Your rider named Jose Mig Carasaquit called me past 9 in the morning, March 15, 2020. I asked him to please just directly deliver my parcel at Bombo Radyo Cebu because I am already at work and take note, Bombo Radyo Cebu is not far from my place where he was. He told me that he was already here yet I haven't heard from our security guard nor he called me to inform me that he was in the office. He insisted that it would be inconvenient for him to go back to Bombo Radyo again. Such a liar rider and too lazy.
Desired outcome: Deliver my parcel to Bombo Radyo Cebu and let that rider be reminded of his duties. He must be tired to work.

(Tracking Number [protected]). Delivery Date 03 March 2021. It's the first time and we hope it's the last time too. We also hope J&T Express can solve this serious issue as soon as possible.

The driver did not contact me even though I had given my phone number and directly drop my parcel to my house. This may cause my expensive parcel broken. My parcel had mentioned fragile objects (cannot throw), but then the driver still directly drop my parcel... This is not the first time...
