I got my parcel after the 3rd attempt of delivery. In the first attempt, I was at our school (med school) for whole day (8 am - 5 pm) so I wasn’t able to answer ALL THE RIDER’S calls. We were having a discussion from 8-12, and my lunch break was only from 12-1 pm. The rider called again but I wasn’t able to answer it because we were in the laboratory. I also couldn’t send her text messages because I have no load and didn’t have the time to do so since I was studying for our quizzes. My travel time from the school to condo was 1 hour. For the 2nd attempt, she was calling again but I was in our school again and taking the quizzes. Also, I wasn’t able to answer her calls by 11 am since I was commuting and didn’t hear my phone rang. I went to see if she was still there but they said that it was her break time. For the 3rd attempt, I was able to finally get the parcel. HOWEVER, I DIDN’T LIKE THE WAY THAT SHE TALKED TO ME. She asked me, “Why aren’t you answering the call? I called for so many times already.” I said that I was at the school for the whole day. And she said, “You should’ve texted me. I don’t know if what’s inside your parcel is important. And I cannot guess what to report to the office because I don’t know the reason why you’re not getting the parcel. It leaves us bad feedback because the parcel couldn’t be delivered for so many times.” I didn’t speak anymore because her face looks grumpy, and I can feel the IRRITATION AND ANNOYANCE in the way she delivered her words. I was so offended. I hope this won’t happen to other customer. MS. JAMAICA VELASCO needs to control her temper. Thank you.
