JNT CDC 303
I wanted to ceollect my parcel at jnt cdc 303 because they just take picture and leave never call me to get my parcel then they said not just your parcel we have to search for we got a lot of work too. its their job why talk [censored] like that im completely undertand if they short of staff but they had more than 20 people just sitting and laughing. they just lie said its already send to sender you had to talk this with the seller how I supposed to talk with the seller if tracking on shopee show that its still in that warehouse. they use jnt tracking (not update location) its in shah alam gateaway (18 may 16.00). yeah I know that too but I already show my phone shopee tracker its at jnt CDC 303 (18 may 21:53) (newest location) staff is very³ lazy and rude when talking like they big boss or what.
Desired outcome: i hope JNT malaysia fire this staff because they think its not their job to give parcel

Missing parcel
I had sent a parcel 5.15 kg to Negeri 9 on 25/4. Until today 20/5 the status of my parcel was only until 26/4, no more tracking after the date. I had called their hotline and made a report. But no action taken, still the same. Tried to call penang cs again until today no pick up. Same goes to N9 CS. Once can get thru to N9 CS they push me to call Penang CS. They asked me to make a claim support but it is not easy, act I want them to check where is my parcel and send it. Thats all. Really frustrated with their service.. Day by day getting worst than before. Even many complaints they received I didnt see improvemwnt at all. NO more JNT after this

Hello, of you cannot deliver on time remove the word express in your company! Cannot deliver because of bad weather? What excuse is that! Are you using motorcycle? And then rearrange for the deliver took almost a day!

Hello why is your service so lousy? From Selangor to Sarawak takes up to 8 days to reach me. I wish i have an option to not choose you, but Shopee won’t let me. Can you speed up your delivery by not having too many pitstops? I bukan stay kat pedalaman okay. Other service elok 3-4 days dah sampai parcel.
Although items are received in good manner, but your lead time is forever. And your customer services all around worse! None of your team can give proper answer cz you only let bots to answer online inquiry while local staff sounds like she is not interested in working. Overall lousy 😭

Dah lah barang tu urgent. Kalau tak boleh hantar barang banyak boleh bagitau customer. Saya ambik sendiri. Tolong percepatkan delivery.

Been calling customer service J&T Malaysia for thousands times but none was attended. Parcel has been on hold for a week plus and there is no update from the tracking details given. This is very disappointing and complaints has been sent out ample of time but no action or improvement have been taken into consideration.

Hi admin.. I am a receiver. Unfortunately the despatch that I contacted did not send my parcel as scheduled.. I later found out that the status given is because of bad weather but what exactly happened is that the false promise that the despatch had given to me to exactly deliver the item in time.
+[protected] is the despatch phone number and I have proof of conversation in my WhatsApp. Very disappointed to say the least.. I have waited until 10.50 pm but to no avail. JNT should find a more reliable and honest person to do the delivery and not just picking people with no credibility just to get fast buck. You will easily lose customers trust. Late delivery, not attentive hotlines and online chat function
Late Delivery:
J&T has very bad delivery delays especially during holidays.
Parcels can be "on hold" for up to 4-10 days and only deliver much later.
Calling J&T is difficult. Too many automated messages - takes long time to reach agent. Most of the time call drops.
Online Chat never refers to agent. You are stuck talking to a useless bot.
Desired outcome: Push for faster deliveries after holidays. Update the hotline and online chat system so that agents are present to answer specific questions instead of simple FAQ.
Parcel did not received yet

Last month parcel being holding up to 2 weeks before deliver with the reason deliver service delayed due to external factor. If your company cannot handle so huge volume please do not accept order from shopee express here.
Parcel remarked "closed by exception" after 3 weeks
I have placed a parcel delivery request on 25/04/22, under tracking number [protected]. And after 3 weeks without any updates, even after try to get the helps from you poor customer service hotline (auto hangup), my parcel was marked with "Closed By Exception" on 12/05/22. What the heck is going on?

Selama ni guna servis jnt dan elok tanpa satu pun masalah. Tapi kebelakangan ni kerap sangat dapat parcel terkoyak. Dari cara koyak tu, bole agak ia sebenarnya sengaja dikoyakkan bukan terkoyak sebab terjatuh/ plastic parcel pecah.
Harap tolong lebih telus dan amanah selepas ni. Parcel tu hak customer, pihak courier takde hak nak ceroboh atau bukak parcel customer tanpa kebenaran. Harap semua pihak yg terlibat dr segi pengurusan parcel, lebih telus selepas ini. Kecewa bila parcel sampai terkoyak koyak.

I ordered a bag from a shopee .. the bag was in good condition before being sent for the delivery process .. after the day arrived and the item I ordered .. Shein package supposed to arrive 7/5/23 - 9/5/22. Till today 13/5/22 it has not arrived. Please fix your phone line as i’ve been trying to call everyday and no respond at all. This happened many many times whenever i order Shein and it comes by J&T. It’s always saying “on hold” “out of delivery area”. Am pretty sure this is J&T Subang Jaya. Very disappointed. Bad service.
Parcel not updated for long time
My parcel ([protected]) had no update few days. My parcel had been send by the sender on 6 May 2022. I founded the detail was stop at 7 May 2022 so I tried to complain through j&t website. After I complain, they update my status as out of delivery on 12 May 2022 time 01.55 a.m. Until now 13 May 2022 I still did not have receive my parcel. Halo J&T, you driver send the parcel on midnight? I had tried to email but the email fail to send because they email storage is full so system reject to receive the email. I also tried to find the online customer service, it show available have agent but non reply at all. I tried to contact customer service more than 5 times, but non reply at all. Lastly I tried to call customer service almost 10 times, still nobody answer the phone. So I tried to call the branch phone which is the KOTA PERMAI branch. This times I had call out 25 times, but nobody pick up too. Halo, can someone came out to settle? This parcel is really important and urgent for me.

On 10.5 i just posted the items from Perak to Shah Alam. Till today 13.5 the items is not receive. During send parcel to jnt branch, they Said if urgent items can use jnt Express so need to add the money. Then i pay for Thay. But still late. Really dissapointed

Even I go for self collect also can't get, staff giving excuse is Parcel difficult to find, even if found still can't to pass out due to the person who taking scanner not there😨😨😨(Horrible working attitude and poor compang system and SOP). Staff ask me go back for waiting phone call after info given to them. But 2days nothing feedback from J&T. If the parcel missing, J&T should fuuly responsible on this for full claim the product amount.
