Rudeness of j&t rider
Hi i would like to lodge complaint regarding 1 of j&t rider delivery.. i just got back from work and saw j&t rider not wearing mask throwing parcel infront of my house.. when i came to pick up the parcel there were fragile sticker with notes.. the rider just look at me and went away.. i've attached the parcel picture and the rider's car.. thank you

Pada tarikh yang dinyatakan diatas, pekara pertama yang saya ingin tahu benarkan rider jnt tidak boleh menghantar terus barang ke rumah? Pada tarikh tersebut rider enggan menghantar barang oleh kerana barang besar dan tidak muat kenderaan jnt hantar masuk terus ke rumah kerana laluan sempit sampai perlu push my dad ambil sendiri barang itu diluar, my dad masa tu memang tkde kenderaan besar untuk amik barang tersebut diluar tetapi rider berkeras juga memaksa ayah saya keluar ambil diluar . saya sangat tidak senang atas tindakan rider jnt tersebut, saya sangat mengharapkan jnt msuk hantar terus ke rumah kerana kami tiada kenderaan yang besar untuk mengambilnya dan akhirnya barulah rider tersebut akur dan menghantar barang tersebut kerumah.

Ini kejadian kedua, rider yg sama enggan hantar kerumah dan menyuruh saya keluar amik diluar atas alasan barang saya tidak berbaloi sebab kecil . akan tetapi akan sedikit hairan jnt lain hantar ja barang ke rumah sepupu saya di laluan yang sama sebab rumah saya dengan rumah sepupu saya bersebelahan je, knp rider ni tak nak hantar ye ? bila saya tanya procedure jnt sepatutnya mcm mna? should be hantar sampai rumah kan ? dan rider tersebut agak rude dan agak marah dengan pertanyaan saya . ur side kena faham jugak customer bukan always ada dirumah sometime pun dorang ada kat tempat keja dan ada sebab lain yg tak boleh nk elak . dan betul ke rider memang tk boleh hantar kerumah atas sebab2 tertentu?
Item stuck and slow delivery
Kenapa parcel saya dari awal lagi outbound dri MyS gateway pun dah lambat, sedangkan parcel yg post out lambat pun dh dpt, sudah la outbound lambat, ini dh tiga hari on hold di j&t pcp labuan 443, selalu sgt kalau dari awal stuck mmg akan stuck dimana mana 😑 tolong cepat ya j&t jgn tiba tiba mesej parcel sampai dlm keadaan rosak dh 12 hari dh ni

Jnt Hub seberang perai selatan (Penang) hold parcel for 6 day and no update in system tracking

Delivery of product to landed property
I'm not sure if the delivery guy missing some common sense.. do you put parcel on top of a pillar with chance the products inside will spoilt due to hot weather and get wet when is raining? Regardless the receiver at home or not..worst most if the receiver only get back home at the end of day..or being stolen by others since it is very obvious sight for thief to take.. please educate delivery guy to at least call receiver or put in hidden safe place.

Kisah si penghantar jnt cawangan sandakan yang pemalas
Barang saya hari ini out for delivery 10hb dalam sistem. Kes ini berlaku di jnt Cawangan Sandakan. Barang telah dipos pada 1hb. Saya mendapat panggilan dari penghtr jnt bhwanya dia telah dekat untuk hantar barang saya dan meminta saya ambik dibawah. Saya tinggal rumah apartment dan ada lift. Penghantar tersebut tidak menghantar barang saya sampai depan rumah. Melahan membuat aduan alamat dan no tel tidak dapat dihubungi. Sedangkan alamat sy tu telah banyak kali saya guna membuat pembelian dari shopee. Tidak pernah mempunyai masalah kena turun bawah ambik percal. Perkerja seperti ini kalau tidak mahu hantar barang sampai rumah sila lah berhenti dan kerja jadi bos la senang. Sudah menyusahkan orang dan servis yang sangat lembab dari jnt yang mengambil masa agak lama nak sampai. Tu pun belum saya, sebab saya tidak terima barang saya lg. mohon tindakan segara.

My parcel delivery is late
My parcel delivery is late. Although I know that it has arrived at J&T CDC Kuching 301. Try so many times to contact the office number but no one has ever pickup my phone calls. Got in touch with J&T Kota Sentosa, Kuching, Sarawak Malaysia and give me the name of the person incharge. But Gary was also unreliable because he didn't want to answer my calls since 8/10/2021.
Desired outcome: Please deliver the parcel ontime. And try to pickup any calls by customer for queries.
Parcel late to received
My parcel still on hold at J&T Bintulu for 4 days reason attempt failed, the service of J&T getting worst, parcel no. [protected]
Parcel returned with attempted delivery and without informing the receiver
My order from Lazada with tracking number [protected] was not delivered and is now on-going return to seller. The reason explained by the local hub after I called was due to granular lockdown in the destination province, which is my address. As per the executive order mandated in my location, courier services are not suspended or affected by the granular lockdown. In addition, other courier services, ex LBC, is operating. So why is it that J&T could not deliver my parcel? The local hub did not also informed me before tagging my parcel for return, I could have just authorized someone to pick up my parcel. I have been waiting for my parcel for days to arrive but ended up being returned without information. I am supposed to use the item inside the parcel for work, how am I gonna work without my parcel delivered? I have called two J&T local hubs but there is no solution to my problem when in the first place it is their fault.
I hope I could get a positive response out of this claim.

Dua parcel saya masih berstatus outbound from mysgateway sejak 2 okt dan 4 okt, sedangkan ada satu parcel yang baru outbound 3 okt sudah sampai ke gateway berdekatan dengan destinasi.
