You guys sure throw my shipment very seriously.
Even I got stick fragile stickers and you guys never care.
All 3 parcel with J&T, all broken.
Bad service ever.
Same parcel with other courier services with no issue.

Packaging corner area grey plastic and the bubbles wraps have been opened by someone, they folded the plastic behind used cellophane tape to stick back the corner until I didn't realize when the courierman passed to me. The courierman told me he have reported to admin & admin ask him to stick cellophane tape. I dont think this is the good reason.

I don't know what happened to my parcel. It was shipped out on August 26th, but it is still there until now. I'm worried that my parcel was missing or even having a damage or broken. Please make sure that my parcel will be delivered safely as soon as possible. I've checked the tracking number every day but it seems like the parcel is still in the same place. Before this, I've never experienced this kind of problem when using J&T service but maybe it's because the overloaded parcels that it became late, but it took too long than I expected. TRACKING NUMBER [protected]
Package not moving for last 8 days and stuck in an irrelevant location
when calling customer service and extension line to area perak, nobody picks up phone. Did that more than 10 times still same
and when i choose another extension (another area) my call got picked up instantly and customer service asked about the contents ineside and said that they wanted to open it to see.
What's with opening peoples packages? this is second time i get this from them.
First time they said airway bill was lost so ok that was acceptable but this time? again? and that only happened early this month!
i've been using jnt and supporter for a long time but recent experience had me lost my confidence. Early this month few outgoing and imcoming packages took average 8 to 10 days
and now this?
so with this shopee or lazada 8.8, 9.9, 10.10, 11.11 sale every month does it mean that the problem will re-occur and no end?

I call seceral times to ask about my parcel but they didn't pickup! My parcel reach perak gateway 900 at 27/8 and today is 4/9 already! Atleast pickup my call and I know my parcel is safe!

Parcel on hold for too long and sent back without notification
My parcel was on hold at J&T Ranau since 25/08. Tried to contact them several times but not successful. Phone ringing but they did not picked up. No whatsapp received to collect the parcel. Today 03/09 suddenly updated in the system that my parcel departed from J&T Ranau and now have reached J&T Sbh Gateway. No notification no nothing! So unfair for me as a customer. Kindly assist. The earliest parcel reach Penang Hub on 27 September and till now no attempt of delivery. (static no updates at all

Driver complain
Hi Mr/Ms,
I want make complain the driver attitude is very problematic. Around time 8pm 3 Sept 2021, the driver drops a parcel on front gate and keep pressing my doorbell many times. It was not that no one answered him once, but that he pressed the doorbell more than 10 times in a row as soon as he arrived. once I open the front door, He go back the van and just shouting in the van, my parcel on front gate. and run away... Is there something wrong with the driver? or J&T service always like that?! That gives me an overall bad feeling, and if it didn't, I would't waste my time writing email complain!
