The parcel stuck at J&T Shah Alam Gateway since 14/9 and no any update on parcel delivery.
There a lot of stoled issue at this inbound too, this time my item price a lot sir so that i file a complaint here. i will go to police station to make a protection report for my parcel, i also screenshot this chat to make a prove as i reported to your HQ, so i dont hesistate to make further action due to your service!
Services your payment is not protected by j&t I hope they will return my money.
I received and paid 802 pesos parcel delivery from j&t today. I found out that I have no order coming from Tiktok seller. I thought it was from shopee coz im expecting order anytime this week. When I opened my parcel it is just a used cellphone case. The rider did not return my money coz he already click the POD. Na scam talaga ako ng tiktok 🤬 wtf….tiktok scammer knows my complete name and address how come? My account is private… be extra careful next time when accepting delivery from j&t lesson learned 😞

I would like to file a complaint to the delivery driver Chrstn Quijado who delivered my item today. He was upset as he could not find my address. He was in a different house and told me over the phone that "next time ma'am ha ayaw pag gamit og laing address" (next time ma'am do not use a different address) GAGO ka pala! Of all courier drivers, you're the only one who CAN'T find our address. The NERVE to tell me to not use a different address! So what do you think our address should be?! Should I ask you and get permission what should be our right address from you?!
I hope you'll sort this out cause I DON'T WANT HIM to deliver any item to our residence as I'm constantly purchasing with Shopee. EVER AGAIN!

At 2.17pm Friday 15/9, i received message from J&T service that my item is ready for deliver (hp no [protected]). The the courier sent me photo of the items but put it at the unsafe spot that open for theft (refer photo). I immediately replied text that i’m outside and it cannot be put like that but no response received until now (2.38pm). I mentioned that it is not acceptable and deemed unsafe and still no reply. Since i am yet to see my item, the liability and accountability still not transfered to me. Please be informed and please tell your courier to be more vigilent and having common sense on matters like this. For small item, i have no issue to hide it properly at the door but this one is exceptional. Thanks.

Kehilangan sehelai inner jabatan
Pada 5/9/2023 saya telah menerima parcel dlm keadaan bungkusan seperti telah dibuka. Setelah melihat gambar parcel sebelum pengeposan saya dapati memang berlaku pencerobohan barangan saya. Saya juga dapati salah satu inner jabatan hilang. Sepatutnya sy menerima 25 helai tetapi hanya 24 helai yg ada didalam parcel. Sy juga telah btanya dgn pihak pengirim memang jumlah yg dihantar adalh 25 helai. Saya harap pihak tuan dapat mengambil maklum perkara ini kerana sy telah mengalami kerugian. I received a text from j&t na idedeliver yung parcel ko. Mga 8pm considered na gabi na, tumawag yung rider na oras na ng pahinga. Yung boyfriend ko yung nakasagot sa tawag na yun, kasi may ginagawa ako that time, but the rider was sarcastic di na sinabi yung about sa parcel na idedeliver mali ang pag approach nya. Nakakasira ng relasyon eh. Dis oras pa ng gabi tatawag pa, pwede naman sigurong ipagpabukas na. Can I ask, hanggang anong ba dapat ideliver yung isang parcel?

J & T Delivery Rider is extorting extra delivery fees to recipients
August 17, 2023 at 1:00 pm a Delivery rider from J & T delivered a parcel from Shopee at Cainta Green Park Village, Barangay San Isidro, Cainta Rizal.
Delivery Rider is Romeo Sibayan
Parcel is at P980 only. Delivery rider is asking for P1,030 or an additional 50 pesos from delivery fee. According to the Delivery rider it is an additional fee requested by the village. Upon asking the guardhouse, this is a one time payment upon entrance of the courier.
The courier, Romeo Sibayan is asking an additional P50 pesos to EACH his delivery parcels to ALL the homeowners with orders within the village. He is making the P50 entrance as an alibi to ask ALL the homeowners with parcels an additional P50 per parcel.
If he was delivering to 50 homes, that would equate to P2,500 of unaccounted extra delivery fee.
This is a clear case of fraud and extortion from this J & T rider and a bad representation for your company.
Desired outcome: Penalize this delivery rider for extortion.

I ordered a black school shoes and it so happened the item I received was 2 pair of sandals with damage. I am so disappointed. Incorrect order
I would like to make complain regarding Order no. [protected] which was delivered in 05 August. A certain May with a handphone number [protected] in 03 May at 0247pm called and asked if I want to proceed with my order and I said yes. I paid PHP1,200 to J&T rider and only got 2 x 500grams instead of 4 x 1kilos. Missing 3kilos.

My parcel was to be delivered last August 11, 2023, but I was unable to receive the parcel because I was away. I received a text message on August 13, 2023 at around 9 PM that my parcel was going to be delivered. By August 14, 2023, I received the same text message. To my surprise, Shopee notified me that the parcel will be returned to the Sender. This infuriated me as the rider did not make any delivery attempts nor contacted me.
Desired outcome: I hope you reprimand this kind of behaviour of some of your riders because this is a common thing for them to do as they can receive some sort of commission by returning it to the sender.
Rider accused receiver is unreasonable
My order was out for delivery on Aug 2, 2023. I have already received a text message stating that I should prepare the exact amount. That being said, I am clearly reachable. I waited the whole day but nothing arrived and I didn't hear anything from the rider. When I checked the status on shopee, it stated that I was unreasonable. There was never an attempt to reach me. This is unlawful and it's muddying my credibility. I am also confused because the name of the rider was different in the app and in the message that I received.
Desired outcome: I would like the rider to be held responsible and apologize for his actions. Please properly orient your employees.

I posted this parcel on 28th july at J&T Bayan baru around 3 PM something.. J&T has caused my glass frame parcel broken due to carelessness of handling it with care even though it has been wrapped and sticked with “FRAGILE” stickers. Pls do something about this. This frame is priceless because it is a one time degree convocation photo frame. J&T please be responsible about this before I take FURTHER ACTION.

I, Tang Pui San, received a phone call from [protected], Puan Aida, Senior Staff, claiming from J&T Express Kuantan, that I despatch a courier parcel from Kuantan address,119, Lorong Seri Terumtum 93, Taman Yau,25100 to En Mohd Shafik b Ali at 10, Jalan Kolam Air2, Jalan Ipoh,41200 Kuala Lumpur.
Puan Aida informed me the parcel contain 1 IC and 4 ATM Card, which I do not know and did not send any such item.
Please look into this seriously as I suspect your company name been misuse for bad reason.
