J&t delivery person
I have 2 parcel from j&t kuching 301. This is this one chinese girl, delivering my parcel. She throws my parcel out from her car while im in front of her. She absolutely can just pass it gently to me, but her behaviour makes me feels so terrible with j&t services. If can please punish her for her really really bad behavior.
Parcel lost
Parcel got hold at CDC 606 semenyih since 5/9.first j&t staff msg asking whether I had received my order.after few day j&t staff msg again asking the same question.without checking the the parcel still available, she asked me to get refund from shopee instead as 'sudah lamakan'. I asked them to try finding my parcel as I don't want to request refund.after one day, them reply unable to find my parcel.ask me to request refund.it irresponsible when you lost the goods and ask to request refund

Beli barang di shoppe. 16 ogos telah dinhantar oleh seller. Sekarang 11 september dah, tetapi barang belum saya terima. Mohon semakkan untuk saya.
Complaint against the service provided was very mess and complicated.
I send my parcel at SS2 branch on 6/9/2021 send to Tawau Sabah with the tracking number [protected].
Until now I did not get any status update for more than 2 days. I send an email to [protected]@jtexpress.my but the mailbox problem.
Then morning I called to track the parcel, they're not managed to get the latest status and response as same as per tracking system. So I get them to remark.
Afternoon I called again, the Klang side verified that the parcel had reached Sabah Gateway but how come the system was not showed. They get me to talk to Sabah customer service.
So when I connected to Sabah line, the person in charge can't speak well and replied me that she may need to check with Klang side as Klang side used to make mistake on parcel.
How come the service was so mad and complication. No matter how please look into it seriously as we pay higher than poslaju and others to get better service.
Ipoh Perak to Seri Iskandar Perak took 6 days also not reaching parcel
I am the sender of tracking number [protected]. I post from Ipoh to Seri Iskandar Perak since 4Sep, thinking of urgent express so I choose J and T.
However looking at the tracking it was inbound outbound to multiple location but not the destination.
Called to the drop point office the person just responded me not his business.
2 times I called to customer service i was told postcode issue the first time, but I verified with receiver Tenaga Bill address, it is correct. 2nd time the customer service said will try notify the urgent shipment. it was yesterday. But today it is rebound to Batu Gajah again.
If J and T cannot ship, please give me back the goods today. I drive there faster than you.

Kenapa ye barang saya tidak sampai lagi, dah 9 hari tak sampai lagi. Dah 9 hari status parcel "bad weather" saya nak guna barang itu isnin minggu hadapan. Mohon settlekan kes saya ini secepat yang mungkin.

Parcel takes too long to arrive
I ordered two things from two separate companies on Shopee on the same day. 31 August 2021. One of them departed from station J&T in Penang since 5 September and I still haven't received the parcel. I'm LIVING IN PENANG! How long is it going to take for a parcel to get from one place to another in the same freaking city? The other one is STILL on the way from Melaka from 1 September. When I tried to remind the orders on the app, it said invalid order numbers. How is that even possible? J&T is the worst. People always think POSLaju is bad but J&T is worse. At least if I send a parcel using POSLaju, I can know that the parcel will be delivered within three days. The trouble is, NO ONE IS DOING ANYTHING ABOUT THIS. Might as well just close the company and move on. Let other company do the deliveries because clearly, J&T doesn't have what it takes to do it properly.
Desired outcome: Just send the freaking parcels within the time limit please.

Penghantaran barang yang saya tidak terima sehingga sekarang
Assalamualaikum,
Saya telah membuat laporan polis berkenaan barang saya telah hilang sebanyak dua kali di gateway kuala nerus. Apabila saya menghubungi j&t kuala terengganu beliau mengatakan budak lori di kuala nerus memang akan menghilangkan barang yang besar erti kata lain songlap. Bila pihak j&t sendiri kata begitu apa tindakan hq.. Takkan membiarkan pekerja sendiri buat macam tu tanpa sebarang tindakan. Kerugian yang saya alami sekarang bernilai sebanyak rm1k.. Saya akan membawa kes ni ke mahkamah. Saya juga tidak berpuas hati dengan jawapan yang kami terima. Saya juga sehingga sekarang hubungi customer service untuk dapatkan no telefon cawangan kuala nerus beliau mengatakan tiada no telefon dan pihak j&t tidak dapat detect siapa yang membawa barang tersebut.. Tolong la.. Tu barang niaga aku yang berharga rm1000 mungkin bagi anda semua harga tu sedikit ada lagi yang hilang beribu.. Tapi bagi saya ia sangat bermakna di musim pendemik ini.. Itu pun guna modal kwsp yang dapat keluarkan.

Untuk makluman saya guna alamat tempat kerja (MARDI) tetapi gambar bukti barang saya telah dihantar menunjukkan lokasi rumah orang bukannya tempat kerja saya. Gambar yg di ambil juga tidak menunjukkan alamat & nama saya. Saya tidak dapat barang saya & juga tidak dapat apa-apa makluman barang akan dihantar. Saya cuma dapat notification menyatakan barang saya telah dihantar. Mohon pihak J&T siasat staf yang terlibat dalam proses penghantaran tersebut.

On 8th September 2021, I received my parcel and was disappointed to find out that part of it was partially open. I would totally understand if my parcel was ripped by unavoidable circumstances but I can tell my parcel was clearly being ripped off on purpose. And this is not the first time I have encountered such incident. I've seen and read so many complains from others who use your courier service as well. Is ripping off the parcel part of your SOPs? Because I don't see this thing happening in other courier services. Besides, I am not sure which station or J&T centre that caused this liability. Thankfully my item was not stolen nor defected due to the irresponsible act. I hope you guys care to explain and resolve this issue to avoid the same incident happening again in future; not just for me but on behalf of other consumer of your service as well. Thank you.

Jnt drop off today my parcel and charge RM8.50. My parcel already been paid, it is not a cod parcel that you need to collect money? Why they need to do that, this is absurd. Because someone else collect the parcel they can lie like that? Why Jnt? It is because you not paid enough your employee and make them willing to lie like that?
