Complaint about Mr.Walid’s service.
Mr.Walid has a bad customer service and very LC. Mr.Walid's personality really got some problem pls take notes on this staff.
Very disappointed on JnT service because of Mr.Walid.
Pls make sure Mr.Walid get a proper training before serve customer.

My parcel was on hold at LDC Nilai 3 611...but i need my parcel as soon as posibble.. I called them but no one pick up that Phone.. Complaining about this rider Wilfredo Bigonia Jr. He said. He trying to 3rd attempt to deliver my item and he also said he call me and text me to. My number but I don't receive any calls and text to that rider.
Im working for 20days straight but he never visit my store address to deliver my item.
This is the 2nd bad experience to this rider the 1st bad experience he refused to deliver my parcel because he requested to pick up my parcel insted to deliver my parcel to my work address.

The worst customer service that I met was in serian branch
Bila stay roughly 30min more and more customers come to collect and post parcel.
But unexpectedly,dia orang punya service seakan2 tiada komitmen Dan komunikasi yg bgus dgn customer di biar kan shj bertunggu
.after that saya pergi lah bertanya dengan mereka ketika mengagihkn parcel bila diberi tracking number xsmpi 5 min pun dia cari.kenapa Salah sorg staff boleh menjwb Sy cari sendri ..kalau rasa xda niat nak betul bekerja bgtai sja kami org pun boleh self service.kalai sya dilatih Dan diajar kerja kmu Sy pun pandai. Xda manusia dilahirkan trus pandai kalau xbljr!
Btw, I suggest management buat lebih pemantauan dgn setiap branch yg buat kerja.jgn ambik staff yg reti mkn gji Dan blk kja on time.tp xda niat ikhlas dlm melakukan suatu pekerjaan.

Customer Service Officer in the state of Johor are not friendly. Their communication skill is out especially in malay language. Answer the question with a simple answer and do not give a solution to both parties. Please send your customer service officers to a customer service course so they can improve their performance and give their best. Sincerity in work is important. For your info, i am also a customer service officer in private sector but i have never treated my customers like the way your staff treated me. Honestly, disappointed with the service. Thank You
Damaged Due To Irresponsible Delivery Guy
Very poor service, the delivered guy just left my parcel at the middle of my corridor without calling me. Even he had space to put my things, he just left it like that. It was raining and got wet. I complained to the customer care Mr Joel, he was such a polite guy and really understood the problem and he took the report. After my report taken few people spoke to me to refund my shipping and so on. Now they are not responding to me. Even the customer care is same like the delivery guy. So irresponsible workers G&T has.
Desired outcome: Never respond to me so rude services. G&T will shutdown soon if this persist.
I am complaining about j&t service in kuala lipis, pahang area
The post man just send my parcel at a nearby shop. So, I believe my parcel should be send at my home as I put my home address not the shop nearby address. This issue have been happened for long time and other villagers here also face the same problem. The post mans were so lazy to find our houses then just put at nearby shop. We need to pick up the parcel at the shop. Other j&t can send their customer parcel at doorstep why not the j&t in kuala lipis?. I hope this matter doesn't happen again.
This issue is a big deal for me because I paid for the parcel send to my house not the nearby shop and I need to pick up by myself!. I have one parcel that delivery unsuccessful because of the shop was close. I put my home address and not the shop address. The shop close so the post mail should send to my house. But no the delivery unsuccessful. They were so lazy. But wether the shop close or not, they still need to send at my house not the nearby shop because I put my home address not the shop address.
Desired outcome: The postmail will send the parcel to the stated address not the nearby shop to drop the parcel
Shouting delivery rider
I would like to report one of your rider naming Armando Delos Reyes with the contact number [protected]. He delivered a packaged from us today at 12 noon mnl time from shopee with tracking number [protected] and [protected] and this person shouted at my brother when he answered the phone and claiming that he sent us multiple times and texted us prior him going to our village. When we only received two messages from him and the second one doesnt seem nice, he shouted at my brother when my brother answered him calmly and was very aggressive on the phone. Being bossy and irritated that he has to deliver this packages. My brother confronted him cause his manner was very ill and was just waiting for him to apologize. But this person get to the extent denying everything when we heard that he was shouting his lungs off and was saying he did that because that last customer he had was having an attitude with him. Is this how you treat your customers? Because you got a bad interaction with the first one, you'll relay it to the other. This is very unprofessional and ill mannered, hope this will get resolved.

My parcel as i know already arrived at transit center sarawak gateaway and when i check is at kampung batu perak bahagian kuching supposed to be I received my parcel since last week🙁. Please lah those are all my stocks and if i found missing item inside it i will report to police and even ask for compensate since all of it total are expensive. It was not moving from the transit centre sarawak gateaway since 21/10. So better get moving 😒

I send out the parcel on 10 October 2021 but today is 26 October 2021 but the parcel is still on transit center air freight 999 for almost 2 weeks. Service like a [censored]! Poslaju was even faster than you. When calling J&T customer service no one answer and no live agent chat also... when chatting all the reply was like [censored] useless! Never answer my question at all... File a complaint is also no use because no one will reply at all.
J&T Express are you sure you are *Express*. I'm very angry and very disappointed. Never improved.
