big issue as I have used shopee and J&T before and never have I had this issue before.
I really hope J&T will be able to help me track this down as I have tried everything that I can do already and I am not sure what else to do. These parcels are bought through my hard-earned money and I have been saving to buy these items for my family.
Til now, I have had a good opinion and experience with J&T so I hope that you will be able to help me.

Rude delivery service and uncoordinated delivery
The rider did not provide an update on the app or by messaging whether the item is out for delivery on that day. Instead, he called only twice on the same time (which is in the afternoon) he was outside the home and starts complaining that the item can't be received that time because I was outside. He then proceed to say that he shouldn't have come to deliver because I couldn't recieve it on that time, which he arrived and called unexpectedly. Unlike other riders who message in the morning when the item it going to be delivered that day.
Desired outcome: Better updates about the items location and a more understanding rider.

Scam abetted by JT Express Customer service
I recd a package today thru J T Express. Since there is no way to determine the content of the package without first accepting and signing for it, I had no choice but to to pay the Pesos 975 COD charge first. On opening it, I found a pair of sneakers. I looked to verify who the sender was and instead of a Name and/or address, it listed a string of letters which were NHMAH. The package contained a pair of shoes which I had not ordered. But I had been looking at Shoppee and Lazada for shoes a few days ago. It was clear that someone had monitored my activity, sent me a cheap pair of shoes and scammed me. ISince the package was sent COD, it was clear that he / she would be going to J T Express to get the money I had paid. I immediately called J T Express and spoke to a Customer Rep / Complaints. The Rep said that he had noted my complain and someone would call ne in a few days. I told him that I had checked the Scammers Name (NHMAH) on facebook and other websites and that found that many people had been scammed by the same sender in the same way. The pattern was that the scammer monitored Shoppee Customers Orders and sent them cheap / incorrect items COD. The ONLY way to catch the scammer seemed to be to have JT Express withold the payment on the basis of a complaint. So, I called JT Express. I spoke to a Customer Service Agent. His Name is JAMAR. His ID is 6007. I explained the situation to Jamar and requested him to immediately connect me to the Binondo Manila Branch where the scammer would likely appear to pick up the money. Jamar refused to do that. I asked him to connect me to his supervisor so I could request them to make the conact with the originating brand and stop the payment. Jamar Refused to connect me to his upervisor and said they would call me back at their convenience in a few days. The usual excuse 'My supervisor is in a Meeting' was employed. I asked him to explain the urgency to the supervisor. He refused. This is a complain against JT Express in general and JAMAR. Because of JT Express's acceptance of packages from improper names and addresses and gheir staff's unwillingness to act upon a complain and use the same, tired, patently false excuse of 'They are in a meeting'. I , and many others will continue to be scammed. I hold JT Express responsible for abetting scammers and reserve the right to refer this matter for legal action.

J&T Express seemed to be washing their hands. When I arrived in the J&T Branch, the supervisor incharge showed me more items possibly used for scamming and yet he said that they just had to deliver them since that is their duty..
My colleague had been scammed the same way as well. We have to level up the complain and hope that the national government will hear us out.
Service Attitude
Very rude and doing work lazily! I am at home, but the worker straight put my parcel into wisepost without calling first. When ask why never call first, the worker yelled at me fiercely like a gangster. There were 2 guys, the shorter one wearing blue shirt has better attitude, the other one wearing a red shirt is the gangster that yelled at me.

Greetings, the lady at the phone just ended my call because I just want to know where is the parcel or status of the parcel.
After she send me address to collect parcel, she say can collect at this time. So, I go the address she give me that morning. When I reached, the person say the place is shopee express site. So I call on the spot and clearly say the numbers and want to know where and status of the parcel. Suddenly she end the call. So, it won't be line network problem because I call 2 times, when I open my mouth say 'Hi, just now I call to' suddenly end call. So not professional at all. Now I don't know the parcel where and status of the parcels. At least, I can know if out delivery should be okay. Instead, She just end the call. Salam sejahtera, saya ingin membuat aduan berkenaan parcel yang baru diterima pada 07/9/2022 kerana parcel yang saya terima dalam keadaan tidak baik. Parcel / kotak setiba atau baru diterima (baru sampai) dalam keadaan separuh dibuka iaitu bahagian tepi kotak telah dibuka malah gam plastik yang ditampal juga dibuka dan ditampal semula dalam keadaan tidak kemas.
