saya order dari seller pada 29 july dan seller tersebut shipped out my parcel pada hari yang sama di JNT KUBANG GALI 01. Seterusnya parcel saya dihantar ke KTN GATEAWAY pada tarikh 29 July. Pada 30 July parcel saya sampai di JNT PDP KUBANG KERIAN 212. Parcel saya dihantar pada 30 July tetapi barang yang saya order tiada(saya order seluar seller bagi freegift cardigan) dan didapati belakang parcel tu ada kesan koyak dan telah ditampal dengan salotips jnt. Saya harap sangat pihak jnt boleh ambik tindakan yang selanjutnya.. Terima kasih..

Sender has no information in the waybill such as name and contact number

Good day, we have concern regarding our "order" it looks like we haven't order this tshirt item and yet we received them, we just want to know the details of the sender/seller so that we will communicate through them, the waybill indicates no name and number of the sender.
If that's not possible to do so, we want to report the seller for shipping the item that we are not informed about.
We also want to return and refund the item, it costs 1300. Thank you for understanding, hoping for your reply.
The new rider don't send my parcel
On 26 July 2023 2:30pm the jnt permy call me to collect my item although he has send my sisters in law item at the same address.in 2 weeks the new rider did not send my item. he brought the item in the shoppe saying it was out of delivery but he brought it back to jnt center again. more than 2 times he brought it like that. even though he also sent my sister-in-law's item to the same address. maybe the rider has a problem with me because i always asks where my stuff is. that's why he didn't send my stuff.
Desired outcome: I want my parcel send to my house. I did not have transport and times to collect my item at jnt centre.
Globe sim
I ordered a globe sim I saw from fb and it was shipped through j&t... I would like you to take action on bogus sellers pls and since mine is a sim and tom is the deadline for sim registration pls do something... I've been calling the customer service for a week now but til now I got no response... I got may parcel last week july 17, 2023 and i"ve got a txt message from customer service july 18, 2023.

Missing parcel
first of all the parcel was delayed for a very long time at J&T LDC JURU 602 from 11 July 2023 to 18 July 2023 and the parcel was out for delivery on 19 July 2023 which is a public holiday for Awal Muharram. My address is in the office area, so there is only one guard on duty. soon as I received the notification that my parcel was delivered I call the guard and he inform me he received no parcel. so today 20 July 2023 I check the area and haven't seen any parcel. when I check the proof of delivery it was a screenshot image that the delivery man sent to the receiver. unfortunately, that was not my number, and the picture in the conversation is not in my office area. I try to reach for jnt hotline number but no answer.

This is in reference to the document sent through j&t express abanao baguio branch. It has been 4 days since the document was handed over the office for delivery but upto now, the document has not been picked up by the rider. It has been 4 days and the document has not been shipped! Its not even in the system as I am tracking down the statua of the document delivery. May I respectfully follow up this and have this expedited! My printer deposit rm500 not refund almost 2 month
Pada 29 april 2023, saya telah menghantar printer utk penamatan kontrak bersama j&t. Pihak J&T perlu membayar semula

yang diberitahu Bobby. Namun setelah 2 bulan berlalu sehingga hari ini, saya masih belum menerima pembayaran semula

Rude Delivery Rider (JNT Philippines)
A delivery rider called, I answered in a respectful manner but the respond of the rider was shouting stating that he is waiting outside my house for 5 minutes. I was in school and my mom wasn't at home as well. I explained everything, offered possible solution but the rider was ready rude. I know deliveries has 3 attempts and the rider was refusing to deliver my package the next day when it was the time I was home. He stated "If you're not going to leave school and go home I will not deliver your package anymore and you can just reorder again, I don't care and it's not my fault". The rider was really inconsiderate of my situation knowing that I'm in school and I can't leave until my class finished, which is until 9PM. I wanted an action on this, it was ready a frustrating situation that I went to. The delivery tracking number was, [protected]. His name was "KIM".
Desired outcome: I want an apology from the rider or file an incident report about this situation, I wan an action because this is unacceptable. I tried to lower my pride despite of him shouting at me the whole phone call duration.

Wrongly delivered parcel
At about 11.45 this morning 3.6.23 I received a parcel containing 2 Chanel
bags delivered by J & T Express although I never ordered them. I paid $50 to the delivery person who said she did not know what the contents of the parcel was. I had no choice but to report the matter to the police which took custody
of the item. How do I claim my $50 back?

Nung itry ko na buksan yung dumating na parcel ko, napansin ko na nakatape yung normal packaging ng parcel ng J&T. Pero normally, hindi nmn dapat nakaganun yun, wala dapat tape yun. Pagkatanggal ko ng tape, tila bang bukas na yung packaging kaya siguro may tape na siya. As per my order receipt, 5 yung items nandun sa loob kaso pagkabukas ko, 2 nlng tapos iba pa yung laman sa loob. Di yung expected ko na inorder. I was so disappointed kasi, baka pinalitan nila yung order ko. I wasn't able to take a photo of the packaging since akala ko normal lng yun kasi ilang beses na rin ako nagpadeliver sa J&T.
