Until today, no movement, it is always in of this stupid Old Town cdc and then Shah Alam, then routing code wrong. This is not the 1st time I had problem with this idiotic centre.
1 question to the board, are you people just sitting there and enjoying comfort while we sender are tracking the parcel. If you cannot deliver, you might as well return the parcel and pay for the damages.
Package on hold
J&T is getting very ridiculous. I have a package sent out by seller on 18 May 2022. The package was on hold from 19 May until today (30 May 2022). I have been trying to contact J&T customer service via phone, email, FB post, FB messenger and to no avail, no-one is of help. I managed to get in touch with the customer service via their hotline, all they could do is apologise and said that the package should be delivered in 3 days time, this was on 26 May 2022!
I can accept if the package is delayed by 2-3 days but 10 days on hold is unacceptable! We paid for the delivery charges. Why is this happening over and over again? I have tried every possible means to get in touch with them but somehow this is not even possible.
I really need help to get them to just deliver the package ASAP.
Desired outcome: To have the package deliver by today.

Terrible and slow delivery service
Been waiting to receive my parcel since bulan ramadhan this year. From 10/4/2022 till now 29/5/22 still pending.

Desired outcome: Don't asking for much. Please deliver my parcel to my sister thats all i ask. We have paid for it. You should be responsible to ensure these parcels safely deliver to the rightfull owner.
Undelivered parcel
I'm expressing my great disappointment with what happened today. I received a text from j&t about my parcel arriving. I texted the rider that I am not in the office but I am in my dorm just behind the office. He agreed to deliver my parcel and I waited the whole day for him to arrive but I got no response from him after that. I was supposed to go home to my sick father but I ended up waiting for him because theres no one to claim the parcel if it arrives. I wasted my time just to be angered today. I would've asked him to deliver it some other time if he said so but I waited for him, even concerned because it was raining. I called the customer service only to find out that my parcel was tagged as "receiver not in the area" when in fact we had an agreement. He even dont answer to my msgs nor calls. Such a [censored]ty move from him. I am hoping that this rider will be reprimanded accordingly.
Desired outcome: I hope that this rider will be reprimanded, if you have any questions ill be very much willing to send proofs of my claim..
Holding package for too long and unrealiable staff
Parcel has arrived at the sorting facility since 22 may 2022, and no movement till todauly (27th may 2022) and i need the item for my business on 28th may.

someone picked up, and told me the parcal has been sent to pj old town sorting center. She suggested i can come and pick up if i need it urgently.
So aroungd 12 pm i came, she said she can only release the item after 1.30pm because they are processing the packages that has just arrive.
Like hello? Can she just pick up my parcel and give it to me since it has arrived on 22nd?
She said they will send to my address but until now 8pm, the parcel is no where to be found.
This is such a hassle and no common sense at all. Very stupid.
What can we do so these people can be sued for the poor services they are providing?

Delay Delivery
I have ordered my things from Shopee and until now its not delivered, the staffs in self collection area also not really helpful. I been there for many time by wasting my car petrol just to get my parcel myself, they keep on delaying just collecting my details and mention will call you back if found. Poor customer service
I made an order via Shopee on 12/5/2022, the seller has already arranged for J&T to pick it up, and everything was going smoothly until last week on 18/5/2022. The rider has counterfeited my signature and posted one photo of his motorcycle to claim/proof that I have already received the parcel (WHICH I AM NOT). FYI, my parcel tracking no.: [protected]. I have NOT received my parcel nor any calls from the rider on 18/5/2022. I have made various reports to Shopee as well as J&T on 18/5/2022. J&T customer service asked me to wait for a re-schedule delivery and call back if I had not received the parcel in 2 days.
So I had been waiting for more than two days; I made another call to J&T on 23/5/2022 and explained the current situation. However, the customer service wasn't helping and directed me to either the seller or making claims from their J&T website. I am very frustrated that they could have checked through their system of the drop-off points that handle the parcel or even made calls to the branches to look for the rider to settle this issue, but they do nothing.
I have no choice but to inform the seller. What J&T (Penang Drop-off) replied was "humiliating" and unprofessional where you realize the report I had made to the J&T customer service was not even solved/assisted. Both parties were not communicating to solve my issue either. Furthermore, J&T (Penang Drop-off) even said they were unsure whether they could file a report as the status shown delivered on 18/5/2022.
I called J&T the 3rd time on 24/5/2022 (today), and they gave me an excuse that the system would not keep track of a "PART-TIME" rider's contact. How could this be? This is ridiculous, and it's not an excuse for them to push away the responsibilities they should have! They should monitor all the riders well, including PART TIMERS / FREELANCER! In addition, it is very disrespectful and rude to hang up their customer's call halfway!
I understand that investigations require days to do so, and you might have thousands of cases to handle, but don't you think it is ridiculous that you need so many days where you can solve this problem in just 1-2 days? We are not in the iced age; we are in the modern era. We have mobile phones and data anytime and everywhere. Everything is linked, and these can be retrieved from the system/server with just one click!
In conclusion, can I assume that J&T customer service was not even there to solve my problems? Is it just plainly decorations to all consumers? Which did they put this to fulfill specific requirements for running the business without actually solving consumers' complaints and inquiries? This is the "service" you provided to your consumers where we paid for that?
Package did not deliver on time. On hold for far too long
Seller sent the package on 18 May 2022, the package is on hold from 19 May up til today, 24 May 2022. No movement. Tried contacting customer services but to no avail. Tried their chat, no one seems to entertain. Tried their FB messenger, no one entertained, call their customer service, no one seems to pick up. Even tried posting comments in their FB page but of no help as well.
This is not the first time this courier service is delaying in delivering the packages. It's frustrating.
Desired outcome: I would like the package to be delivered by today as I am running low on stock for the item purchase.

Delayed deliveries frequently
This is not the first time, or I can say, not the second or third time but many times my items were not delivered on time or on the due date. They sometimes delivered beyond the due date, or never been delivered. It was very disappointing as I need to refund (it's luck if I can, but it's bad luck if I couldn't) and the one and only problem is the J&T department at CDC Samarahan 305. Please take immediate action... Costumers' parcels are not trivial thing to be ignored. We spent money for it. Some people spent thousands for buying the item. All couriers must be responsible.

I’m not satisfied with j&t staff in tumpat. I have given my phone for them to see the name and address of the recipient so that there is no mistake like before. But what happened? J&t staff only take the same name and address as before and the spelling of the name is wrong and just take old address. What is the point of me paying j&t for rm31.80 if the recipient has to walk a long way because of j&t's taking the old address. While I have given a new address! Hope j&t please I hope this kind of thing doesn't happen again. So pity of the recipient because the item is a big item. The recipient’s place not like j&t call asking where are you and anything else. He is in the dormitory so the goods will be placed at guard then the recipient will pick up at guard. If the address is wrong so what happen? Here I enclose the proof of the address written on my phone and I already give my phone to jnt staff and also proof the address jnt written on the goods.
