I would like to complain on a rude J&T parcel deliver guy via shoppee. His number is [protected]. This is 2nd time he is delivering to my house. He is so damn rude til when we are talking he can just hang up the phone like that. I have shifted the house and I asked his help to keep infront the door (apartment). And when I call back to check on it. He said go check it yourself. What kind of service you are giving? Atleast a good manners is a must. Hi. Yesterday i went to Kukup J&T to send the parcel. When the worker ask me to give him my phone number, I direct hand my phone for him (since all information i type over my phone). He spend about 1 minute to type the information. I am very curious, how come can fast like this? Then today the receiver (which is my sister) tell me, the parcel sent to the wrong place! I think is because previously I got sent parcel for same people in Kukup J&T office, and the computer got record the information. I know that you can do that, but don't you know you need to double check? Now i put different place already, and you know inside the parcel got the check book? Luckily the addresses is my sister's work place! If no, how to do if the parcel sent to the wrong people and that people steal the check book?! I hope the worker can be careful. You can do this but it doesn't mean you don't have to check! I'm too disappointed in this company!

My parcel was on hold because of the bad weather? 6 days already and still stuck at J&T JURU 602. Please send my parcel as fast as your company can. I think, this problem came from J&T rider that dont want to deliver my parcel at the adress stated then give a stupid reason because of the bad weather. J&T please take note and ask your company rider at J&T JURU 602 to send my parcel. Really bad service! Thank You.

You guys are the worst shipping company ever. My order was supposed to come in 2 days but it took more than 5 days. It should not take 5 days for an item to be delivered from Manila to Manila. Honestly why does even your company even exist. You are full of inconvenience. You should be ashame of your service. Not gonna bother buying items that ships with J&T Express again. If i can give you a negative rating the I would be gladly to do so. You're the worst shipping company in the philippines.
Incomplete amount of order upon received

On 12th August 2021, I've received order in a box that has been poked into hole.
Realised the defect on the box, I calculated the amount of item in the box, turn out that the items was incomplete. I ordered 15 jars of vitamilk but received only 10jars of vitamilk( supplement drink). I faced a total lost because the stock has been stolen. The seller has posted in a right amount, and the box with no defect. It is suspected stolen by the courier that has been handling the order.

I'm order short pant from shopee and when i received it, the pant only 1 i received while i'm order 2. When i contact the seller, the parcel should be in black colour not in white parcel. How damn your service jnt? How you train your staff?!?! What i cant believe is the information on parcel is been tape on white parcel. Ridiculous! I dont want this happen to others. Please be responsible!

Late delivery/ Parcel Partial Lost
Good afternoon, I'm an agent from Crimebites Cookies. I've made orders on the 23rd of August 2021. Today is 2nd September 2021. It has been 10 days and the parcels has not been delivered to my respective customers. PLEASE SEND THEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. It's way too long, I completely understand the delay because of MCO and EMCO in certain areas. The orders arrived in Bayan Lepas on the 25th of August and another parcel still in Bukit Bintang. It has been 8 days and the status "in transit" has not changed at all. By right it should've been sent. I chose JnT for it's safe, fast and efficient service. Please don't let me down. I've been calling so many times, no one seemed to picked up my calls! Terrible service.

Above is my tracking ID for an order made via Shopee. The order supposed to be delivered on the 23/08/2021, however till today 02/09/2021 im yet to receive my parcel. The order status is stuck In CDC puchong, its being checked-in again and again after hours every 1-2 days gap.I have contacted J&T customer service 6 times to check if anything's wrong and i was informed that they will inform the CDC puchong station, will send email and will inform the person in-charge. But no update on the delivery, again when i call, they informed the same thing but also no any update on the previous reports made which was informed as the agents thru the call. You may refer to the attachment that when was the parcel arrived at the station and its just keep on checking in. Truly understand the current situation and parcel will be delayed for delivery. But not this many days, especially after the call to J&T cust service on 24th, i was informed it will only be delayed 1-2 days. Im afraid something is wrong with the parcel/missing, hence its been delayed, keep on checking-in same station and no proper update. The latest when i call J&T cust service, they just simply asked me to cancel the order instead of delivering it on time. First of all the order was made to shopee, why would i need to cancel the order with shopee if courier failed to deliver? Kindly check and update as soonest, looking forward for the delivery by today if the parcel is fine.

These 2 parcels almost 1 week plus at Station J PRK 900 ...not moving almost 1 week plus...When i called customer care J& T never answer the call...This is the worst courier service in Malaysia...i never experienced lousy courier like this before...at least you explain the reason. if possible let customer pick up the parcel by our own...I lost a lot of cash due to this late delivery...because the parcel contain the main machine for our work...
